    这座城市也得益于其地理位置。越南中部从 5 月到 8 月潮湿且炎热,这使得冰凉、高品质的啤酒成为一种刚需,而不仅仅是一种生活方式的选择。当室外气温达到 38 度,且你刚从海滩回来时,一杯 5.5% 酒精度、带有干投酒花香气的淡色艾尔(pale ale)带来的感受是截然不同的。

    Fuzzy Logic Brewing

    Fuzzy Logic 可能是目前当地讨论度最高的品牌。他们的酒吧位于 Han River 附近,酒单经常更换,主要偏向易饮风格——如 session ales、小麦啤酒,以及偶尔出现的果味酸啤。根据酒款不同,每品脱价格在 65,000–95,000 VND 之间。店面没有过多装饰:工业风货架、共享长桌、黑板菜单。重要的是啤酒品质稳定,这在越南炎热的气候以及复杂的供应链环境下实属不易。

    他们的淡色艾尔(pale ale)是入门首选。如果酸啤是新鲜批次,非常值得一试——点单前可以询问店员上一桶是什么时候开的。

    East West Brewing (Da Nang 分店)

    East West 起步于 Saigon,现已将版图扩展至 Da Nang,这足以说明市场的发展方向。他们在 Da Nang 的店面比 Saigon 总店小,但核心产品依然扎实:百香果小麦啤酒(Passionfruit Wheat)和 Dragon's Backbone IPA 都很可靠。每杯价格预计在 80,000–110,000 VND 之间。他们的 IPA 偏苦——不是那种西海岸风格的激进,但也绝非徒有其表的拉格。

    如果你是越南精酿圈的新手,这里有几点建议。小麦啤酒和淡色艾尔非常适合这种气候,也是当地酿酒师打磨最成熟的品类。世涛(Stouts)和重口味波特(porters)虽然也有,但在 35 度高温的午餐时段喝可能会显得不太合时宜。IPA 的品质因厂家而异;点单前可以询问是自研配方还是联名款,因为品质差距确实存在。

    关于餐酒搭配,可以考虑你正在吃什么。Da Nang 的美食以“banh xeo”(塞满虾仁和豆芽的滋滋作响的米饼)和 Han Market 的新鲜海鲜为特色。比起拉格,一杯清爽的淡色艾尔或微酸的小麦啤酒更能化解 banh xeo 的油腻感。如果你在海边吃烤鱼,一杯 4% 左右的 session ale 会让用餐体验更加轻盈。

    大局观

    在过去十年中,越南的精酿啤酒已从一种新奇事物成长为真正的产业,Da Nang 正走着与 Hanoi 和 Saigon 相同的轨迹,只是节奏更快。限制因素依然存在:啤酒花和特种麦芽的进口成本高昂,冷链物流始终是个头疼的问题,而且对于很大一部分饮酒者来说,从 bia hoi 到精酿啤酒的价格跨度依然是一个现实的门槛。

    但整体趋势是向上的。越来越多的越南本土酿酒厂正在进入市场——而不仅仅是外籍人士经营的企业——这标志着一个圈子正在真正扎根,而非仅仅服务于游客。当当地酿酒师开始争论干投酒花的时间表和水质化学成分时,这个圈子就是真实的。

    Da Nang 目前还算不上像 Saigon 那样的精酿啤酒目的地。但它绝对值得你花一个晚上去专门探索,尤其是如果你本来就是为了海滩而来,或者将这座城市作为前往 Hoi An 或 Hue 一日游的基地。

    实用贴士

    Da Nang 的大多数精酿酒吧营业时间约为下午 4 点至午夜;部分酒吧周末会提供午餐。这里并不流行“即买即走”的文化——它们大多是坐下来、在吧台点单的模式。现金在所有地方都通用,不过在一些成熟的店面,刷卡也越来越普遍。预算准备 200,000–350,000 VND 喝两到三品脱就足够了。
