    Lang Biang 位于 Da Lat 市中心以北约 12 km 处,是一座宽阔挺拔的山脉,最高点海拔 2,167 米。它是该地区最显眼的山峰,也是 Lam Dong 省一半明信片风景的灵感来源——翠绿的山脊线渐渐隐入云端。

    它的背景与重要性

    Lang Biang 实际上由两座山峰组成:海拔 2,167 米的 Ong(先生)峰和海拔 2,120 米的 Ba(女士)峰。它们的名字源于一个关于两个敌对部落恋人的 K'Ho 族传说。这个故事堪称当地版的《罗密欧与朱丽叶》,山上的每位向导和吉普车司机都会给你讲述不同的版本。较低的山峰(Ba)是大多数游客到达的地方。较高的山峰(Ong)则需要更长时间的徒步和向导带领。

    这座山位于 Lang Biang 生物圈保护区内,该保护区于 2015 年被联合国教科文组织(UNESCO)认可。保护区内交织着山地森林、松树林和草地,栖息着几种特有的鸟类。严格来说,它并不是一个国家公园——保护区本身不收门票——但山脚下的旅游区需要收取入场费。

    Lam Dong 省最近通过与 Dak Nong 和 Binh Thuan 的行政合并扩大了面积,但对于旅行者来说,当地的实际情况并没有改变。Da Lat (달랏 / 大叻 / ダラット) 依然是你的大本营,而 Lang Biang 依然是 Da Lat 的后山。

    这里也是 Da Lat 附近为数不多的可以与 K'Ho 社区进行非商业化真实互动的地点之一。一些当地家庭会在山脚区域出售编织品和烤玉米,附近的 Lac Duong 镇也涌现了一些民宿选择。

    最佳游览时间

    11 月至次年 3 月是旱季,早晨是最佳的游览时段——云雾通常在中午前就会聚集。12 月和 1 月气温最低,山顶有时会降至 8-10°C,所以请带上合适的保暖外套,而不仅仅是连帽衫。

    如果你想看风景,请避开 6 月至 9 月。在雨季,这座山会连续几天隐没在浓雾中,通往上层山峰的步道也会变得非常湿滑,让人体验大打折扣。

    工作日的早晨体验远胜于周末。周六和周日,尤其是在越南节假日和 Tet(春节)期间,吉普车道会被旅游团堵得水泄不通。

    如何从 Da Lat 前往

    从 Da Lat 的中心市场区域出发,沿着通往 Lac Duong 的道路(723 省道)向北行驶约 12 km 即可到达 Lang Biang。你有三种选择:

    • 摩托车:25-30 分钟。在 Da Lat 租一辆半自动摩托车的价格为每天 120,000-150,000 VND。道路是铺好的柏油路,非常好走——没有盘山公路,只需穿过松树林缓缓爬坡。
    • Grab/出租车:单程约 150,000-200,000 VND。建议让司机等待或约定好返程时间;在山脚下叫 Grab 是不太靠谱的。
    • 旅游团:大多数 Da Lat 的一日游会将 Lang Biang 与其他景点(如花园、草莓园)捆绑在一起。这类行程每人 300,000-500,000 VND,通常只在景区停留 60-90 分钟,如果你想徒步的话,这点时间是远远不够的。

    游玩项目

    乘坐吉普车前往雷达站

    这是大多数游客的选择。敞篷军用吉普车从山脚出发,开往较低山峰上旧雷达站附近的观景台。这段路程约 5 km,沿着陡峭的土路向上,耗时 15 分钟。吉普车往返票价为每人 150,000 VND。山顶的观景台有几个拍照点、一个小咖啡摊,在晴朗的日子里,全景视野确实非常棒。

    徒步前往 Ong 峰(2,167 米)

    从雷达站到真正主峰的步道大约 3-4 km,需要穿过茂密的山地森林。单程需要 2-3 小时,具体取决于你的配速和路况。你需要一名向导——既是为了指路(步道有岔路且标记不清),也是因为保护区在规定上要求必须有向导。可以在山脚下安排向导,最多 4 人的团队费用约为 500,000-700,000 VND。步道部分路段很陡,需要攀爬树根和岩石。请带上水、零食和防滑鞋。

    在山脚的松林步道漫步

    如果你对全程徒步不感兴趣,山脚周围有几条平坦平缓的步行小径,穿梭于松林和草地之间。清晨在这里漫步非常惬意,工作日也不拥挤,而且只要支付了门票,这些小径完全免费。

    参观 Lac Duong 镇

    距离 Lang Biang 入口约 3 km 的 Lac Duong 小镇有一个每周一次的集市和几个 K'Ho 文化景点。这里非常低调,并没有为大众旅游进行过度开发,而这正是它的魅力所在。镇上的教堂值得一看——它是为数不多的带有 K'Ho 建筑元素的高地教堂之一。

    在吉普车观景台看日出

    吉普车早上 7:00 开始运营,在旱季,这个时间足够早,能让你捕捉到绝佳的光线。如果你骑摩托车,可以更早骑车上去——道路是开放的——但如果不坐吉普车,除非你徒步,否则无法到达雷达站。

    附近美食推荐

    Da Lat 才是真正品尝美食的地方,但在 Lang Biang 附近,有两样东西值得一试:

    • “Com lam”(竹筒饭):山脚下的 K'Ho 家庭会出售这种食物——将糯米塞入竹筒中,在炭火上烤熟。它带有烟熏味,微甜,每筒大约 20,000-30,000 VND。
    • Lac Duong 集市的烤鸡肉饭:简单、便宜(每盘 60,000-80,000 VND),并用当地香草调味。虽然不花哨,但味道实在。

    回到 Da Lat 后,千万不要错过中心市场附近摊位的“banh mi”,或者在 Phan Dinh Phung 街边的餐馆来一碗“bun bo Hue”——Da Lat 的版本为了适应高地口味进行了改良,比 Hue 的原版稍微不那么辣。

    住宿指南

    大多数人住在 Da Lat,将 Lang Biang 作为一个一日游项目。Da Lat 的住宿选择丰富,从 200,000 VND/晚的青旅到 3,000,000+ VND 的精品酒店应有尽有。

    如果你想住得更近一些,Lac Duong 有几家价格在 300,000-600,000 VND 之间的客栈和民宿。它们的设施比较基础——有热水、干净的床铺,可能还提供早餐——但它们能让你住在山脚下,方便一早出发。

    当地人的实用建议

    • 穿多层衣服。即使在旱季,山顶的早晨也很冷,而且天气变化很快。
    • 携带现金。Lang Biang 的吉普车售票亭和商贩不接受刷卡。

    如果你选择乘坐吉普车,Lang Biang 可以作为从 Da Lat 出发的半日游;如果你选择徒步,则需要一整天。下午可以搭配探索 Da Lat 的美食——这座城市是越南南部最棒的美食之都之一,在爬完山后,你绝对值得享用一顿丰盛的大餐。
