    市场概况

    Cho Noi Phong Dien 是位于 Phong Dien 河上的一个批发水上市场,距离 Can Tho 市中心西南约 17km。它自法国殖民时期就开始运营,当时湄公河三角洲(Mekong Delta (메콩 델타 / 湄公河三角洲 / メコンデルタ))的运河网络是大宗农产品唯一可行的运输方式。来自周边果园(盛产柚子、红毛丹、龙眼和山竹)的农民们会在黎明前划船赶来,直接在船上售卖农产品。

    Cai Rang 如今已发展成半工业化的运作模式,机动驳船和游船像鲨鱼一样在水面盘旋;而与它不同的是,Phong Dien 依然保持着小巧紧凑的规模。在任何一个清晨,你大概只能数出 30 到 50 艘船,大多是装载着单一货物的木制舢板。这里依然保留着“cay beo”(高杆)的传统:卖家将货物挂在船头高高的竹竿上,以便买家从远处就能看清售卖的商品。

    为什么值得一去

    有三个原因。首先,它非常地道。商船与游船的比例依然保持在一个令人舒适的水平——你不会觉得自己在观看一场专为镜头准备的表演。其次,周围的运河网络有一种宁静、质朴的美:狭窄的水道两旁长满水椰子树,岸边是盖着波纹铁皮屋顶的高脚屋,孩子们在上学前还在水里游泳。第三,大多数旅游团会在返程时将 Phong Dien 和 Cai Rang 结合在一起,这样你就可以在一个早上逛完两个市场,而无需走回头路。

    最佳游览时间

    市场的早高峰在早上 5:00 到 7:00 之间。到了 8:00,大多数商贩就已经收摊了。如果你在 6:00 抵达,既能赶上最热闹的时段,又不必被过早的闹钟折磨得痛不欲生。

    从 Can Tho 市中心出发

    摩托车 + 当地小船: 沿 QL61C 向西南方向骑行 17km 前往 Phong Dien 镇。将车停在 Phong Dien 桥附近,当地船夫会提供前往市场的短途接驳,每人 50,000-80,000 VND。这种方式更便宜,但你会错过沿途的运河风光。

    公交车: 69路公交车从 Can Tho (껀터 / 芹苴 / カントー) 中心公交站开往 Phong Dien 区,但它的首班车时间不够早,无法赶上市场的早高峰。不推荐。

    游玩亮点

    穿梭于水上市场。 你的船夫会在商船之间穿梭。你可以直接购买水果——一公斤山竹 30,000-40,000 VND,一袋红毛丹 20,000 VND。摊贩们早已习惯了游客指指点点然后付钱的购买方式,这里没有讨价还价的戏码。

    在水上吃早餐。 有几艘船会直接在舢板上用便携式燃气灶烹饪并售卖“hu tieu”(湄公河风味汤粉)和“banh canh”。把船靠过去,接过一碗粉,在水面上飘荡着享用。一碗的价格为 20,000-30,000 VND。

    探索后方运河。 让你的船夫绕道进入市场后方更狭窄的水道。你将穿过只有走水路才能到达的果园,看到捕鱼的陷阱,偶尔还能发现巨蜥在岸边晒太阳。

    参观米粉作坊。 一些旅游团会在运河沿岸的小型“hu tieu (후띠우 / 粿条 / フーティウ)”米粉作坊停留——你可以看到当地家庭在竹架上制作新鲜的米粉皮。虽然参观时间很短,但体验非常真实。

    餐饮推荐

    回到 Phong Dien 镇的陆地上:

    • Quan Ut Dzach 位于 Phong Dien 桥附近的主干道上——提供非常地道的“com tam”(烤猪肉碎米饭),40,000 VND。

    预订最便宜的拼团游。 廉价团有时会把 80% 的时间花在 Cai Rang,而在 Phong Dien 只匆匆停留 15 分钟。请务必确认行程的时间分配是均衡的,或者稍微多花点钱租一艘私人游船,这样你就能自己掌控节奏。

    实用信息补充

    Can Tho 是探索湄公河三角洲的天然大本营——Phong Dien 只是众多早晨短途旅行中的一个。建议在这座城市至少安排两晚的住宿,这样你就能游览两个水上市场、体验运河游船,并至少留出一个晚上在 Ninh Kieu 海滨漫步,品尝街头小贩卖的“goi cuon (고이꾸온 / 越南春卷 / ゴイクオン)”。从这座城市乘坐巴士可以轻松抵达 Saigon(3.5 小时),或者通过 Rach Gia 渡轮前往 Phu Quoc。
