    Lang Cham Chau Giang 是位于 An Giang 省 Hau River 沿岸的一个占族穆斯林村落群,在 Chau Doc 镇以南约 5 km 处。这里居住着大约一万名占族人,他们信奉伊斯兰教,并保留着早于法国殖民时期的传统编织技艺。这个社区是占婆王国(Champa kingdom)的后裔——正是这个文明在 Nha Trang 建造了 Po Nagar——并在几个世纪前迁徙到了 Mekong Delta(메콩 델타 / 湄公河三角洲 / メコンデルタ)。

    最佳旅游时间

    从 Saigon 出发: 前往 Chau Doc 的巴士从 Mien Tay 汽车站发车(车程 6–7 hours,票价约 180,000–220,000 VND)。Hung Cuong 和 Phuong Trang 是主要的客运公司。或者,你可以先乘车前往 Can Tho,在那里住一晚,第二天早上再继续前往 Chau Doc(车程 2.5 hours)。

    从 Chau Doc 出发: 村子位于沿河向南约 5 km 处。出行方式:

    • 摩托车出租车("xe om"):单程 30,000–50,000 VND
    • 从酒店租自行车:Chau Doc 的大多数客栈都提供自行车租赁,价格为 50,000–80,000 VND/day

    参观编织作坊

    沿着堤坝小路漫步。你会看到渔船、修补渔网的人、游泳的孩子以及洗涤布料的妇女。清晨(6:00–7:30)是观赏当地人活动和拍摄光线最好的时候。

    Chau Doc 水上市场

    当你在这个区域游玩时,Hau River 上的 Chau Doc 水上市场大约在早上 5:00–7:00 营业。它比 Can Tho(껀터 / 芹苴 / カントー)的 Cai Rang 市场更小,商业化气息也更弱——主要都是农产品批发船。

    美食推荐

    这里的占族社区是穆斯林,因此大多数越南菜肴的核心食材——猪肉,在这里是找不到的。取而代之的是:

    • "Ca loc nuong trui"(稻草烤黑鱼):在村子附近的河畔摊位可以买到。每条鱼大约 80,000–120,000 VND。
    • "Bo la lot"(蒌叶包牛肉):在 Chau Doc 和村子之间公路上的小餐馆里很常见。
    • "Bun ca"(鱼汤米粉):An Giang 版本的鱼汤米粉使用 Mekong 鲶鱼和带有姜黄色的汤底。可以在 Chau Doc 市区的市场摊位上找到。

    在周五中午来访。 周五的祈祷时间(大约 11:30–13:00)意味着作坊会关闭,村子也会变得安静。请避开这个时间段,或者利用这段时间去河边散步。

    期待一个精致的旅游景点。 这里没有售票处,没有游客中心,也没有英文标牌。但这正是它的魅力所在。你可以通过漫步、询问和用心感受来探索这里。

    Chau Giang 不会让你的 Instagram 瞬间爆红。这是一个安静且充满生活气息的地方,你在这里的收获与你投入的关注成正比。如果你已经为了 Sam Mountain 或前往 Cambodia 的边境口岸来到了 An Giang,那么在这里抽出一个上午的时间,会让你体验到大多数 Mekong Delta 行程中完全错过的风景。
