    如果你想吃点快捷的,可以找那些卖“banh mi”的摊位,里面塞满了肉酱、腌菜和煎蛋。这些三明治的价格在15,000至20,000越南盾之间,足以让你撑到中午。

    午餐 — 30,000至50,000越南盾

    Com Binh Dan(平民快餐店)

    “Com binh dan”——字面意思是“平民饭菜”——是整个越南(Vietnam)平价饮食的基石,Phu Quoc也不例外。这些店通常是自助或指点式点餐:一排金属托盘里放着红烧肉、炒空心菜、清蒸鱼、煎蛋卷和腌菜。你指着两三道菜,店员就会把它们盛到米饭上。

    在Duong Dong的Nguyen Trung Truc街及其分支小巷里,com binh dan店从上午10点左右开始营业,直到下午托盘空了为止。一份包含米饭、一道肉菜和一道素菜的套餐价格为30,000至40,000越南盾。即使再加一道肉菜,总价也依然在50,000越南盾以内。

    品质因店而异——尽量选择翻台率高的店铺,这样菜品不会在托盘里放太久。一个好的判断标准是:红烧肉(thit kho)看起来应该油亮深色,而不是干瘪的。

    Bun Quay — Phu Quoc的特色面食

    如果你在岛上只能吃一种当地特色菜,那就选“bun quay”。这是Phu Quoc的发明——细米粉干拌,配上一碗热腾腾的海鲜汤作为蘸料。吃的时候,面条会在汤里搅动(quay的意思是搅拌或旋转)。配料通常是虾、鱿鱼或鱼饼。它口感清淡、干净,与你在内陆吃到的浓重汤面完全不同。

    在Dinh Cau岩石区附近和To Hien Thanh街沿线,有几家朴实无华的店铺供应这道菜,价格根据配料不同在35,000至50,000越南盾之间。点虾或混合海鲜,价格绝对不会超标。

    晚餐 — 40,000至50,000越南盾

    当地摊位的烤肉饭

    到了晚上,预算选项会稍微减少——面向游客的夜市和海滨餐厅占据了主要的餐饮市场。但如果你从夜市步行五分钟进入Vo Thi Sau街,或者如果你住在北部的Ong Lang地区,你会发现一些家庭经营的小店,那里有炭火烤架和明亮的日光灯。

    “Com tam”——碎米饭——配上烤猪排和煎蛋,是越南南部的主食,在Phu Quoc和在Saigon一样受欢迎。在这些当地小店,一份包含米饭、烤猪排(suon nuong)、鸡蛋和一小碗汤的套餐价格为40,000至50,000越南盾。虽然对于一个以海洋闻名的岛屿来说,这算不上最“海鲜”的一餐,但它既顶饱又美味可靠。

    Goi Cuon和Cha Gio — 轻食与平价之选

    如果你想吃得清淡一点,或者想用有限的预算多尝几种小吃,可以找那些卖“goi cuon”(虾肉鲜春卷,蘸花生酱)和“cha gio”(炸春卷)的店铺。每样两三块,配上米饭或单独吃,价格在25,000至40,000越南盾之间。这些虽然不是Phu Quoc的特产,但在岛上随处可见,如果你白天已经吃得很饱,晚上来点这些是非常实惠的选择。

    如何真正吃得划算

    在Phu Quoc最明智的做法是:早餐和午餐在Duong Dong镇解决,把晚餐预算留给一次“挥霍”——夜市的烤海鲜按越南标准来看偏贵,但按国际标准看尚可。在夜市点两三样海鲜配上一杯啤酒,价格在150,000至200,000越南盾左右,如果你白天几乎没花钱,这完全在合理范围内。

    避开那些在主旅游干道上竖着英文菜单牌的餐厅。这些地方的价格通常比当地人多走两条街就能吃到的同品质食物贵出30%到50%。

    实用提示

    这里列出的大多数当地小店只收现金,且没有英文菜单——直接用手点餐完全没问题,店主们也都习惯了偶尔光顾的游客。文中所列价格反映的是2024年的水平;岛上的物价逐年上涨,因此可能会有细微波动。Duong Dong镇是岛上物价最低的餐饮区,越往北部的Ong Lang或南部的An Thoi走,能找到的当地平价餐饮选择就越少。
