    Ban Pho是什么以及为什么它值得一去

    Ban [Pho](/posts/pho-vietnam (베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)-noodle-soup-guide)是一个Flower Hmong族村落,海拔约1,200米,位于Lao Cai省Bac Ha镇中心以北约3 km处。村里大约有200户人家,散布在长满玉米和水稻梯田的山坡上。这里世代有人居住——当地人可以将家族历史追溯到几百年前——但让Ban Pho在外地人中声名鹊起的是“ruou ngo”,这是一种几乎家家户户都在酿造的烈性玉米酒,采用的是家族世代相传的蒸馏方法。

    3. 徒步大本营 —— 从Ban Pho出发的小径连接着周围山丘上的其他Hmong族和Tay族村落。徒步穿过Ban Pho、Na Lo和Na Ang的环线大约需要4-5 hours,沿途会经过玉米梯田和森林。

    最佳旅游时间

    9月到11月是理想的季节。水稻梯田变成金黄色,玉米正值丰收(这意味着酿酒活动最为频繁),天气凉爽且大部分时间干燥——白天温度在18-22°C左右。

    Bac Ha的周日集市全年开放,是来此游玩的不二之选。周六抵达,在Bac Ha或Ban Pho住一晚,周日早上逛集市,然后把周日下午或周一的时间留给村庄。

    如果你讨厌泥泞,请避开6月下旬到8月——小径会变得湿滑,森林小道上还会出现水蛭。12月到2月会带来大雾和寒冷(夜间5-10°C),虽然有一种独特的忧郁魅力,但会影响观景。

    如何前往

    从Hanoi出发,最常见的路线是乘坐夜间火车前往Lao Cai市(车程8-9 hours,晚上21:00-22:00左右出发,老式火车的卧铺价格从350,000 VND起)。从Lao Cai火车站出发,前往Bac Ha的小型巴士从早上06:30开始在车站停车场发车——在蜿蜒的山路上行驶约需2 hours(票价80,000-100,000 VND)。

    另外,从Hanoi (하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ)的My Dinh车站有直达Bac Ha的卧铺巴士,清晨抵达。虽然舒适度不如火车,但省去了在Lao Cai换乘的麻烦。

    从Bac Ha镇到Ban Pho:可以花30,000-50,000 VND雇一辆“xe om”(摩托车出租车)单程前往,或者步行走完3 km的上坡路,大约需要40分钟。路面铺有柏油,但很陡峭。

    如果你已经在Sapa (사파 / 沙坝 / サパ),Sapa和Bac Ha之间在周末(尤其是为了周日集市的周六)有拼车小巴运行,经由Muong Khuong的山路大约需要3 hours。

    游玩项目

    拜访玉米酒农家

    只要走进村子,寻找酿酒作坊冒出的烟——或者请任何一位当地人为你指引一家正在蒸馏的农户。大多数家庭都很乐意向游客展示这个过程。最好带些小礼物(水果、给孩子们的零食),而不要空手而去。

    在周边小径徒步

    从Ban Pho向北通往Na Hoi村的小径穿过梯田,可以俯瞰Chay河谷的景色。这条路没有路标——通过你住宿的民宿雇佣一名当地向导半天大约需要300,000-400,000 VND,为了认路和交流,这笔钱花得很值。

    观看纺织工艺

    赶赴Bac Ha周日集市

    Bac Ha镇每周一次的大型集市是该地区的社交和商业盛会。Flower Hmong族、Tay族、Nung族和Phu La族人从周围的村庄赶来,交易牲畜、农产品和纺织品。在08:00之前到达能感受到最好的氛围——到了中午集市就逐渐散去了。如果你敢于尝试,集市边缘的“thang co”(马肉火锅)摊位值得一试。

    餐饮推荐

    Ban Pho本身没有餐厅。三餐由民宿提供——通常有米饭、炒青菜、自家养的猪肉或鸡肉,晚餐还会配上玉米酒。一顿民宿餐的价格通常在每人80,000-120,000 VND。

    在Bac Ha镇,可以尝试集市广场附近主干道上的一排“com pho”店。一碗加了猪肉的pho或“bun”价格为35,000-45,000 VND。集市当天妇女们售卖的烤玉米简单又美味——每根10,000 VND。

    住宿推荐

    Ban Pho有几家民宿——基本的木制Hmong族房屋,地板上铺着床垫,共用浴室,并包含餐食。包含晚餐和早餐的费用预计为每人250,000-350,000 VND。可以通过你在Bac Ha的酒店预订,或者直接过去询问——但在周日集市前的周末可能会客满。

    在Bac Ha镇,主干道两旁林立着许多宾馆。提供热水和Wi-Fi的房间价格为200,000-400,000 VND。集市附近的Ngan Nga酒店很靠谱,还提供摩托车租赁服务。

    实用提示

    • 仅限现金 —— Bac Ha镇有一台ATM机(Agribank),但Ban Pho没有任何取款设备。请带足VND以供逗留期间使用。
    • 语言 —— 这里几乎没人说英语。请离线下载越南语常用短语或使用翻译软件。年长的Hmong族村民自己可能也只会说有限的越南语。
    • 鞋子 —— 小径崎岖不平,而且经常泥泞不堪。请穿合适的步行鞋,不要穿凉鞋。

    常见误区

    仅仅为了周日集市而来,然后匆匆离去——这会让你完全错过这座村庄。请在该地区至少安排一晚的住宿。从Sapa出发将Ban Pho作为一日游在技术上是可行的,但会非常疲惫,而且没有时间真正体验任何东西。此外,不要想当然地认为每家每户都想接待游客——请寻找挂有小招牌的房屋,或者向村长家询问方向。

    结语

    Ban Pho最适合那些已经去过Sapa,想要寻找一些商业化程度较低的体验的游客,或者是那些对Hmong族文化和传统工艺特别感兴趣,而不喜欢纪念品商店氛围的人。这里不是一个需要打卡景点的清单式目的地——在这里,非凡环境中的平凡生活本身就是最大的吸引力。
