    最佳游玩时间

    3 月至 8 月。越南中部这一带的旱季大约从 3 月持续到 9 月,最热的几个月(6 月至 8 月)阳光强烈,但海面也最为平静。在这些月份的退潮期最适合在礁石上漫步——出发前记得查看潮汐表。

    避开 10 月至 12 月。这是中部海岸的台风季,Quang Ngai 往往首当其冲。道路会被淹没,海水变成浑浊的棕色,狂风中的海角也确实非常危险。

    交通指南

    最近的主要交通枢纽是 Da Nang,位于其以北约 130 km 处。

    乘火车: 乘坐 统一特快列车 从 Da Nang 前往 Quang Ngai 站——大约需要 2.5 到 3 小时,票价约 80,000–150,000 VND,具体取决于座位等级。从 Quang Ngai 市区出发,你需要骑摩托车或乘车才能到达海角。

    骑摩托车: 从 Da Nang 沿着 QL1A 公路南下骑行大约需要 3 小时。这不是一条风景优美的公路——大部分是平坦且繁忙的道路——但一旦你在 Binh Son 县附近转向海岸,视野就会豁然开朗。

    从 Quang Ngai 市区到海角: 向东约 25 km,骑摩托车穿过稻田和渔村的乡间小路大约需要 40 分钟。从市中心叫一辆 Grab 汽车单程大约需要 150,000–200,000 VND,但车辆可能不太好打。在镇上租一辆摩托车(120,000–150,000 VND/天)是更好的选择。

    游玩项目

    退潮时漫步礁石滩

    海角周围的玄武岩平台在退潮时会裸露数小时——深色、充满纹理的岩石上覆盖着海藻和小型海洋生物。请穿上防滑的鞋子。岩石很锋利,有些地方还很滑。留出一个小时的时间来探索,并随时注意水位。

    攀登灯塔

    灯塔大院可以步行进入。至于能否登上塔顶,则取决于当天的运气和值班人员——这里并未正式对游客开放,但守塔人有时会允许人们上去。即使只是在塔底,沿着海岸线向两侧眺望的景色也绝对值得一走。

    观看渔船归港

    海角附近的小港口——特别是半岛底部的村庄周围——在清晨非常热闹。这里仍在使用圆形的簸箕船("thung chai")。如果你在早上 5:30 起床,就能看到渔获直接在沙滩上进行分拣和售卖。

    沿着海岸公路向南骑行至 Sa Huynh

    从 Mui Ba Lang An 向南通往 Sa Huynh 的海岸线(约 40 km)途经盐田、虾池和宁静的海湾。这是 Quang Ngai 最棒的摩托车骑行路线之一——没有惊险的山口,只有开阔的海岸和极少的车辆。

    参观附近的鱼市场

    Duc Pho (쌀국수 / 越南河粉 / フォー) 的早市或沿海公路上的小市场以当地价格出售新鲜海鲜。一公斤鱿鱼的价格在 60,000–100,000 VND 之间,具体取决于季节。即使你不买,这也是了解当地经济实际运作方式的绝佳窗口。

    附近美食

    Quang Ngai 的招牌菜是 "don"——一种用虾和猪肉制成的米糕,用香蕉叶包裹后蒸熟。你可以在 Quang Ngai 市区的小店里找到它,而不是在海角附近。一盘大约 30,000–50,000 VND。

    靠近海岸的地方,可以在渔村附近任何一家家庭经营的小店寻找烤海鲜——烤鱿鱼、蒸蛤蜊,以及配鱼肉的“com tam”。满满一盘大约需要 50,000–80,000 VND。没有花哨的装饰,也没有英文菜单。只需指一指,点点头即可。

    住宿推荐

    海角本身没有住宿设施。

    Quang Ngai 市区 有基础的酒店和宾馆,一间带空调的干净客房每晚价格在 200,000–500,000 VND 之间。市中心附近一些较新的酒店收费为 600,000–900,000 VND。

    Sa Huynh 位于以南约 40 km 处,如果你想住得离海岸更近,这里有少数几家海滨宾馆——价格预计在 250,000–400,000 VND/晚。不要指望有度假村级别的设施。

    当地人的实用建议

    • 携带饮用水和防晒霜。 海角上没有遮阳处,一旦离开村庄就买不到任何东西了。
    • 查看潮汐。 礁石漫步是这里的主要景点,但在涨潮时会被海水淹没。使用潮汐表应用程序——尽量安排在退潮前 1-2 小时前往。
    • 在 Quang Ngai 市区加满油。 越靠近海岸,加油站就越稀少。
    • 携带现金。 海角附近没有自动取款机(ATM),也没有人接受刷卡。

    常见避坑指南

    • 在涨潮时到达,结果除了海浪拍打岩石外什么也看不到。当礁石被淹没时,海角看起来完全不同——而且趣味大减。
    • 在玄武岩上穿人字拖。 岩石会割伤你的脚。请穿上合适的凉鞋或涉水鞋。
    • 期望完善的基础设施。 这里没有咖啡馆,没有洗手间,也没有英文标牌。这里不是 Hoi An (호이안 / 会安 / ホイアン)。请据此做好计划。
    • 天黑后开车返回。 从海岸到 Quang Ngai 市区的道路照明极差,而且有散养的狗。请尽量在白天赶路。

    实用须知

    Mui Ba Lang An 会回馈那些能够适应些许粗犷且不需要保姆式服务的旅行者。它非常适合与较长的中部海岸之旅搭配——你可以轻松地将它与 Quang Ngai 市区的一日游结合起来,然后继续向南前往 Quy Nhon 或向北前往 Hoi An。只是不要指望这里会有任何人迎合游客。
