草莓季从11月持续到次年4月。1月和2月是成熟高峰期,此时高原夜晚气温降至12–15°C左右,果实会产生真正的酸度,而不仅仅是甜味。如果你在这一时段之外前往,果园虽然仍开放,但产量较低,且部分地块会轮作其他作物。7月或8月去的话,就不要抱太大期望了。
大多数采摘园集中在两个区域:距离市中心以东约7公里的 Trai Mat village(沿Trai Mat路),以及更北边靠近Lac Duong的 Lang Biang foothills,大约12公里远。Trai Mat的果园离市区更近,乘坐 xe om(摩托出租车)或 Grab 更方便;Lang Biang的果园则更安静、风景更好,且推销行为没那么激进。
第三个聚集区位于 Da Lat(大叻)南缘的 Xo Viet Nghe Tinh street 上——这些地方更像是路边摊而非真正的农场,草莓多为预先采摘好的。如果你只是想快速买一盒带走,这里没问题;但如果你想要完整的采摘体验,这里不是最佳选择。
在Trai Mat的果园,通常的做法是收取入场费——每人约 30,000–50,000 VND——这涵盖了进入采摘区的费用,有时还包含一个小托盘或篮子。你采摘自己想要的草莓,在出口处交给工作人员,并按重量支付带走的草莓费用。旺季期间,新鲜采摘的草莓价格通常在每公斤 150,000–250,000 VND。
新手最容易在这里卡壳:工作人员通常会在你开始采摘前报一个单价,但当你称重时,如果不注意,他们可能会报出另一个(更高的)价格。在进去之前先解决这个问题:指着招牌或价格牌(大多数果园都有),大声确认每公斤的价格。如果可能的话,尽量在称重后再付款,而不是预先同意购买大包装。
你不需要会说越南语也能做到这一点。用手指比出数字,指向秤,并模仿称重的动作。旅游果园的工作人员每天要处理几十次这样的互动。

每家果园以及大叻中央市场周围的大多数摊位都出售草莓衍生品。最常见的是:
如果你时间紧迫,或者只是想在民宿吃点草莓,Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street 附近的夜市摊位出售预先采摘好的草莓,500克约 50,000 VND 起。买两盒或更多价格会略有优惠。记得检查盒底——如果底部的果实湿漉漉的或者被压烂了,就不要买。
想要更好的选择和更有竞争力的价格,大叻中央市场(Cho Da Lat)的室内区域有长期经营的水果商贩,他们走量销售。这里的价格接近果园的批发价,且质量稳定。

大叻的草莓旅游业很成熟,但你在果园招牌和产品标签上看到的“有机”和“无农药”声明大多未经核实。该市确实在研究减少农药的种植方法,但不要对这些标语照单全收。记得清洗水果。这并不是针对大叻的批评——全世界的农产品营销都是如此。
Grab 在前往 Trai Mat 果园时非常可靠;从市中心出发,单程预算在 40,000–60,000 VND 左右。在草莓季期间,大多数果园每天上午 7:00 至下午 5:00 开放。请携带现金——虽然有些果园可以使用刷卡机,但网络连接不稳定。
