确实有几家店会营业到午餐时间,通常是那些客流量较大或有备用汤底的店铺。但必须诚实地说:午餐时段的出品是一种妥协。汤底因为不断加水而变得不再清甜,鱼饼的供应也所剩无几。你通常会吃到更多的炸鱼块,而手工鱼饼则会减少。
如果你只能在午餐时间前往,请尽量早一点——最好在 11:00 而不是 12:30。市中心一些供应多种菜品(米饭、米线、各种汤类)的餐厅午餐时段菜单上也会有 bun ca,但它们很少是专门做这道菜的。把这当作备选方案,而不是首选。
