    景点概况

    Ham Rong 山(Nui Ham Rong,字面意思是“龙颔山”)是一座景观山坡公园,直接矗立在 Lao Cai 省 Sapa 镇中心的后方。山峰海拔约 1,800m——虽然并不比小镇本身高出太多,但足以越过屋顶,让你饱览 Muong Hoa 谷地的美景;在晴朗的早晨,甚至能一路远眺到 Fansipan。

    该地在 21 世纪初被开发为旅游花园,在原本长满灌木丛的山坡上铺设了石板路、兰花园和观景台。这里并非荒野——你可以把它当成一个带有少数民族文化表演的精心布置的公园——但它是 Sapa (사파 / 沙坝 / サパ) 少数几个完全可以徒步游览、无需雇佣导游或租用摩托车的地方之一。

    游客为何而来

    主要有三个原因:

    1. 绝佳视野。 在晴朗的日子里(这在 Sapa 很罕见,所以时机很重要),你可以一览无余地看到梯田向山谷倾泻而下的全景。向西南方向还能看到 Fansipan 的顶峰。
    2. 兰花与花园。 公园内维护着几个温室风格的花园,种植着数百种兰花;此外,1-2 月有桃花盛开,山顶附近还有充满野性美的云雾林。
    3. Hmong 族和 Dao 族表演。 半山腰的一个小露天剧场每天都会举办传统舞蹈和音乐表演——时间不长(15-20 分钟),虽然略带舞台编排感,但确实是由当地少数民族艺术家倾情演出的。这是在北方不参加正式节日的情况下,少数能欣赏到类似“quan ho”现场民间音乐的地方之一。

    如果你刚抵达 Sapa,想在开始徒步之旅前找点事做,这里也是一个能让你舒展筋骨 90 分钟的好去处。

    最佳游览时间

    Sapa 的天气决定了这里的一切:

    • 9月–11月: 天空最晴朗,梯田变得金黄。这是在山顶真正看到美景的最佳时机。
    • 3月–5月: 气候温暖,百花齐放,但下午起雾很快。建议清晨前往。
    • 12月–2月: 寒冷(5–12°C)且多雾,但有桃花盛开,游客也较少。注意保暖——石阶会变得湿滑。
    • 6月–8月: 雨季。整个攀登过程你可能都会身处云雾之中。建议跳过山顶,只游览下方的花园。

    无论什么季节,都请在早上 9 点前前往。旅游大巴会在 9:30 左右抵达,届时狭窄的小路会变得拥挤。

    如何前往

    Ham Rong 的入口大门位于 Phan Si 街,从 Sapa 主教堂广场往上走约 200m。如果你住在镇上的任何地方,都可以步行前往——从大多数酒店出发只需 5 到 10 分钟。

    从 Hanoi 出发,前往 Sapa 的常规路线有:

    • 乘火车至 Lao Cai 站 + 换乘小巴走盘山公路(全程 8 小时)

    一旦抵达 Sapa,前往 Ham Rong 本身无需任何交通工具。

    游玩项目

    公园的结构是一条从入口爬升至山顶的单向环路,中途有一些岔路:

    下层花园(20–30 分钟)

    石板路穿过修剪整齐的花坛、一片小竹林和兰花温室。步行轻松,地势基本平坦。

    文化表演区(15–20 分钟)

    露天剧场大约在三分之一路程处。每天有几场演出(通常是 9:30、11:00、14:30——请在门口确认)。有 Hmong 族长笛、Dao 族舞蹈,以及一些观众互动环节。

    云院与山顶(30–45 分钟)

    这是较陡峭的路段。石阶蜿蜒穿过长满青苔的森林,路过据称形似龙颔的岩层(发挥你的想象力吧)。山顶平台被称为 San May(“云院”),这里是欣赏美景的绝佳之地。在晴朗的日子里,绝对不虚此行。

    总步行时间:90 分钟;如果走走停停,则需要 2 小时。

    门票价格: 成人 70,000 VND,儿童 20,000 VND(截至 2024 年初)。在门口购票,仅收现金。

    餐饮推荐

    除了山顶附近的一个饮料摊,Ham Rong 公园内没有真正的餐饮供应。建议在 Sapa 镇上吃完再去或游览完再吃:

    • “Pho”和“bun”摊位 聚集在 Xuan Vien 街的市场区域周围。一碗 pho 的价格在 40,000–55,000 VND 之间。
    • “Thang co”(马肉火锅)——Hmong 族的招牌菜——在市场附近的几家店可以吃到。味道浓烈,并非所有人都能接受,但绝对是地道的当地风味。
    • Thac Bac 路上的烧烤街 晚上有 Hmong 族妇女在炭火上烤制的肉串、玉米和鸡蛋。每份 20,000–40,000 VND。
    • 如果想一边欣赏美景一边品尝 蛋咖啡 (에그커피 / 蛋咖啡 / エッグコーヒー),Thac Bac 路上有几家俯瞰山谷的咖啡馆——那里的 越南咖啡 也很不错。

    住宿推荐

    Sapa 镇很紧凑。只要住在 Phan Si、Muong Hoa 或 Thac Bac 街及其附近,都可以步行前往 Ham Rong:

    • 经济型: 青年旅社和民宿,每晚 150,000–300,000 VND。提供多人间床位。
    • 中档型: 享有山谷景观的精品酒店,600,000–1,200,000 VND。部分包含早餐。
    • 奢华型: 镇外(2–5 km)有几家度假村,配有无边泳池和云雾缭绕的露台。2,000,000+ VND。

    周末和节假日请提前预订——届时 Sapa 会挤满来自 Hanoi (하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ) 的国内游客。

    实用提示

    • 鞋子很重要。 山顶附近的石阶高低不平,雨后会很滑。请穿有抓地力的运动鞋,不要穿凉鞋。
    • 自带饮用水。 除了山顶有一个小摊贩外,沿途没有任何补给。
    • 预留 2 小时。 大多数人会低估攀登时间,因为它在地图上看起来很短。
    • 摄影: 晨光(早上 8 点前)是最好的。雾气可以营造出戏剧性的画面,但也意味着山顶的能见度为零——在决定出发前,先从酒店阳台观察一下天气状况。

    常见误区

    • 中午前往。 炎热、拥挤、有雾霾。你会爬得满头大汗,而在山顶却什么也看不到。
    • 因为它看起来太商业化而跳过。 是的,这是一个景观公园,而不是野外徒步。但山顶的景色确实是 Sapa 镇上最好的之一,而且兰花园也维护得很好。
    • 把它和 Fansipan 混淆。 游览 Ham Rong 只需要穿上鞋子步行 90 分钟。而 Fansipan 则需要全天徒步或乘坐缆车。两者完全不是一个量级。
    • 不查看表演时间。 文化表演是许多游客眼里的亮点。请在售票处询问当天的演出时间表。

    实用备忘

    Ham Rong 最适合作为你抵达 Sapa 当天早上的活动,之后再前往 Cat Cat、Ta Van 或 Muong Hoa 谷地进行更长时间的徒步。游览完后去逛逛镇上的市场是个不错的搭配。请预留 2 小时的游玩时间,即使在夏天也要带件薄外套——你身处海拔 1,800m 的地方,风会比较大。
