    Hanoi的饮酒文化跨度极大,从5,000 VND的街头啤酒到200,000 VND的精酿鸡尾酒,往往仅相隔几百米。这次巡礼串联了老城区(Old Quarter)和西湖(Tay Ho)的五个站点——你可以按顺序打卡,也可以根据当晚的心情随心选择。

    第一站 — Bia Hoi Corner, Hoan Kiem

    从这里开始。Luong Ngoc Quyen街和Ta Hien街的交汇处是Hanoi人所说的“bia hoi”的大本营——这是一种每日酿造、未经过滤的生啤,每杯仅售约7,000–10,000 VND。这里有塑料凳、没有菜单,还有退休老人、学生、摩托车修理工以及从湖边误打误撞走进来的游客。这种混杂感正是这里的精髓。

    点上一杯bia hoi,再来一盘do kho(烤鱿鱼或花生),坐下来慢慢品味。没人会催你。晚上7点后,街角会变得热闹非凡,直到酒桶见底,通常在10点到10点半左右结束。预算:每人不到50,000 VND(含小吃)。

    如果你想了解为什么Hanoi人对街头饮酒文化如此着迷,这就是最直接的答案。

    第二站 — 隐秘鸡尾酒吧, 老城区小巷

    从Ta Hien街出发,向西北步行约400米前往Ma May街。在Hang Giay街一扇不起眼的门后——留意上方一个小小的黄铜门牌和一盏昏暗的爱迪生灯泡——藏着过去四年里在老城区兴起的几家鸡尾酒吧之一。它们的风格统一:低矮的天花板、一份以越南风味为特色的精简酒单(金橘酸酒、柠檬草金酒、百香果朗姆酒),以及真正专业的调酒师。

    酒水价格在90,000–160,000 VND之间。店面很小,大约只能容纳25人,所以晚上8点后很快就会满座——建议早点去,否则可能需要在门口排队。这些酒吧的名字有时会更换,偶尔也会结业,所以访问时请在Google Maps上搜索“cocktail bar Ma May”或“hidden bar Hang Giay”以获取最新信息。

    如果你的同伴中有人今晚不想喝啤酒,这也是个不错的选择。

    第三站 — 爵士乐俱乐部, Luong Van Can

    Hanoi拥有深厚的爵士乐传统——这并非那种为游客准备的背景音乐,而是由毕业于国家音乐学院的越南音乐家们带来的表演,他们自90年代起就开始演奏经典曲目和原创作品。位于Luong Van Can的Binh Mien Jazz Club(或者如果你喜欢更吵闹的氛围,可以去To Ngoc Van街的老牌Hanoi Rock City)是感受这一城市侧面的最佳去处。

    入场费(如有)通常为50,000–100,000 VND。一杯Hanoi啤酒或“ca phe sua da”(冰奶咖啡,部分俱乐部也提供热饮)价格在40,000–60,000 VND左右。演出通常在晚上8:30或9点开始,时长约90分钟。请记住,这里的观众是来欣赏音乐的,而不仅仅是把这里当作喝酒的背景。

    第四站 — 屋顶酒吧, Tay Ho

    叫一辆Grab向西北前往西湖(Tay Ho)——距离老城区约4公里,摩托车费用约为60,000–80,000 VND。西湖周边地区已经过大规模改造,在Xuan Dieu和Quang An街附近聚集了一批屋顶酒吧。这里的客群更年轻,主要是越南白领和定居在湖边的外籍人士。

    这里的价格有所提升:鸡尾酒在130,000–200,000 VND之间,进口啤酒约80,000–100,000 VND。你支付的是夜晚俯瞰西湖(Ho Tay)的视野,以及地面上感受不到的凉爽微风。一些屋顶酒吧在周末会有DJ现场表演,而另一些则较为安静。

    如果你想吃东西,这个区域非常适合——酒吧里提供烤串、春卷和小食,或者你也可以在湖边街区的小摊上寻找美食。

    第五站 — 老城区葡萄酒吧, Hang Be

    回到老城区的Hang Be街结束今晚的行程。这里新开了几家小型葡萄酒吧,满足了城市对越南葡萄酒和进口杯装酒日益增长的需求。在这个时间点——晚上10点以后——这里的氛围比早些时候的Bia Hoi狂欢要安静得多。木质内饰、烛光,以及街道渐渐沉寂的声音。

    来自Da Lat的越南葡萄酒总是出现在酒单上,值得尝试一次:它虽不是波尔多,但一杯60,000–80,000 VND的Da Lat红酒足够纯粹且地道。进口杯装酒的价格从100,000 VND起。如果想以温暖而浓郁的口感结束夜晚,这些酒吧中有些也提供“ca phe trung”(蛋咖啡)。

    Hang Be距离还剑湖(Hoan Kiem Lake)仅五分钟步行路程。从西湖打Grab回来,根据交通状况,费用约为80,000–100,000 VND。

    实用提示

    这次巡礼在周四至周六进行效果最好,届时所有五个站点都会正常营业。越南的酒驾法律非常严格——超出步行距离的每一段路程,请务必使用Grab出行。全程巡礼的总消费(包括酒水和每站一份小吃)约为每人400,000–600,000 VND。
