    Ham Ninh 渔村:鲜美蓝蟹与真实的 Phu Quoc

    大多数飞往 Phu Quoc 的游客都把时间花在西海岸——Long Beach、Duong Dong 市场和缆车。Ham Ninh 位于东面约 25 公里处,这里的节奏完全不同:渔船、咸湿的海风,以及一排排供应当天新鲜渔获的水上木质餐厅。

    Ham Ninh 究竟是什么样的地方

    这是一个真正的劳动村落,而非旅游开发的产物。主路是一条水泥码头路,两旁大约有十几家开放式海鲜餐厅,全由当地人经营,供应的都是当天捕获的食材。这里没有门票,没有导游配额,也没有为你安排的“文化表演”。你只需走进去,选一张水上的桌子坐下,店员就会拿出一份菜单,上面基本上就是水箱里活蹦乱跳的各种海鲜。

    村子很小,十分钟就能从头走到尾。这就是重点——你是来吃饭的,而不是来观光的。

    你为之而来的螃蟹

    Ham Ninh 的招牌是 ghẹ,这是一种从 Phu Quoc 东海岸浅水区捕捞的小型“蓝泳蟹”。它们不同于你在 Saigon 海鲜餐厅吃到的那种肉质肥厚的青蟹。它们只有手掌大小,壳薄,那种鲜甜只有在出水后几小时内烹饪才能品尝到。

    标准的做法是香茅蒸 (hấp sả),搭配盐、胡椒、青柠和新鲜辣椒调制的蘸酱。你需要用手剥开它们,没有什么优雅的吃法。虽然壳肉比例并不占优,但那鲜美的味道绝对让你觉得不虚此行。一份六到八只的螃蟹价格通常在 80,000 到 120,000 VND 之间,具体取决于季节和捕获量。

    除了螃蟹,餐厅的“goi cuon”(鲜虾春卷)、刷上鱼露和辣椒油的烤鱿鱼,以及姜汤蒸蛤蜊也都做得非常地道。这里的价格在任何标准下都非常合理——如果不是点大虾,两人份的丰盛午餐加啤酒,总价大约在 300,000 到 400,000 VND 左右。

    如何前往

    从北部的 Duong Dong 镇出发,穿过岛屿的公路向东南行驶约 25 公里即可到达 Ham Ninh。骑摩托车大约需要 35 到 40 分钟。大部分路段路况良好,不过最后几公里的路面会变窄,雨后路况会变得更有挑战性。

    如果你租了摩托车(这是在度假区外游览 Phu Quoc 最明智的方式),在 Duong Dong 的门店租一辆不错的自动挡摩托车,每天预算大约在 150,000 到 180,000 VND。Grab 和当地出租车也可以到达,从镇上出发单程费用预计在 150,000 到 200,000 VND 之间。

    如果从南部的 An Thoi 出发,Ham Ninh 更近一些——沿着东海岸公路向北约 15 公里。

    最佳前往时间

    午餐是最佳选择。餐厅在上午 11 点到下午 2 点之间最繁忙,此时食物最新鲜,厨房里也有最全的当日渔获。下午去得太晚,有些菜品可能就会售罄。

    旱季(大约 11 月到次年 4 月)东海岸风平浪静,螃蟹供应也更充足。在雨季(5 月到 10 月),一些餐厅会缩短营业时间,选择也会变少,不过你也能享受到几乎包场的清静。

    如果你想体验安静的氛围,尽量避开周日。来自度假酒店的越南国内游客经常在周日来此一日游,码头路会变得非常拥挤。

    点餐策略

    不要点太多。虽然每样听起来都很诱人且价格低廉,但光是吃螃蟹就很花时间。两人份的合理搭配是:一份 ghẹ hap sa,一盘烤鱿鱼或蛤蜊,一份蔬菜,米饭,以及两瓶冰镇的“bia hoi”或罐装 Saigon 啤酒。这样就是非常丰盛的一餐了。

    大多数餐厅的员工都能用简单的英语沟通,直接指着水箱点菜也很方便。在下单前确认好价格,特别是对于按重量计价的大型螃蟹或虾。

    额外提示

    吃完饭后,走到码头的尽头。回望 Phu Quoc 内陆森林覆盖的山丘,这五分钟的漫步非常值得,午后的光线也很美。这里虽然没有壮观的风景台,但作为一个有着木船和鹈鹕的宁静渔港,在岛上开发程度较高的区域游玩过后,这里会给你带来一份独特的慰藉。

    实用信息

    Ham Ninh 没有自动取款机——去之前请从 Duong Dong 准备好现金。大多数餐厅在上午 9 点左右开门,下午 6 点前关门。这里没有正式的停车场,但摩托车可以整齐地停在码头路边。
