    Cai Rang 水上市场每天清晨在 Can Tho 市中心以南约 6 公里处开市。如果你时间安排得当,就能享用到湄公河三角洲最棒的早餐之一——坐在木船上,看着小贩直接从船头的“厨房”里为你盛上一碗热腾腾的汤面。去晚了,你可能就只能赶上批发交易的尾声,其他什么也看不到了。

    为什么时间很重要

    市场在凌晨 5:30 到 7:30 之间达到高峰。批发商们通常在 8 点后开始收摊,他们成箱地售卖榴莲、柚子、火龙果和菠萝蜜。幸运的是,卖食物的船会多停留一会儿,但到了 9 点,市场的活力基本就散去了。记得定好闹钟,这可不是那种睡个懒觉、吃完酒店早餐后再慢悠悠出发的行程。

    另外值得一提的是:Cai Rang 是一个真正的贸易市场,而不是为了游客而建的景点。小贩们在那里是为了做生意,而不是为了被拍照。保持耐心并展现基本的礼貌非常重要。

    从 Can Tho 出发

    你有两种切实可行的方案。

    第一种是从 Can Tho 市中心的 Ninh Kieu 码头租一艘小型木制划艇。往返的指导价格约为每人 150,000–200,000 VND,建议上船前先谈好价格。沿着 Hau 河航行,单程需要 30 到 45 分钟,清晨水面上的光线非常迷人。这是一种缓慢而富有氛围的选择。

    第二种是前一天晚上租一辆摩托车,骑行到 Cai Rang 区(从市中心出发约 20 分钟),然后在市场边缘直接租一艘小船,价格要便宜得多——有时只需 50,000–80,000 VND——就可以在水上游览一小时。理论上没那么浪漫,但实际上更便宜、更灵活。

    如果你参加酒店组织的旅游团,行程安排会很省心,但船只通常更大、更吵,而且小贩有时会把这些旅游船视为涨价的信号。

    吃什么

    Hu Tieu — 你此行的目的

    与 Cai Rang 水上美食摊位联系最紧密的当属“hu tieu”,这种清汤面是湄公河三角洲对 pho 的回应。在这里,面条口感更软,味道略甜,通常用猪骨和干虾熬制汤底。小贩们在船上搭建了正规的小厨房——燃气灶、高汤锅、整齐堆放的碗。一碗面价格在 25,000–35,000 VND 之间,配上豆芽、葱花,有时还有几片猪肉或鹌鹑蛋。

    船上的 hu tieu 并非这道菜最华丽的版本,它朴实且真诚。坐在塑料凳上,看着船家一只手调整船桨,另一只手利落地煮面,这种体验绝对值得。

    Banh Mi 和粥船

    并非所有的船都卖面条。留意那些较小的摊位,它们售卖塞满了猪肉酱和腌制白萝卜的“banh mi”——三角洲地区的做法通常比你在 Saigon 吃到的更辣——还有用姜和皮蛋熬制的粥(“chao”)。这些船是移动的,你可能需要招手示意,或者请你的船夫靠过去。

    批发船上的热带水果

    这是市场上最主要的商业活动。每艘船上都竖着一根长长的竹竿,上面挂着该船售卖的样品,被称为“beo hang”。卖柚子的船挂柚子,卖榴莲的船挂榴莲。听起来很直观,但在拥挤的水道上远距离观察非常有效。如果你想买水果,带上购物袋,并做好支付批发价的准备。一公斤龙眼价格约为 15,000–20,000 VND,红毛丹价格也差不多。小贩们通常进行大宗交易,并不总是愿意拆开单卖给游客,但很多人还是会通融的。

    水上咖啡

    有些船售卖 越南咖啡——那种浓郁的深烘滴滤风格——配以炼乳。如果你要求的话,也可以喝到加冰的“Ca phe sua da”,不过在凉爽的清晨 5:30,大多数人会选择热饮。它和 banh mi 是绝配,事实上,它和一切都是绝配。

    准备好小额钞票——10,000 和 20,000 VND 的纸币很有用,因为小贩很少有零钱找。穿上你不介意弄湿的衣服。在河上通常不会晕船,但如果你比较敏感,建议上船前先吃点东西,不要指望船会一直平稳。如果可以的话,尽量在工作日前往——周六和周日旅游团更多,市场氛围也会随之改变。
