    Nui Ba Ra 是一座 723 米高的花岗岩山峰,靠近 Phuoc Long 镇,位于曾经的 Binh Phuoc 省(现已并入扩建后的 Dong Nai)。它是越南(베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)东南部最高的山峰,也是 Da Lat 以南少数几个能让你真正超越林木线,看到一望无际的橡胶林之外不同景致的地方之一。

    它的独特之处与重要意义

    这座山融合了自然森林、佛教宝塔和战争历史。半山腰有一座寺庙建筑群——Linh Son Pagoda,其历史可追溯到几十年前,吸引了众多朝圣者,尤其是在 Tet 和 Hung Kings Festival 期间。在山顶附近,你会发现前军事雷达站的遗迹。山顶本身视野开阔,可以俯瞰 Thac Mo 水库和周围的低地。

    对于大多数外国游客来说,Nui Ba Ra 并不为人熟知。它不在背包客的常规路线上。但这正是它的魅力所在——你将与当地的徒步旅行者、僧侣以及来自 Saigon 的周末游客共享这条小径,而不是拥挤的旅行团。

    游客为何前往

    主要有三个原因。首先是攀登本身:大约 1,300 级台阶开凿在山坡上,蜿蜒穿过森林,有很好的树荫遮蔽。这是一项很好的锻炼,且不需要专业技巧。其次是山顶的景色——下方是 Thac Mo Lake,四周是绿色的树冠,在晴朗的早晨,还能看到填满山谷的低空云海。第三是宁静。Nui Ba Ra 的节奏是越南南部大多数旅游景点所没有的。

    如果你在 Saigon(사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン)待了一段时间,想要体验高海拔,又不想坐 7 个小时的巴士去 Da Lat,那么这是一个非常现实的一日游或过夜选择。

    最佳游览时间

    旱季(11 月至次年 4 月)是最佳的游览窗口期。早晨比较凉爽(山顶气温在 20 度出头),台阶干燥,能见度最高。12 月和 1 月的天空通常最为晴朗。

    尽量避开 6 月至 9 月。下午的暴风雨来得很快,石阶会变得湿滑,山顶也会被云层笼罩。全年的工作日都比周末安静,周末会有大量 Saigon 居民驱车前来。

    如果你想在日出时看到云海,可以选择过渡月份——10 月底或 11 月初,那时山谷里晨雾弥漫,但上空的天气却很晴朗。

    如何从 Saigon 前往

    Phuoc Long 镇位于 Saigon 东北约 180 km 处。车程约为 3.5 到 4 小时,具体取决于出城的交通状况。

    骑摩托车: 最灵活的选择。沿 QL13 向北穿过 Binh Duong,然后在 DT741 向东北方向行驶。全程路况都不错。在 Dong Xoai 加满油——这是到达 Phuoc Long 之前的最后一个像样的城镇。

    乘巴士: Phuong Trang (FUTA) 和 Thanh Buoi 运营从 Saigon 的 Mien Dong 汽车站到 Phuoc Long 的巴士。单程票价为 120,000–160,000 VND。车程约 4 小时。从 Phuoc Long 汽车站到山脚有 3 km 的路程——可以花 20,000–30,000 VND 叫一辆当地的“xe om”(摩托车出租车)。

    包车: 如果你从 Saigon 租车并带司机,包含等待时间的往返一日游费用大约在 1,500,000–2,000,000 VND 左右。

    游玩项目

    攀登阶梯登顶

    主要的步道是一条阶梯——从山脚到山顶大约有 1,300 级台阶。以舒适的配速上山大约需要 1.5 到 2 小时,下山大约需要 1 小时。这条小径穿过森林,路过小神龛,并沿着一些令人惊叹的巨石阵延伸。请自带饮用水——半山腰以上没有卖水的地方。

    参观 Linh Son Pagoda

    在大约三分之二的路程处,步道会穿过寺庙区域。这是一座活跃的佛教寺庙,而不是博物馆,所以请穿着得体。僧侣们非常热情。在庭院里可以向东俯瞰水库的景色,这也是在最后冲刺登顶前一个天然的休息站。

    在山顶看日出

    这需要你在山顶附近露营,或者在凌晨 4:00 左右戴着头灯开始攀登。黎明前的徒步是完全可以应付的——台阶非常清晰。看着太阳从 Thac Mo Lake 上方升起,下方的山谷弥漫着薄雾,这是游览 Nui Ba Ra 最棒的理由。

    回到山脚下,Thac Mo 水库值得你花上一两个小时。你可以租一艘小船(每人大约 100,000–150,000 VND,环游 30 分钟),或者只是沿着湖滨路散步。这里宁静、翠绿,是下山后放松身心的好方式。

    探索 Phuoc Long 镇

    Phuoc Long 本身是一个不起眼的越南小镇——如果你在旅游区待久了,这正是它有趣的地方。逛逛早市,在路边摊喝一杯“ca phe sua da”(越南冰炼乳咖啡),看着这座小镇慢慢苏醒。

    附近就餐推荐

    Phuoc Long 并没有什么能让你惊艳到改变人生的美食,但仍有一些值得去寻觅的美味。

    可以在市场附近主干道旁的小饭馆里找找“com tam”——烤猪肉碎米饭。一盘大约 30,000–45,000 VND。镇上汽车站附近的早市摊位也有不错的“bun rieu”(蟹肉汤粉)——最好在早上 8:00 前到达,才能吃到最新鲜的,大约 35,000 VND。

    如果你留下来吃晚餐,Thac Mo Lake 附近的餐厅供应从水库里捕捞的烤鱼。做法简单,搭配米纸和香草一起食用。一份共享的鱼肉菜肴预算在 150,000–250,000 VND 左右。

    住宿推荐

    Phuoc Long 有少数几家宾馆和微型酒店。不要指望有什么精品酒店。

    • 经济型(200,000–350,000 VND/晚): 镇中心附近基本的风扇房或简单的空调房。还算干净,但热水供应时好时坏。
    • 中档型(400,000–600,000 VND/晚): 主干道旁较新的微型酒店,配有空调、Wi-Fi 和私人浴室。湖附近的 Nha Nghi Thanh Binh 及类似住宿都还算实用。
    • 民宿/露营: 一些游客会在山顶附近露营看日出。这里没有正式的露营地——只有靠近山顶的平地。请自带装备并带走你的垃圾。

    当地人会告诉你的实用提示

    • 尽早出发。日出后的第一个小时,台阶还在阴凉处,但到了上午 9:00,暴露在阳光下的路段就会变得很热。
    • 每人至少携带 1.5 升水。山脚下有一个卖饮料的小贩,但步道上没有任何可靠的补给点。
    • 穿合适的鞋子。穿着人字拖走在湿滑的石阶上,简直就是去医院的预演。
    • 门票很便宜——大约 10,000–20,000 VND——在山脚下收取。
    • 寺庙以上的手机信号断断续续。不要依赖 Google 地图来导航步道。

    需避免的常见错误

    • 低估了攀登难度。 这不需要专业技巧,但在热带的高温下爬 1,300 级台阶,对任何有一阵子没爬山的人来说都是一种考验。请控制好自己的节奏。
    • 中午到达。 你会在毫无遮蔽的路段被烤熟,而且山顶很可能雾蒙蒙的。早晨是唯一的正确选择。
    • 跳过 Thac Mo Lake。 有些人爬上山,下山后就立刻离开了。这个湖可是这趟旅程中第二棒的部分。
    • 看完日出后当晚开车回 Saigon。 你会非常疲惫。住一晚,第二天早上精神饱满地离开。

    实用须知

    将 Nui Ba Ra 作为从 Saigon 出发的过夜旅行是最好的安排——下午开车前往,在 Phuoc Long 住一晚,为了看日出而攀登,探索 Thac Mo Lake,然后返回。这不是一个需要停留超过 24 小时的目的地,但如果把它当作纯粹的一日游匆忙赶路,意味着你会错过最好的光线,而且回到家时会筋疲力尽。
