    景点简介

    Mong Ngua(字面意思是“马蹄”)是 Mu Cang Chai 的一片水稻梯田,它以优美的弧线环绕着山谷,构成了越南(베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)北部最上镜的风景之一。这片梯田海拔约 1,000 米,位于前 Yen Bai 省(经过行政区划调整后,现已并入扩建的 Lao Cai 省)。Hmong 族人世代在山坡上开垦出这些梯田,该遗址也是被认定为国家遗产景观的 Mu Cang Chai 梯田群的一部分。

    与附近更著名的 La Pan Tan 或 Che Cu Nha 梯田群不同,Mong Ngua 更加紧凑且视觉独特——马蹄形状将你的视线汇聚到山谷中心,那里坐落着一个小村落,四周被绿色(或金黄色,取决于季节)所环绕。

    推荐理由

    主要有三个原因。首先是几何美感——层层叠叠的弧形梯田看起来简直巧夺天工,就像是用软件设计出来的一样。其次是相对宁静。尽管风景不相上下,但 Mu Cang Chai 的游客数量远少于 Sapa。第三是自驾体验本身。从 Hanoi 来这里需要穿越 Khau Pha 垭口,这是越南最壮丽的盘山公路之一,沿途的风景绝佳,哪怕你最终没走到梯田也绝对不虚此行。

    摄影师为了黄金时刻的光影而来。徒步爱好者为了穿梭在梯田间的步道而来。而其他人,则是因为在网上看到了一张照片,不敢相信这竟然是真实的风景。

    最佳旅行时间

    有两个最佳时段:

    • 9 月底至 10 月中旬 —— 收获季节。水稻变成金黄色,梯田熠熠生辉。这是旅游旺季,你需要和其他游客共享观景台,但为了这绝美的色彩,一切都值得。
    • 5 月底至 6 月 —— 灌水季节。梯田被水淹没,变成倒映天空的镜子。此时游客较少,日出时的光影效果更加震撼。

    尽量避开 11 月到次年 3 月——此时梯田光秃秃的,呈现出褐色,天气寒冷多雾,几乎没什么可拍的。如果你不介意深绿色(对比度较低,但依然美丽)和午后的阵雨,7 月和 8 月也是可以的。

    交通指南

    Mu Cang Chai 位于 Hanoi(하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ)西北方向约 280 km 处——经 32 号国道骑摩托车或包车大约需要 6-7 小时。路线会经过 Nghia Lo 并翻越 Khau Pha 垭口。

    骑摩托车: 经典的选择。在 Hanoi 租车(本田 Wave 或 XR150 每天 150,000-250,000 VND),分两天骑行,在 Nghia Lo 或 Tu Le 过夜。道路已铺设柏油但蜿蜒曲折——Khau Pha 路段仅限经验丰富的骑手。

    包车/私人司机: 可通过你的酒店或 Hanoi 的旅行社预订。带司机的包车往返费用约为 3,500,000-4,500,000 VND(2-3 天行程)。

    乘坐大巴: Hanoi 的 My Dinh 车站有开往 Mu Cang Chai 镇的大巴(约 250,000 VND,6-7 小时)。从镇上出发,你需要乘坐“xe om”(摩托车出租)或安排交通工具前往向南约 15 km 的 Mong Ngua 观景台。

    到达该地区后,Mong Ngua 位于 La Pan Tan 公社附近主路分出的一条土路上。向当地人打听“mong ngua”即可——那里无人不晓。

    漫步梯田

    有一条小径从上方的观景台穿过层层梯田一直延伸到谷底——单程约 45 分钟。道路狭窄,雨后可能很滑,所以请穿合适的鞋子,不要穿凉鞋。Hmong 族农民每天都会使用这些小径,因此请走在既定的路线上,不要踩踏正在种植的水稻田。

    拍摄日出

    马蹄形梯田朝向东南偏东,这意味着清晨的阳光会直射在梯田上。在 9 月份,早上 5:30 之前到达能获得最佳拍摄条件。35mm 或 50mm 镜头能很好地捕捉弧线;广角镜头则会使形状变形。

    逛逛周末集市

    Mu Cang Chai 镇在周日早晨会举办集市,Hmong 族、Thai 族和其他高地社区的人们会在这里进行交易。这不是一个旅游市场——这里卖的是牲畜、烟草、布料和“thang co”(马肉炖汤),而不是纪念品。

    顺道游览 Khau Pha 垭口

    垭口本身就是一个景点。在山顶观景台(海拔约 1,200 米)稍作停留,可以饱览一直延伸到老挝边境山脉的全景。在前往 Tu Le 的下山途中,有天然温泉,你可以花 20,000-50,000 VND 泡个澡。

    餐饮推荐

    Mu Cang Chai 镇的主路旁有一排“com pho”店(米饭和面条馆)。在这里能吃到基本的北部美食——pho、猪肉“bun”、炸春卷(“cha gio”)和炒青菜。一顿饭大概需要 40,000-70,000 VND。

    如果想吃点更难忘的,可以找找“com lam”——这是 Hmong 族妇女在 La Pan Tan 附近路边售卖的竹筒烤糯米饭。如果你吃完后不需要骑车,可以搭配烤猪肉和当地的玉米酒一起享用。

    Tu Le(往 Hanoi 方向回程 30 km 处)以其“com nep”而闻名——这是一种仅在该山谷种植的芳香糯米品种。非常值得在这里停下来吃顿午餐。

    住宿推荐

    Mu Cang Chai 镇上有价格在 200,000-500,000 VND 之间的宾馆——提供热水和 WiFi 的基础客房。Eco Palms Lodge 和 Mu Cang Chai Ecolodge 离梯田更近,提供山谷景观房,价格为每晚 800,000-1,500,000 VND。

    La Pan Tan 公社的民宿能让你最接近 Mong Ngua 本身——睡在 Hmong 族高脚屋的地铺上,包含共享餐食,通常每人 300,000-400,000 VND。可以通过当地联系人预订,或者直接过去询问;除了收获旺季的几周外,通常都有空房。

    实用提示

    • 仅收现金。 梯田区没有 ATM 机。最近的 ATM 机在 Mu Cang Chai 镇上(Agribank)。请从 Hanoi 带足越南盾。
    • 手机信号 在梯田之间时断时续。Viettel 在高地地区的信号覆盖最好。
    • 高原反应 在 1,000 米的海拔不是问题,但山路可能会引起晕车。如果你容易晕车,请备好药物。
    • 尊重农田。 这些都是正在耕作的农田。不要攀爬梯田田埂、采摘水稻,也不要在未征得同意的情况下直接在农民头顶放飞无人机。
    • 加满油。 请在 Mu Cang Chai 镇上加满油。镇上到梯田之间没有加油站。

    常见避坑指南

    最大的错误就是在错误的月份到来——比如 12 月份来,只能看到光秃秃的褐色田地。其次:低估了从 Hanoi 出发的车程,试图把它当作一日游(你根本无法轻松做到)。第三:穿着人字拖走在湿滑的梯田小径上,结果滑进水稻田里。第四:黎明前徒步前往观景台时没有带头灯。

    行程建议

    游览 Mong Ngua 最好的方式是将其作为从 Hanoi 出发的 3 天环线的一部分:第一天骑行至 Tu Le 或 Nghia Lo,第二天探索 Mu Cang Chai 和梯田,第三天经 Than Uyen 走另一条路线前往 Sapa(사파 / 沙坝 / サパ),或者环线返回 Hanoi。如今 Ha Giang 环线备受瞩目,但 Mu Cang Chai 同样能提供令人惊叹的壮丽景色,而游客却少得多。
