    Da Lat 以浪漫的餐饮体验而闻名——火锅店、草莓可丽饼、俯瞰山谷的藤椅——但这座城市同时也拥有许多不加修饰、物美价廉的平民美食,而大多数游客往往与之擦肩而过。只要找对地方,50,000 VND 不仅能买到零食,还能享用一顿丰盛且令人满足的正餐。

    早餐:30,000 VND 以内的开启方式

    围绕 Cho Da Lat (大叻市场) 的晨间巡礼是最好的起点。位于 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai 的室内农贸市场大约在早上 6 点开门,其东侧的摊位供应“banh uot”——将蒸米皮铺在猪肉末和虾米上——每盘价格约为 20,000–25,000 VND。它口感清爽,略带粘糯,与淋在上面的辣椒鱼露搭配堪称一绝。

    如果想吃点更扎实的,可以在 Phan Dinh Phung 街寻找“bun bo Hue”。Da Lat 版的口味比 Hue 原版更温和——香茅味较淡,汤底更清澈——但分量十足,价格在 35,000–40,000 VND 之间。一些店早上 6:30 就开门,通常 9 点左右就卖完了。

    如果你想要最快、最便宜的选择:“banh mi”餐车随处可见,根据配料不同,价格通常在 15,000–25,000 VND。Xuan Huong Lake 附近的 Tran Phu 街餐车早晨生意火爆,馅料给得非常足——肉酱、冷切肉、腌萝卜丝、香菜。别指望能坐下来慢慢吃,边走边吃才是常态。

    午餐:平价米饭套餐的黄金地段

    “Com binh dan”——越南版的自助快餐——是 50,000 VND 预算发挥最大价值的地方。这些店通常在店门口的玻璃柜里摆放着预先做好的菜肴:红烧肉、炒空心菜、煎蛋、腌菜、瓦罐鱼。你只需指一下想要的菜,店家就会把它们盖在一大碗米饭上,然后你就可以坐在塑料小凳上享用了。

    Da Lat 的 com binh dan 店铺最集中的区域是 Truong Cong Dinh 街及其通往市场的侧街。一份两菜一饭的套餐价格在 35,000–45,000 VND 之间。加到三个菜可能会接近 55,000 VND,但分量大到你可能吃不完。推荐尝试红烧肉 (thit kho) 和看起来最新鲜的蔬菜——Da Lat 的高地农产品确实比低地城市的好得多。

    另一个不错的午餐选择是“banh canh”——一种在猪肉或蟹肉汤底中加入粗而劲道的面条。Hai Thuong 街有一家低调的小店多年来一直坚持做这个,中午 1 点前总是挤满了当地人,每碗价格在 30,000–35,000 VND。虽然没有英文菜单,但直接用手指向你想吃的就行。

    晚餐:夜市及其他去处

    位于 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai 的 Da Lat 夜市 (Cho Dem Da Lat) 虽然面向游客,但只要精挑细选,就不会被坑。避开那些噱头十足的食物(如芝士烤玉米等),直接去“banh trang nuong”摊位。这是 Da Lat 的特色小吃:在炭火上烤制的米纸,上面铺着鸡蛋、葱花、虾米和辣椒油。一张米纸够一个人吃,价格 15,000–20,000 VND,绝对物有所值。建议买两张。

    如果想在 50,000 VND 以内吃一顿正式的晚餐,Phan Boi Chau 周围的街道有几家家庭经营的小店供应“com tam”——碎米饭配烤猪肉、煎蛋和腌菜。这虽然是 Saigon 的主食,但在北方也同样受欢迎。这里的套餐价格为 40,000–50,000 VND,还会附送一碗清汤。

    如果你晚上想吃面条,“hu tieu”值得一试。它比大多数牛肉汤面更清淡——清澈的猪骨汤、细米粉,配上几片猪肉和虾仁——在市场周边的多数小店,价格都在 35,000–45,000 VND 之间。

    如何在这里获得最高性价比

    在预算有限的情况下探索这座城市后,有几点诚恳的建议:

    • 跟着塑料小凳走。 座位越简陋,性价比往往越高。
    • 去市场摊贩吃饭的地方吃。 室内市场建筑内的摊位通常是为周围做生意的摊主提供餐食的,这是衡量质量的一个合理标准。
    • 避开湖边只有英文菜单的餐厅。 价格会虚高 30–50%,但质量并无提升。
    • Da Lat 的农产品优势是真实的。 即便是廉价的 com binh dan,这里的蔬菜也更好——海拔优势带来了更新鲜的绿叶菜、口感更好的蘑菇,以及真正有草莓味的草莓。
    • 早晨是获取最高价值的最佳时间。 早餐选择能让你以最少的钱获得最大的分量,而且当天最新鲜的食材通常用于第一批餐点。

    实用贴士

    Da Lat 的大多数平价餐馆只收现金;请随身携带小额钞票(5,000–20,000 VND 面额)。市中心区域非常适合步行——市场区域、Truong Cong Dinh 和 Phan Dinh Phung 都在 1.5 km 半径内——因此无需花费交通费也能吃得很好。周末国内游客高峰期时,价格可能会略有上涨。
