    An Cuu市场没有响亮的名号,也没有蜂拥而至的美食博主。这里只有常客——城市上班族、学生、摩托车修理工——他们通常在早上7点前赶到,快速吃完早餐。这通常是一个好迹象。

    地点与前往时间

    An Cuu市场位于Hung Vuong街,距离Imperial Citadel的Ngo Mon门以南约1.5公里。这是一个繁忙的社区市场,售卖农产品、干货和活鱼,早餐摊位沿着朝南的边缘紧凑排列,并延伸到内部的带顶走廊。美食供应的高峰期在早上6点到9点之间。如果9:30之后到达,最好的摊位可能已经售罄或正在收摊了。

    Banh Canh:被低估的选择

    “Banh canh”是当你觉得早上7点吃Bun Bo太油腻时的好选择。面条更粗,由木薯粉或米粉制成,汤底更温和——以蟹肉或猪肉为底,带有轻微的胶质感,能很好地包裹住面条。在Hue,Banh Canh Cua(蟹肉版)是必点:几块真蟹肉、一片鱼饼,浸在浅橙色的汤汁中。清淡而美味。

    Banh Khoai:上午茶时刻

    市场东入口外的摊位售卖“Banh Khoai”,即Hue风味的脆皮米饼。比南方的“Banh xeo”更小、更厚,Banh Khoai是在独立的铸铁模具中煎制的,里面填满了虾、猪肉和豆芽,折叠后配上发酵的花生肝酱食用,这种酱料闻起来味道有些冲,但吃起来非常棒。

    这与其说是早餐,不如说是9点到10点之间的“第二顿早餐”,越南人对此习以为常,你也不妨入乡随俗。每个价格约为20,000–30,000 VND;大多数人会点两个。

    周边还有什么

    如果你已经吃完了一碗Bun Bo和一份Banh Khoai,还想来点什么,An Cuu北侧的咖啡摊提供“ca phe sua da”——冰炼乳咖啡,采用标准的越南滴漏方式。浓郁、香甜,花15,000 VND非常值得。这里没有egg coffee;那是Hanoi的特色。别问了。

    如果想吃甜食,一些摊贩会售卖用香蕉叶包裹的类似“Banh chung”的糯米包,不过这些在Tet(春节)期间更常见。全年都可以寻找在市场入口附近推车售卖“Che”(甜豆汤)的阿姨——每天有两三种口味,每杯10,000–15,000 VND。

    如何在摊位间穿梭

    An Cuu不是为闲逛设计的。这里没有带图片的菜单,英语普及率也很低。实用的方法是:在坐下之前,先走完带顶早餐区的全程。看看锅里煮的是什么,看看前面的人在吃什么,然后选一个凳子坐下。指点点餐很有效。微笑也很有效。说“mot bowl”(一碗)并模仿吃东西的动作完全没问题。

    准备好小额钞票。50,000 VND的纸币还可以接受;在早餐摊位使用面额更大的钞票可能会引起小小的困扰。

    An Cuu市场位于Hung Vuong街,距离Perfume River附近的游客酒店区约10分钟车程。请在早上8:30之前前往以获得最全的选择。预算总共80,000–120,000 VND即可享用一份包含咖啡的丰盛早餐——如果增加蛋白质配料,价格会稍高一些。
