    Can Tho 是南部最被低估的美食之城——这是一座务实的河畔城镇,当地人对饮食非常讲究,且没人会试图向你强行推销。这里大多数顶级美食的价格都在25,000至50,000 VND之间,在这里,“便宜”与“好吃”几乎是画等号的。

    早餐:8点前出发,否则就错过了

    Can Tho的早间美食场景结束得很快。到了上午9点,最好的摊位要么卖光了,要么正在收摊。

    Banh Mi 和 Banh Cuon

    Can Tho的“Banh mi”倾向于南部风格——馅料丰富,有足量的肉酱、腌萝卜丝、胡萝卜丝和新鲜香菜。在Ninh Kieu滨水区附近的Nguyen An Ninh街,你可以找到不错的Banh mi推车,价格约为15,000–20,000 VND。加一个煎蛋(trung op la)只需额外支付5,000 VND,这样你就拥有了一顿真正的早餐。

    “Banh cuon”——塞满猪肉末和木耳的蒸米卷——出现在Xuan Khanh街区的小型家庭摊位上。一份配有cha lua(越南猪肉香肠)和一碗蘸汤的餐点价格在30,000–35,000 VND之间。

    Hu Tieu:湄公河的晨间之碗

    如果说在Can Tho早餐只能吃一样东西,那就吃“hu tieu”。湄公河三角洲版本的汤底通常比你在Saigon喝到的更清淡、更纯净,上面铺着虾仁、猪肉片、鹌鹑蛋,旁边还会配上一堆新鲜豆芽和香草。你可以根据口味自己调配。在Ly Tu Trong街或De Tham街的当地摊位,一碗的价格为30,000–40,000 VND,绝对能让你吃饱。

    午餐:饭菜与汤面

    Can Tho的午餐非常讲究实用。大多数劳动者吃得又快又便宜,这意味着50,000 VND的午餐选择往往比价格更高的餐点性价比更高。

    Com Binh Dan:日常米饭套餐

    “Com binh dan”——字面意思是“平民米饭”——是你需要了解的模式。你可以从一系列预先做好的菜肴中选择:炖猪排骨、炒空心菜、蒸蛋、砂锅鱼、腌菜。一份装满两三样菜并配有一碗汤的餐点,价格很少超过40,000–50,000 VND。上午11点左右,沿着Tran Phu街或Nguyen Trai街,寻找那些在前窗展示着餐盘的摊位即可。

    Banh Xeo:每一分钱都花得值

    “Banh xeo”——塞满了虾、猪肉和豆芽的滋滋作响的米饼——在Can Tho非常出色。南部版本个头大且边缘酥脆,吃的时候需要将其撕开,用芥菜叶和米纸包裹,再配上一大把新鲜香草,最后蘸上nuoc cham(鱼露蘸水)。在Dien Bien Phu街的一家正式餐馆里,一份完整的Banh xeo价格为35,000–45,000 VND。如果你是一个人吃,一份通常就足够了。

    Bun Rieu:便宜、酸爽且管饱

    “Bun rieu(分지에우 / 蟹肉米粉汤 / ブンリュウ)”——带有蟹膏、番茄和豆腐的米粉汤——出现在Cai Khe市场区域的小型街头摊位上。这是一种看起来朴实无华,却能彻底征服你的汤品。一碗价格为30,000–40,000 VND,并配有一盘新鲜香草、香蕉花和空心菜,供你自行添加。

    晚餐:去当地人深夜就餐的地方

    Can Tho的晚餐场景直到晚上6点左右才开始热闹起来,一些最好的街头小吃摊只有在天黑后才会出现。

    前菜:Goi Cuon 和 Cha Gio

    如果你想在正餐前吃点清淡的,“goi cuon(고이꾸온 / 越南春卷 / ゴイクオン)”——用米纸包裹虾、猪肉、米粉和香草的鲜春卷——在Ninh Kieu公园附近的夜间摊位按对出售,每个约10,000–15,000 VND。“Cha gio”(炸春卷)价格相仿,搭配一瓶冰镇Saigon啤酒(bia lon,便利店售价约15,000 VND)非常棒。

    Lau:平价火锅

    小型社区火锅店——环境简单,路边摆放着塑料桌椅——让你以45,000–50,000 VND的价格点一份个人份的火锅,包含汤底、一盘混合蔬菜以及一些牛肉或猪肉。虽然比一碗汤花的时间长,但作为晚餐性价比很高,尤其是在天气凉爽适合享用的时候。可以在Hung Vuong夜市后面的街道找找看。

    Che:甜蜜的收尾

    晚餐最后来一碗“che”,这是越南甜汤和甜点的统称。Can Tho的夜间che摊位供应各种甜品,从绿豆椰奶到玻璃杯中分层的三色che ba mau(配碎冰)。价格在15,000–25,000 VND之间。价格足够便宜,你可以尝试两种。

    喝什么

    跳过瓶装水,喝tra da(冰茶)——大多数com binh dan摊位提供免费或5,000 VND的冰茶。“Ca phe sua da(연유커피 / 越南冰咖啡 / ベトナムアイスコーヒー)”(炼乳冰咖啡)随处可见,在当地的quan ca phe售价为20,000–30,000 VND。避开滨水区附近的游客咖啡馆;往回走一个街区,价格就会减半。

    实用贴士

    现金至关重要——这些摊位大多不接受刷卡。请携带小额钞票(10,000和20,000 VND面额),以保持交易顺畅。最繁忙、最好的摊位往往会提前售罄,所以如果你看到排队,跟着排就行了。
