    别指望能看到写着“bia hoi”的英文招牌。下午 5 点到 7 点之间,留意那些围坐在矮桌旁的当地人,寻找柜台后的二氧化碳罐,以及那位从桶装龙头接酒的女士。坐下来,竖起一根手指,她就会为你端上一杯。

    当地人与游客的界限

    这种界限是真实存在的,我们有必要诚实面对。Phu Quoc 的南部——Ong Lang 海滩、度假村走廊以及任何打着“海滩俱乐部”旗号的地方——供应的都是 40,000–60,000 VND 一瓶的冰镇 Saigon (사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン) 啤酒、进口烈酒和为游泳后想喝点凉爽饮品的游客准备的鸡尾酒。这本身没什么问题,但你无法从中了解岛上居民真正的饮酒方式。

    当地人通常在 Duong Dong 镇和夜市以北的居民区喝酒。Vo Thi Sau 街上的 Phu Quoc 夜市是一个中间地带——既面向游客又充满活力——你可以在海鲜摊位以 25,000–30,000 VND 的价格点上一瓶 Saigon Special 或 333(“Ba Ba Ba”)啤酒,同时享用烤鱿鱼。虽然价格不是 Bia Hoi 的水平,但胜在真实。

    精酿啤酒:规模虽小但确实存在

    与 Saigon 或 Hanoi 相比,Phu Quoc 的精酿啤酒圈尚处于起步阶段,但它确实存在。

    Phu Quoc Craft Beer(有时在 Duong Dong 附近的酒吧位置列出)是主要的本地参与者,提供几种轮换供应的生啤——淡色艾尔 (pale ale)、小麦啤酒 (wheat beer) 以及通常的季节性酒款。质量算是不错,虽然算不上惊艳,但在这样规模的岛屿上能有精酿啤酒厂本身就令人印象深刻。根据酒款不同,每品脱价格约为 60,000–90,000 VND。

    An Thoi 地区和 Khem Beach 周围的一些酒吧已经开始供应来自越南大陆的 Pasteur Street 或 Heart of Darkness 啤酒——这两家都是位于 Saigon 的精酿酒厂,产品种类丰富。如果你在岛屿南端,在点瓶装啤酒之前,不妨问问今天有什么生啤。

    实话实说:Phu Quoc 的精酿啤酒目前主要还是针对特意寻找它的游客。它尚未像 Saigon 第一郡那样深入当地饮酒文化。但基础设施已经具备,并且正朝着正确的方向发展。

    搭配什么食物

    这一点比人们想象的更重要。Phu Quoc 的食物以海鲜为主,通常是烧烤或炖煮,带有岛上著名的鱼露所特有的鲜味。清淡的啤酒比其他任何酒类都更适合搭配这些食物。

    冰镇的 333 或 Saigon 啤酒搭配“goi cuon”——鲜虾春卷——口感非常清爽,因为两者都不会掩盖对方的味道。同样的搭配逻辑也适用于一盘柠檬草蒸蛤蜊,或者你在夜市每个摊位都能找到的葱油烤扇贝。

    如果你在吃早午餐,Duong Dong 市场附近推车卖的“Banh mi”配上一杯 Bia Hoi 也很不错——在这里这并不罕见。如果是像“hu tieu”或鱼火锅这样口味较重的炖菜,则可以搭配小麦啤酒或淡色艾尔,味道不会被掩盖。

    避免用苦味太重的精酿啤酒搭配任何蘸鱼露的食物。苦味会与发酵产生的鲜味发生冲突,口感并不和谐。

    实用贴士

    Duong Dong 的大多数 Bia Hoi 街角营业时间从下午 4 点左右开始,直到酒桶卖完为止,通常在晚上 9 点到 10 点之间——他们不会把没卖完的啤酒留到第二天。对于精酿啤酒,建议在前往之前先打电话或查看 Instagram,因为岛上的营业时间会随季节调整。如果你在 Tet(뗏 (베트남 설날) / 越南春节 / テト (ベトナム旧正月))或 12 月至 1 月的旺季期间到访,当地店铺会比平时更拥挤、更喧闹,但这其实是当地体验的一部分,而非困扰。
