    Can Tho 吸引了所有水上市场的注意力,但如果你想体验同样的河上贸易,又不想被成群结队的游客快艇包围,Tien Giang 省的 Cai Be 是个更实用的选择。它规模较小,是真正运作的市场,而且离 My Tho 很近,你不需要围绕它来安排整个行程。

    Cai Be 与 Cai Rang:为什么小一点更好

    Can Tho (껀터 / 芹苴 / カントー) 郊外的 Cai Rang 是每本旅游杂志上都会出现的那个——这也意味着它现在运行着两种平行的经济:实际的批发贸易和为一日游游客准备的表演。Cai Be 的摊贩较少,旅游团也少得多。那些交易菠萝、西瓜和河鱼的船只之所以在那里,是因为供应链就是这样运作的,而不是因为有摄影师在看。

    代价是规模。Cai Rang 在高峰时段确实令人惊叹。Cai Be 则更安静,有时到了早上9点就变得稀疏了。如果你想按照自己的节奏游览,这就是一个特色;如果你期待看到密密麻麻的船只,这就是一个局限。

    如何前往:从 My Tho 乘船

    My Tho 是最实用的落脚点。它距离 Saigon 70km——从 Mien Tay 汽车站乘巴士大约需要1.5小时,如果你租了摩托车或汽车,开车过去也很直接。从 My Tho 河畔出发,乘船逆流而上大约 20km 即可到达 Cai Be,沿途穿过 Tien River 的水路。

    在 My Tho 海滨拼船的费用大约为每小时 300,000–450,000 VND,具体取决于船的大小和你的砍价能力。一趟包含市场和一两个作坊的3小时往返行程,整条船的费用大约在 900,000–1,200,000 VND 之间。两三个人平摊的话,价格很合理。独自旅行的人最好参加从 My Tho 出发的小型旅行团,当地的客栈可以代为安排,每人 350,000–500,000 VND。

    或者,你也可以直接住在 Cai Be 镇上。这是一个小地方,但水岸边有几家客栈,让你可以在黎明时分直接步行到码头。

    早上 5–8 点的黄金时段

    市场每天早上开放,但活动高峰在早上 5 点到 8 点之间。如果 8 点以后才到,大部分批发交易已经结束——你还会看到一些船只,但密集度会迅速下降。

    早上 4:30–5 点从 My Tho 出发,刚好能赶上最繁忙的时段。如果你住在 Cai Be 镇上,早上 5 点步行前往码头就足够了。

    带上一件薄外套。那个时候的河面明显比中午凉爽,而且乘船时会有风。

    你实际会看到什么

    Cai Be 的货物偏向于湄公河三角洲 (메콩 델타 / 湄公河三角洲 / メコンデルタ) 实际出产的农产品:周边农场的菠萝、西瓜、应季芒果、活鱼和成袋的大米。摊贩们会在船头竖起一根长竹竿,把售卖的商品样本挂在上面以此招揽顾客——这种做法被称为“coc beo”,相当于一块水上招牌。买家乘坐小船靠拢过来,直接进行交易。

    周围的运河汇入主市场区域,一些最有趣的动态往往发生在这些较窄的水道上,而不是开阔的河面上。一个好的船夫会主动带你穿梭其中。

    沿途的作坊

    Cai Be 与周边村庄之间的运河沿岸分布着几家经营了数十年的家庭手工作坊。大多数游船行程都会在其中一两家作坊停靠——请在离开码头前确认这一点,因为有些船夫认为这是可选项。

    “banh trang”(米纸)作坊值得你花上 20 分钟:米浆在圆筒上摊成薄片,然后在屋外的竹架上成排晾晒。椰子糖制作是另一个停靠点——这个过程比看起来更具工业化色彩,需要将椰奶和麦芽糖熬煮数小时,然后手工揉捏和包装。运河两岸种满了菠萝;有些农场允许游客在田间短暂漫步。

    这些地方都不需要通过强买强卖的表演来吸引人。Cai Be 的家庭作坊往往比 Can Tho 附近的类似停靠点更低调,后者的“作坊到纪念品店”商业链条已经非常成熟。

    总花费是多少

    以两人从 My Tho 出发为例:

    • 从 Saigon (사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン) 到 My Tho 的巴士:每人 80,000–100,000 VND
    • 租船(拼船):3小时行程每人 450,000–600,000 VND
    • 在水上或码头吃早餐:40,000–70,000 VND

    从 My Tho 参加旅行团的独自旅行者,在乘船部分的预算应为 400,000–500,000 VND(全包)。My Tho 的住宿费用约为每晚 250,000–450,000 VND,可以住到干净的客栈房间。

    住宿地点推荐

    My Tho 是最灵活的落脚点——前往 Saigon 的交通更便利,餐饮选择更多,而且从这里去水上市场只需半天时间,无需耗费整整一天。逛完市场后,下午就能回到 Saigon。

    如果想在三角洲度过更多时间,并将水上市场与骑自行车穿梭于周边果园和村庄的行程结合起来,那么住在 Cai Be 镇 是个不错的选择。这里的节奏更慢,基础设施也不太完善,但这正是它的魅力所在。

    Can Tho 也可以作为落脚点,但这会增加距离,并让清晨的交通变得更加困难,除非你租了摩托车骑行过去。

    实用贴士

    备好现金——500,000 VND 的纸币没问题,但在直接向摊贩购买时,准备好零钱会更方便。市场全年开放;7月至11月水位较高,这使得运河航行更容易,风景也更葱郁。在商议船价时态度要坚定,但无需大动干戈——市场行情是公开透明的,船夫不会在底价上让步太多。
