    芽庄(Nha Trang)常被视为一座海滨城镇,但只要你离开海滩主干道,就能发现这里的美食其实非常出色。这座城市规模适中,步行或乘坐 xe om(摩托车出租车)即可轻松游览。这里的街头美食文化从凌晨 5 点的米粥一直延续到午夜的烧烤,几乎全天不间断。

    Cho Dam 市场区域(市中心)——从清晨到午后

    Cho Dam 是市内主要的农贸市场,也是开启美食之旅的最佳起点。市场本身位于环岛中央的一座小岛上,但真正的美食精髓藏在周边的街道:Phan Boi Chau、Bach Dang 以及 Nguyen Hong Son 的北侧。

    清晨 7 点前到达,你会发现 Bach Dang 街上有两三家摊位在售卖“banh canh cha ca”,即木薯粉条配鱼饼汤,这是芽庄最地道的早餐。一碗价格在 25,000–35,000 VND 之间。汤底清淡且带有一丝甜味,与 Hue 或 Hanoi 的浓郁汤头完全不同。别把它和同一条街上其他地方看到的较细的“bun ca”搞混了;banh canh 使用的是由木薯粉压制而成的扁平、有嚼劲的面条。

    如果想吃得清淡些,可以走进市场一楼,那里有几家摊位售卖“banh uot”——蒸米皮,上面撒着虾干和葱油,配上一小碗猪肉蘸汁。价格为 15,000–20,000 VND,通常站着吃。

    Cho Dam 区域的街头美食在上午 11 点左右逐渐收摊。如果你还没吃饱,Phan Boi Chau 街的最东端有一排“com tam”摊位,供应从 Saigon 沿海传过来的碎米配烤猪肉饭。

    步行范围: 市场环岛周边 400 米内。无需摩托车。

    Tran Phu 和海滨大道——早餐不推荐,晚上值得一去

    Tran Phu 是主要的海滨大道,白天大多是针对游客的餐厅,但从 Vinpearl 缆车站码头到 Le Thanh Ton 大街之间的路段,晚上 6 点后会变得热闹起来,摆满了一排排塑料凳摊位。这里的主打是按重量称重的炭烤海鲜:鱿鱼、蛤蜊、螳螂虾、烤玉米等。游客的价格通常比内陆地区略高——海鲜每 100 克约 80,000–150,000 VND——所以把它当作一种氛围消费,而不是平价餐饮。

    一个诚实的例外:在 Tran Phu 和 Nguyen Thien Thuat 交汇处附近,晚上 5:30 左右摆摊的“bun cha ca”摊位。这些是主要面向当地人的经营点,路边摆着折叠椅,一碗配有新鲜香草的鱼饼汤面仅需 30,000 VND。这里的鱼饼在放入汤底前先经过炭火烤制,带有一种市场版本所没有的烟熏味。

    最佳时间: 下午 5:30 – 晚上 8:30。再晚一些,随着餐厅客流增多,路边摊就开始收摊了。

    Nguyen Thien Thuat ——全天候美食街

    如果你只有时间逛一条街,那就选 Nguyen Thien Thuat。它距离海滩约 800 米,与 Tran Phu 平行,是当地人和背包客的主要美食长廊。

    上午时分,可以寻找 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai 路口附近的 banh mi 推车。“Banh mi”在这里是典型的南方做法——法棍面包夹入肉酱、cha lua(越南扎肉)、黄瓜、腌萝卜丝和胡萝卜丝、香菜和辣椒。价格 20,000–25,000 VND。由于摊位在上午 10 点会补货,面包通常非常新鲜。

    这条街上的午餐意味着有类似“mi Quang”的选择——尽管“mi quang”的正宗版本是广南菜,但芽庄的版本使用较细、较黄的面条,配上少许姜黄汤底,撒上花生和米饼。在靠近香塔(Perfume Pagoda)尽头的摊位,价格为 35,000–40,000 VND。

    晚上,靠近 Biet Thu 街的北段会有许多“goi cuon”推车——新鲜的“goi cuon”米纸卷,内含虾和猪肉,配上浓郁的花生海鲜酱。这些更像是零食而非正餐,但非常适合搭配附近塑料凳小店里的“bia hoi”啤酒。

    最佳时间: 这条街几乎全天都有值得一吃的美食,但上午 7 点 – 9 点适合吃 banh mi,晚上 6 点 – 9 点适合享用更丰盛的餐点。

    Vinh Nguyen 和渔港——早起者的专属

    渔船停靠在 Vinh Nguyen 港口,位于市中心以南约 3 公里处(沿 Tran Phu 街)。这里的美食完全围绕船队的归航时间而建:凌晨 4:30 – 7:00。这里完全不是游客区。

    Dong Da 街上、港口后方的摊位供应“chao ca”——配有鲜鱼、姜丝和炸葱酥的米粥,价格为 20,000–30,000 VND。鱼的种类根据当天的渔获而定。如果你愿意在黎明前从旅馆搭乘 xe om(摩托车出租车)前往,早起一次绝对值得。

    同一路段还有摊位售卖配有螃蟹和虾酱的煮“bun”——类似于 bun rieu(蟹肉米粉汤)的风格——这些摊位在上午 8 点前就会消失。如果你想确认时间,最好前一天晚上在当地询问一下。

    步行范围: 从主要游客区步行无法到达 Vinh Nguyen。计划支付 10,000–15,000 VND 的 xe om 车费或骑自行车前往。

    实用贴士

    芽庄的大多数街头摊位只收现金;请随身携带小额钞票(10,000–50,000 VND 面额)。市中心地势平坦,步行游览很方便,但港口区域和外围街区需要交通工具。4 月至 8 月的正午时分非常炎热——请计划在清晨或下午 5 点后进行大规模的美食探索。
