    Bach Long玻璃桥位于Son La省的Moc Chau县,在Hanoi以西约200 km处。它于2022年开放,曾以632米的长度短暂保持过世界最长玻璃底桥的吉尼斯世界纪录,此后便成为越南(베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)北部备受瞩目的景点之一。如果你打算前往,以下是你可以期待的内容。

    桥面本身由三层钢化玻璃组成,每块厚约4 cm。走在上面时,桥面会有轻微的弹性,这到底令人兴奋还是极度不适,完全取决于你对高度的接受程度。周围的风景——翠绿的山谷、连绵起伏延伸至石灰岩山脊的茶园——才是真正的魅力所在。这座桥只是一个让你走进大自然的借口。

    游客为何前往

    大多数人是为了体验在山谷上方走玻璃桥的新奇感而来的。这无可厚非。但更广阔的Moc Chau地区本身也值得关注。这片高原海拔约1,000米,气温明显比Hanoi(하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ)凉爽。该地区以茶园、李子园以及尚未被旅游业完全打破的宁静生活节奏而闻名。

    这座桥非常适合作为Moc Chau深度游中的一日活动,或者作为从Hanoi前往西北高地(如Sapa或Ha Giang)自驾游途中的一个停靠点。

    最佳游玩时间

    10月至次年3月是理想的季节。此时天空更加晴朗,湿度下降,从桥上俯瞰山谷的视野也更加清晰。11月和12月的天气最为干燥。

    1月下旬至3月上旬恰逢整个Moc Chau的李花花期。山坡上开满白色和粉色的花朵,使得整片高原不仅因为这座桥,更因为这番美景而值得一游。

    如果可能的话,尽量避开6月至8月。暴雨和浓雾可能会导致玻璃桥完全关闭;即使开放,你也只能在云雾中穿行,脚下能见度为零——这就失去了游览的意义。

    工作日的人潮明显少于周末。周六早上可能需要排队30-45分钟。而周二下午呢?你甚至可能独享桥上的某些路段。

    如何从Hanoi前往

    乘坐巴士: 开往Moc Chau镇的巴士从Hanoi的My Dinh汽车站发车。车程约4.5-5小时,单程票价为150,000-200,000 VND。从Moc Chau镇出发,你需要乘坐出租车或xe om(摩托车出租车)完成剩下15 km前往玻璃桥景区的路程——费用约为80,000-100,000 VND。

    骑摩托车: 从Hanoi出发,沿QL6(6号国道)骑行约195 km。这是一段长达5-6小时的扎实骑行,过了Hoa Binh后会有盘山公路。路况还算不错,但在最后一段有急转弯。只有在你适应山路骑行的情况下才建议选择这种方式。

    包车: 从Hanoi雇一名司机,往返费用约为2,500,000-3,000,000 VND。如果你和别人平摊费用,这是最舒适的选择。

    游玩项目

    漫步玻璃桥

    显而易见,但值得一提:预留30-45分钟的过桥时间。成人门票价格为300,000 VND(截至2024年底的价格)。入口处会提供鞋套以保护玻璃。桥的中段是下方山谷最深的地方,大多数人会在这里放慢脚步甚至吓得不敢动弹。慢慢走,别着急。

    体验高空滑索

    一条双人高空滑索与玻璃桥平行,横跨同一个山谷。它全长约600米,需额外支付200,000 VND。滑行过程约90秒。如果觉得走玻璃桥太温和,这个项目能给你带来一些速度与激情。

    徒步悬崖步道

    飞拉达(via ferrata)攀岩路线沿着悬崖表面延伸,配有金属横档、钢缆和悬索步道。全程大约需要1.5-2小时,并且需要向导陪同(包含在350,000 VND的门票中)。你需要穿包趾鞋。这是一项真正耗费体力的活动,但能为你提供比玻璃桥本身更好的视野。

    参观茶园

    Moc Chau出产越南最好的一些绿茶。心形茶丘(Doi Che Trai Tim)距离玻璃桥约10 km——茶树篱笆被修剪成心形,从高处俯瞰清晰可见。这里免费开放,沿路还有小茶馆,你可以花15,000-20,000 VND品尝一杯新鲜的Moc Chau shan tuyet茶。

    驱车前往Dai Yem瀑布

    这座宽阔的瀑布距离玻璃桥景区约8 km,在雨后最为壮观。周边区域设有小吃摊和一条短途步行道。无需门票。

    附近餐饮推荐

    Moc Chau镇的主干道旁有一些简朴的当地餐馆。寻找标有“com binh dan”(平价快餐饭)的店铺——满满一盘饭菜的价格在35,000-50,000 VND之间。

    有两样美食值得一试:一是在从镇上前往玻璃桥途中的路边摊上,用竹签串烤的烤溪鱼(ca suoi nuong);二是Moc Chau酸奶——当地奶牛场生产的一种浓郁微甜的酸奶,装在小陶罐里随处可见,每罐售价8,000-10,000 VND。它已经成为当地的特色美食。

    如果你打算留下来吃晚餐,Son La市(向西北方向再走约60 km)有更多选择,包括泰族少数民族美食,如糯米饭、烤猪肉和竹筒饭。

    住宿推荐

    经济型: Moc Chau镇周边的民宿每晚价格在200,000-400,000 VND之间。设施简单但干净,通常带有山景并包含早餐。

    中档型: 玻璃桥景区附近新开了一些酒店和度假村风格的客栈,每晚收费600,000-1,200,000 VND。Moc Chau Eco Garden及类似的地方提供私人平房。

    奢华型(以Moc Chau的标准而言): 较好的度假村最高价格在1,500,000-2,000,000 VND左右。不要指望有五星级的精致服务——这里毕竟还是一个乡村高地地区。

    实用建议

    • 即使在夏天也要带一件薄外套。高海拔意味着早晚会变凉,特别是在11月至次年2月期间,气温可能会降至10°C以下。
    • 穿容易穿脱的鞋子——在桥上你需要换上景区提供的鞋套。
    • 提前给手机充电。桥上没有充电站,而且拍照会消耗大量电量。
    • 在这里带现金比刷卡更保险。Moc Chau镇上有自动取款机,但玻璃桥景区没有。

    避坑指南

    只为玻璃桥而来。 如果你从Hanoi开车5小时,在玻璃上走40分钟,然后再开车回去,你会觉得很不划算。至少计划住一晚,好好探索一下这片高原。

    周末游玩不提前预订。 Moc Chau的住宿在周末很容易客满,尤其是在花期。请提前几天预订,或者选择在周中前往。

    跳过飞拉达攀岩。 大多数游客默认只走玻璃桥。但攀岩路线更令人难忘,而且人更少。如果你的体力还不错,建议两项都体验一下。

    无视天气预报。 在游玩当天的早上检查一下天气状况。玻璃桥在暴雨或强风天气会关闭,而且退款流程并不顺畅。只需快速查看一下天气,就能避免白跑一趟。
