    Hoi An Brunch Spots Worth Waking Up For

    第 3 站 — Tien Dat Bakery 的月饼

    Da Nang 有几家老字号烘焙店,几十年来一直在生产“banh trung thu”(月饼),而不仅仅是在 Mid-Autumn Festival 期间。Tien Dat(位于 Hung Vuong)是其中比较可靠的一家,全年供应比节日版本更小巧的月饼。

    混合莲蓉咸蛋黄口味的烘焙月饼是经典款。单个月饼的价格约为 35,000–55,000 VND,具体取决于大小。如果你在 Mid-Autumn Festival 前后的几周到访,城市的烘焙店会进入全面生产状态,你会看到堆积如山的精美礼盒。如果可以的话,值得为这个节日安排行程——Da Nang 市场区域的节日氛围非常棒。

    第 4 站 — Nguyen Thi Minh Khai 的 Kem Bo(牛油果冰淇淋)

    第 5 站 — An Thuong 附近的现代甜点咖啡馆

    An Thuong 区域(大致位于 My Khe 海滩和大学区之间)已成为 Da Nang 独立咖啡馆的主要聚集地。其中几家提供的甜点菜单融合了越南食材与韩国和日本的影响——这反映了该社区大量的外籍人士和游客群体。

    寻找那些提供“banh flan”(越南式焦糖布丁,比法式焦糖布丁更浓郁,冷食并淋上黑咖啡)、鲜果刨冰或芋泥熔岩蛋糕的店。这里的价格比街头摊位高——每份甜点约 45,000–80,000 VND——但空调和 Wi-Fi 使这里成为结束行程并让双脚休息的理想场所。

    如果你想搭配饮品,这些咖啡馆里的 ca phe sua da 与较甜的甜点非常搭,价格约为 25,000–35,000 VND。

    实用贴士

    这条路线最好在下午 4 点到 5 点左右开始,此时街头摊位开张,气温也已下降,适合在户外享用美食。大多数站点都在 Da Nang 市中心 3–4 公里范围内,可以通过在站点之间乘坐 Grab 摩托车轻松往返。如果你是独自一人,请为这五个站点准备约 150,000–200,000 VND 的预算。
