    Bun Rieu Thanh Van

    这是一家较年轻的店——大约只有 15 年历史——但老板娘的母亲曾在 Ha Dong 区经营了 30 年的“bun rieu”摊位。配方是祖传的,这在味道中体现得淋漓尽致。汤头偏酸且清澈,比浓郁的蟹肉浓汤更具高汤的质感。米粉是每天手工制作的,比工业生产的版本更细滑。

    如何点餐及点什么

    走进去说“một tô bun rieu”(一碗 bun rieu)。他们会问你要什么分量:“nho hay lon?”(小碗还是大碗)。Nho 大约是 300 毫升,对大多数人来说已经足够;lon 则是 400 毫升以上。

    请带上现金。这些摊位大多不接受刷卡。在老城区,最近的 ATM 通常在 200 米以内,但不要完全依赖它。你需要站着或坐在塑料小凳子上吃;这些都不是可以舒舒服服坐下用餐的餐厅。请在 15 分钟内吃完——下一位顾客还在等着你的凳子。这不是一次悠闲的用餐体验;这是开启一天工作前的能量补给。
