    Ben Da 究竟是什么

    Ben Da——字面意思是“岩石码头”——是沿着 Vung Tau 半岛南端崎岖的海岸线,现在是不断扩张的 Ho Chi Minh City 的一部分。与吸引周末人群前往 Vung Tau 前滩 (Front Beach) 和后滩 (Back Beach) 的长长海岸沙滩不同,Ben Da 满是黑色的火山岩、拍打的巨浪以及在岬角上开凿出的狭窄小径。它坐落在 Nui Nho(小山)脚下,著名的 Vung Tau 耶稣像就矗立在山顶上。

    几代人以来,这个地区一直是渔民的登陆点。当地渔民仍然把小船停泊在岩石间,在温暖的午后,空气中弥漫着鱿鱼干的气味。它不是一个沙滩目的地——而是一个海岸目的地,这个区别非常重要。

    为什么游客会去

    Ben Da 吸引了那些已经游览过 Vung Tau (붕따우 / 头顿 / ブンタウ) 海滩环线,并渴望寻找更具质感体验的人们。这里的岩层非常有趣——层层叠叠的黑色玄武岩伸入海中,还有潮汐池和天然水道,涨潮时海浪会以极大的力量穿过这些缝隙。

    这里也是 Vung Tau 地区观看集装箱船驶入 Saigon (사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン) 港口航道的绝佳地点之一。在晴朗的日子里,你可以看到地平线上 Con Dao 的轮廓。对于大多数越南游客来说,建在岩石上的海鲜餐厅才是真正的吸引力所在——你可以一边吃着烤贝类,一边让双脚几乎悬空在海面上。

    最佳游览时间

    11月至次年4月的旱季是最佳游览窗口。天空更加晴朗,海面更加平静,岩石也不会因为下雨而湿滑。12月到2月尤其宜人——按照越南南部 (베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム) 的标准,气温在 27-30°C 左右,湿度较低。

    如果可能的话,全年都要避开周末和公众假期。Vung Tau 是 Saigon 默认的海滩度假胜地,而 Ben Da 的海鲜街在周六晚上会挤满人。如果在工作日去,意味着你真的能找到一张视野开阔的餐桌。

    在雨季(5月至10月),海浪拍打岩石的景象非常壮观,但潮湿的小径可能会非常危险。在恶劣天气下,一些地势较低的海鲜大排档会关闭。

    如何从 Saigon 前往

    Ben Da 距离 Saigon 市中心约 95 km。你有三个切实可行的选择:

    水翼船(Greenlines 或 Vung Tau Express): 最惬意的路线。船只从第一区的 Bach Dang 码头出发,约 90 分钟到达 Vung Tau。单程票价为 250,000-350,000 VND,具体取决于运营商和座位等级。从 Vung Tau 的水翼船码头出发,沿着 Ha Long 街向南乘坐出租车或摩托车 15 分钟即可到达 Ben Da。

    巴士: Phuong Trang (FUTA) 和 Kumho 运营从 Mien Dong 汽车站出发的频繁班车。车程约需 2-2.5 小时,具体取决于交通情况,票价为 70,000-120,000 VND。

    摩托车: 经由 Long Thanh - Dau Giay 高速公路骑行,中途不停留大约需要 2 小时。这是大多数 Saigon 当地人的出行方式——摩托车的高速公路通行费约为 87,000 VND。

    到达 Vung Tau 后,从市中心叫一辆 Grab 摩托车去 Ben Da 大约需要 20,000-30,000 VND。

    游玩推荐

    漫步岩石岬角

    一条崎岖的小径沿着岩石从 Ben Da 海鲜区一直延伸到 Nui Nho 山脚。这不是一条有人维护的步道——请穿有抓地力的鞋子,不要穿人字拖。单程步行大约需要 30-40 分钟,途经的一些路段在涨潮时会有海浪拍打在较低的岩石上。建议在早晨光线充足且岩石表面干燥的时候去。

    攀登耶稣像

    从 Ben Da 出发,你可以徒步登上 Nui Nho,前往 32 米高的 Vung Tau 耶稣像。攀登大约需要走 800 级台阶——虽然陡峭但可以应付。免费入场。雕像内部的楼梯通向手臂处的观景窗。从顶部可以俯瞰整个半岛、航道,在晴朗的日子里,还能看到一直延伸到 Long Hai 的海岸线。

    在岩石上吃海鲜

    这是大多数游客的主要活动。Ben Da 海滨林立着一群海鲜餐厅和简易摊位。你可以从水箱或冰盘中挑选鲜活的海鲜——“oc”(海螺)、螃蟹、鱿鱼、葱油烤扇贝——你坐在塑料椅子上眺望水面时,他们就会为你烹饪。想要吃顿丰盛的,预算大约在每人 200,000-400,000 VND。

    黎明时分观看渔船

    如果你在 Vung Tau 过夜,凌晨 5:30 的 Ben Da 绝对值得你早起。小渔船带着一夜的渔获归来,光线打在黑色的岩石和海面上,景色非常迷人。这个时候你也会看到卖海鲜干的摊贩在路边摆摊。

    探索向南的沿海公路

    租一辆摩托车,沿着公路经过 Ben Da 驶向 Nghinh Phong 岬角。这条路紧靠海岸,穿过较为宁静的岩石和灌木丛地带。这是一段很短的骑行——大概 3 km——但感觉就像远离了 Vung Tau 的旅游区。

    附近餐饮推荐

    除了 Ben Da 本身的海鲜大排档,Vung Tau 的美食也很丰富。“Banh khot”——上面放着虾的酥脆小巧米粉煎饼——是 Vung Tau 的招牌菜。Nguyen Truong To 街上的 Banh Khot Goc Vu Sua 是个经典去处;一盘 10-12 个大约需要 50,000-70,000 VND。早餐的话,这座城市有一碗非常地道的“hu tieu”——这是一种南部风味的猪肉汤面,比你在 Hanoi 能找到的任何面条都要清淡甘甜。

    住宿推荐

    大多数游客会选择住在 Vung Tau 市中心,而不是直接住在 Ben Da。

    周末请提前预订。周五下午 Saigon 的人们倾巢而出时,Vung Tau 很快就会客满。

    实用建议

    • 在岩石上行走要穿合适的鞋子。这里经常有人滑倒受伤——黑色的玄武岩可不留情面。
    • 带上现金。大多数 Ben Da 海鲜摊位不接受刷卡。Vung Tau 镇上有自动取款机 (ATM)。
    • 在烹饪前谈妥海鲜价格。价格按公斤计算,并且应该明码标价,但无论如何都要确认一下。游客偶尔会遇到账单被抬高的情况。
    • 即使在阴天,防晒霜也很重要——岩石和水面的反射光非常强烈。
    • 如果你打算乘坐水翼船返回 Saigon,周末请提前预订返程票。船票很容易售罄。

    常见误区

    最大的误区:来到 Ben Da 却期待看到沙滩。这里没有沙子。如果你想游泳,后滩 (Back Beach) 只有 10 分钟的路程。Ben Da 适合散步、吃美食以及坐在岩石上看海。

    第二个误区:只在正午时分游览。刺眼的头顶烈日让一切黯然失色,岩石也会散发热量。清晨或傍晚才是 Ben Da 真正宜人的时候。

    第三个误区:因为看起来太远而放弃攀登耶稣像。它就在那里——从海鲜街步行 10 分钟就能到达山脚。单是那里的风景就值得你流一身汗。
