    湄公河三角洲(Mekong Delta)与泰国湾海岸是两个截然不同的饮食世界——前者围绕着河鱼、发酵酱料和水上贸易;后者则以明火海鲜和岛上著名的鱼露闻名。将这两地串联成一周的行程,你将获得一份单靠Saigon无法呈现的完整越南南部美食图景。

    行程规划

    基础路线为:Saigon → Can Tho(巴士或汽车约3.5小时,约170公里)→ Rach Gia(从Can Tho出发约2.5小时)→ Phu Quoc(从Rach Gia乘渡轮约1小时,或从Can Tho直飞)。每段巴士费用约为250,000–350,000 VND。如果时间紧迫,Can Tho到Phu Quoc有45分钟的直飞航班,票价在600,000–1,200,000 VND之间,取决于预订提前量。

    第1天 — 抵达Can Tho,慢享美食

    天黑前抵达,沿着河边的Hai Ba Trung街散步。晚餐无需复杂,找一家摆着塑料凳的小摊,点一碗“hu tieu”(南部风味的清汤米粉),配上猪肉和虾(约35,000–50,000 VND)。Can Tho的口味通常比Saigon更甜,汤底更清淡,旁边还会堆满新鲜香草。

    晚餐后,Ninh Kieu码头附近的夜市会热闹起来,烤玉米、肉串和甘蔗汁摊位林立。这里喧闹且略显混乱,但值得逛上一圈。

    第2天 — Cai Rang水上市场与晨间食光

    这一天你需要5:30起床,切勿抱怨。距离市中心约6公里的Cai Rang水上市场在早晨6点到8点之间最热闹。在Ninh Kieu码头租一艘船(每小时协商价格为150,000–200,000 VND),花两小时穿梭在载满火龙果、柚子和青椰子的批发船只之间。

    重点是那些美食船。寻找售卖“banh canh”的船——这是一种用猪骨汤煮的粗米粉,直接从木船上的大锅里盛出。一碗仅需25,000–30,000 VND,在水上享用别有一番风味。

    回到陆地后,上午时分找一家做“banh xeo”的店,体验湄公河式的吃法:比中部版本更大、更酥脆,馅料包含五花肉、虾和绿豆,用芥菜叶和米纸包裹。午餐花费不到60,000 VND。

    第3天 — 深入三角洲:Phong Dien市场与河畔午餐

    Phong Dien位于Can Tho西南约20公里处,那里的水上市场规模较小,游客较少,更具生活气息。市场在早晨8点前就会收摊,所以你需要6点出发。之后,市场河畔的摊位会供应烤淡水鱼——将柠檬草塞入黑鱼腹中,用香蕉叶包裹,直接在木炭上烘烤。配上一份米饭和蒜蓉炒空心菜,总价约80,000–100,000 VND。

    下午可以放慢节奏。Can Tho的De Tham街附近有许多不错的“ca phe sua da”(炼乳冰咖啡)店,你可以坐在那儿喝上一小时,没人会打扰你。

    第4天 — 前往Phu Quoc

    赶路日。乘坐早班巴士前往Rach Gia(约80,000–120,000 VND),然后搭乘Superdong渡轮前往Phu Quoc(约200,000 VND,1小时)。下午早些时候抵达岛上,办理入住后尽情放松。在街角小店买一瓶冰镇Saigon啤酒(15,000 VND),在Duong Dong镇附近坐上一小时。

    晚餐:前往Dinh Cau夜市,这是一条靠近Dinh Cau岩石庙的露天海鲜排档街。盐烤鱿鱼、罗望子汁炒蛤蜊、开壳烤海胆配煎蛋——每人预算150,000–250,000 VND即可吃得很满足。

    第5天 — 鱼露、胡椒园与Ham Ninh午餐

    Phu Quoc的“nuoc mam”(鱼露)是其最重要的特产。参观Duong Dong的一家传统木桶陈酿工厂(Khai Hoan或Thanh Ha最为方便),了解鱼露是如何将凤尾鱼和盐层层叠放在巨大的木桶中发酵12个月制成的。参观免费,离开时你很可能会买上一小瓶。

    随后,向北驱车前往Ganh Dau,在岛上的黑胡椒园停留。这里的胡椒确实与众不同,比三角洲产的更具果香且更辛辣。午餐在东海岸的Ham Ninh渔村解决:简单的碎米饭(com tam)配烤鱼,在村里的食堂只需60,000–80,000 VND,隔着狭窄海峡的景色平静而质朴。

    第6天 — 海滩日:按斤称重享用海鲜

    租一辆摩托车(约120,000–150,000 VND/天),向南骑行至Bai Sao海滩。大多数人是为了白沙而来,而你是为了海滩北端的餐厅,那里按重量出售海鲜:老虎虾约300,000–400,000 VND/公斤,泥蟹250,000–350,000 VND/公斤。挑选看起来新鲜的食材,商定烹饪方式,然后在离水面十米远的塑料桌旁享用。

    建议点姜丝蒸蟹而非罗望子炒蟹——蟹壳保持干爽,更能品尝到蟹肉的本味。

    第7天 — 最后清晨:Phu Quoc市场与返程

    Duong Dong中心市场早晨6点开市,一直持续到中午。这是岛民真正购物的地方。干鱼、胡椒、新鲜的“goi cuon”(越南春卷,内含虾和香草)以及用香蕉叶包裹的蒸糯米饭,从篮子里售出。在这里吃早餐花费不到40,000 VND,然后买上一瓶陈年鱼露和一袋胡椒粒带回家。

    从Phu Quoc国际机场飞往Saigon或Hanoi的航班全天都有。如果可以,尽量预订早班机;周末下午的航班位子很快就会售罄。

    实用贴士

    11月至次年4月是Can Tho和Phu Quoc的最佳旅游季节——Phu Quoc西海岸的海滩在5月至10月会受到西南季风的影响,而三角洲的河道交通也可能因大雨受阻。七天的总餐饮支出,在吃得好但不奢华的前提下,每人约1,200,000–1,800,000 VND——Phu Quoc的海鲜晚餐将是你最大的一笔开销。
