    老街市坐落于红河之畔,与中国边境隔河相望,位于Hanoi西北约300公里处。大多数旅行者只是途经此地,前往Sapa(沿山路上行38公里),但老街城区及其所在省份值得花一两天时间认真探索。这里节奏更慢,物价更低,你看到的是当地人真实的生活——而非专为游客打造的那个版本。

    老街市中心

    老街市本身算不上一个目的地,但值得在清晨散步一圈。河滨大道(Duong Tran Phu)在清晨格外宜人——居民出来晨练,小贩摆起茶摊,光线柔和而温暖。通往中国的大桥(老街-河口口岸)从这里清晰可见;这是一个正常运作的边境口岸,并非观光景点,但河流与口岸建筑的景致,透露出这片土地丰厚的历史底蕴。

    Dong Xuan Market(Cho Dong Xuan,旧市场)混乱得恰如其分,有着越南集市该有的样子:摊贩出售从活鸡到仿冒手机的各种商品,没有英文招牌,没有游客价。如果你不怕拥挤,又能在语言不通的情况下自如穿行,这里绝对真实。周六早晨人气最旺。水果、蔬菜和街头小吃的价格都相当实惠——荔枝当季时,一袋新鲜荔枝仅需15,000至20,000 VND。

    Bat Trang陶瓷村(一日游)

    Bat Trang位于老街市东南约50公里处(骑摩托车或包车约需90分钟)。这是一个制陶中心,陶工们在此劳作了数百年,与Hanoi附近的Bat Trang不同,这里规模小,也少了旅游团的喧嚣踩踏。

    你会看到工坊里的陶工用双手拉坯,制作碗、盘和陶罐——不是表演,而是真正的劳作。许多人会让你试着拉坯,只需几千越盾。成品的价格比Hanoi便宜(手工拉坯碗一个:50,000至150,000 VND,视大小和釉色而定)。村里有几家简单的小馆子,找一家坐下来吃饭,对面街上的陶工们继续埋头干活。

    前往方式:租一辆摩托车(200,000至300,000 VND/天)或包车(全天价格约600,000至800,000 VND,可议价)。Bat Trang几乎没有人会说英语,建议提前下载离线地图。

    Sapa附近的少数民族村落(从老街市出发的一日游)

    如果你住在老街市(而非Sapa),同样可以前往山地部落村落,而且能避开Sapa徒步旅游团最拥挤的人潮。苗族和瑶族居住在海拔较高的山区。大多数一日游线路包括Cat Cat、Sin Chai或Ta Van村。费用约为每人400,000至800,000 VND,含向导的半日徒步;建议直接与老街市的民宿谈,不要通过大型旅行社预订。

    需要注意的是:许多村落已经适应了旅游业。孩子们会向你讨笔和糖果。民宿供应的食物,也是你在网上读到的那种"民宿风格"。这不是造假,但也并非窥见一种未被触碰的生活。尽管如此,穿行在稻田之间,听着苗语在耳边飘过,总好过坐在Sapa镇的咖啡馆里付高价消磨时光。

    户外活动

    骑摩托车前往边境: 从老街市沿4号公路向北骑行,前往老街-河口口岸。这段路紧贴红河而行,景色值得这20分钟的骑行。没有中国签证无法入境,但可以在口岸前停车拍照,在路边简单的pho摊上吃一碗。

    红河皮划艇: 少数本地经营者(可向民宿询问)在水流较平缓的河段提供半日皮划艇活动。没有Halong Bay那般壮观,但宁静怡人,游客寥寥。每人约500,000 VND。

    Sapa周边徒步: 如果你住在老街市,可以乘公共汽车或摩托车出租前往Sapa,做半日徒步后返回,无需在当地住宿(从而避开Sapa的住宿溢价)。Fansipan是最高峰登山线路,此外也有穿越村落、前往瀑布的短程步道可供选择。

    文化须知

    老街省是苗族、傣族、瑶族、京族及其他多个民族的聚居地。集市和村落在服饰、语言和饮食上都体现着这种多元。前往山地村落时,请着装保守(遮住肩膀和膝盖),以示尊重。雇用一位会当地语言的本地向导,整个体验会截然不同。

    不必特地去的地方

    老街市夜生活: 这里没有值得一提的酒吧或夜生活场景。有几家卡拉OK,但主要面向本地人,对独自旅行的游客而言可能会感到格格不入。

    口岸"景点": 老街-河口口岸本身不是旅游景点,不能随意过境,口岸是功能性设施,并无特别的观赏价值。

    高价徒步团: 在当地直接预订向导,不要通过大型旅行社。价格能砍掉一半,钱也直接流向当地劳动者。

    餐饮与住宿

    老街市的民宿每晚200,000至400,000 VND,简单但干净。在Tran Phu街的本地pho店吃饭(pho或米线一碗25,000至40,000 VND)。集市附近的街头小摊出售banh chung、banh mi和糯米卷,每份不超过20,000 VND。

    如果你需要更舒适的住宿或英语服务,Sapa距此38公里(乘小巴约需1至1.5小时,票价50,000 VND),但各项消费都会相应提高。

    实用信息

    老街市面积不大,步行或骑摩托车即可游览。当地居民大多不会说英语,建议准备离线翻译应用或短语手册。最佳旅行时间为10月至11月或3月至4月(天气凉爽干燥)。如果计划徒步,记得带上保暖衣物;海拔较高,昼夜温差显著。如果只是把老街作为前往Sapa的中转基地,完全说得通;若想认真探索,建议安排2至3天,搭配一日游前往Bat Trang或附近的村落徒步。
