    概况

    Nui Dau Rong(龙头山)位于如今的 Phu Tho 省,地处红河三角洲向北部中地带隆起的丘陵过渡区。这座山海拔约 600 米,其得名于一条山脊线——从东南方向望去,宛如一条昂首的巨龙。在区划调整将其划入 Phu Tho 管辖之前,该地区曾由 Hoa Binh 省管辖。

    大多数人是为徒步而来——这是一段难度适中的半日徒步路线,穿过次生林后,山顶清晰的山脊线风光是对你最好的回报。站在山顶向北眺望,Phu Tho 的茶园尽收眼底;向西南望去,则是 Hoa Binh 标志性的石灰岩喀斯特地貌。在晴朗的早晨,你还能清晰地勾勒出 Da River 河谷的轮廓。

    除了徒步,这里也是在 Hanoi 郊外度过宁静夜晚的理想之地,无需像去 Sapa 或 Ha Giang 那样驱车 5-6 小时。它非常适合与参观雄王庙(Hung Kings Temple)建筑群结合起来——那是越南起源神话的精神中心,位于其以东约 30 km 的 Viet Tri 市。

    最佳游玩时间

    10 月至次年 3 月是最佳时节。11 月和 12 月的天空最为晴朗,山顶温度徘徊在 15-18°C 左右,步道也不会泥泞湿滑。1 月和 2 月可能会起雾,虽然有些人喜欢这种朦胧美,但这会遮挡视线。

    尽量避开 6 月至 8 月,除非你喜欢在 35°C 的高温、90% 的湿度以及能把步道变成小溪的午后雷阵雨中徒步。9 月严格来说是季风的尾声——在较陡峭的路段仍有滑坡的风险。

    如何从 Hanoi 前往

    Nui Dau Rong 距离 Hanoi(하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ)市中心约 90 km,大部分路程在 Noi Bai - Lao Cai 高速公路(CT05)上,之后向 Thanh Son 区方向驶出。

    骑摩托车: 最常见的方式。沿高速公路行驶至 Phong Chau 出口,然后沿 QL32C 向南前往 Thanh Son。总骑行时间约为 2-2.5 小时,具体取决于 Hanoi 出城的交通状况。一辆 125cc 摩托车的往返油费约为 80,000-100,000 VND。

    乘坐巴士 + xe om: 从 My Dinh 车站乘坐巴士前往 Thanh Son 镇(约 100,000-120,000 VND,2.5 小时)。从 Thanh Son 出发,你需要乘坐当地的 xe om(摩托车出租)完成最后 10-12 km 到达步道起点——单程价格可讲价至 50,000-70,000 VND。这里没有 Grab 服务。

    自驾/包车: 路线相同,速度稍快。如果你从 Hanoi 包车,包含等待时间的一日游费用预计在 1,500,000-1,800,000 VND 之间。

    游玩项目

    徒步主山脊步道

    主要路线从山脉东部山脚下的村庄开始,在 3-4 km 的路程中爬升约 450 米。上山预留 2-2.5 小时,下山 1.5 小时。步道很明显但没有路标——压实的泥土路在接近山顶时会变成裸露的岩石。请带上手套,因为在最后一段攀爬中,你需要抓住树根将自己拉上去。

    探访山下的 Muong 族村落

    步道起点处的村落依然保留着带有棕榈茅草屋顶的传统高脚屋。如果你表现出尊重,当地人通常都很友好。不要未经邀请就闯入别人家中,但如果有人向你招手请你喝茶,不妨欣然接受。你可能会看到妇女们在屋子底下的织布机上织布——这是他们真实的日常生活,而不是表演。

    在东侧山肩观赏日出

    如果你在附近过夜,黎明前出发(凌晨 4:30 前动身)可以让你到达海拔约 400 米处一块正对东方的空地。这里是龙头“下颌”下垂的地方,视野开阔,地平线一览无余。请带上头灯——下半段步道没有照明。

    探索茶山

    Phu Tho 的中地带茶园遍布在山脉以北起伏的丘陵上。Thanh Son 地区种植“shan tuyet”品种——一种产自古树的大叶茶。如果你路过一家在外面防水布上晾晒茶叶的加工厂,通常可以直接购买,价格为每公斤 150,000-200,000 VND。

    顺道游览雄王庙

    位于 Viet Tri 的 Hung Kings Festival 遗址是一个顺理成章的附加行程。这座寺庙建筑群坐落在 Nghia Linh 山上,追溯了越南民族建立的神话。从 Nui Dau Rong 骑摩托车大约需要 40 分钟。门票为 10,000 VND。

    附近美食推荐

    Thanh Son 镇的主干道旁有一些提供 com binh dan(家常便饭)的基本餐馆。寻找写有“com tam”的招牌——碎米饭配烤猪肉、煎蛋和腌菜,价格为 35,000-45,000 VND。

    值得一试的当地特色美食是“com lam”——在炭火上用竹筒烤制的糯米饭。Muong 族家庭有时会在路边售卖,尤其是在周末。如果你找到一家同时提供这两种食物的农户,不妨搭配烤溪鱼一起享用——一顿丰盛的餐食预计花费 80,000-120,000 VND。

    住宿推荐

    选择有限且条件基础:

    • 村里的民宿(200,000-350,000 VND/晚): 高脚屋里的地铺,共用浴室,较高价位通常包含晚餐和早餐。在步道起点附近打听一下——这里没有预订平台。
    • Thanh Son 镇的 nha nghi(250,000-400,000 VND/晚): 简单的客栈房间,配有私人浴室、热水和 WiFi。虽然不豪华,但足够干净。
    • 山上露营: 一些徒步旅行者会在东侧山肩的空地上搭帐篷。这里没有任何设施,半山腰以上也没有水源。你需要自己携带所有物品。

    当地人的实用建议

    • 每人至少携带 2 升水。在 1 km 处有一条小溪可以涉水而过,但再往上就没有可靠的水源了。
    • 5 月至 9 月蚂蟥很活跃,尤其是雨后。把裤腿塞进袜子里,并随身携带盐或打火机。
    • 手机信号(Viettel)在海拔 300 米左右之前都有,之后就会断掉。在上半段步道不要依赖 GPS 地图应用。
    • 上山时告诉村里的人你的去向以及预计返回的时间。这是基本的礼貌,也是一项基本的安全措施。
    • “步道”上至少有两个容易走错的岔路口——如果不确定,请选择沿着山脊向右(南)延伸的小路。

    避坑指南

    • 出发太晚。 如果在温暖的月份上午 10 点之后才出发,你会在毫无遮挡的上半段路程遭遇最高温。请在早上 6-7 点出发。
    • 穿凉鞋。 满是岩石的上半段路程会让你吃尽苦头。请穿戴合适的徒步鞋,或者至少是带有脚踝支撑的结实运动鞋。
    • 错过村庄。 人们总是匆匆赶往步道起点,却忽略了山下的村落。在这里,文化底蕴占据了体验的一半。
    • 期望有路标或基础设施。 步道上没有垃圾桶、洗手间或供水站。请带走你带来的所有物品。

    实用须知

    将 Nui Dau Rong 与雄王庙(Hung Kings Temple)地区或 Thanh Son 周边的茶乡结合起来,作为从 Hanoi 出发的两日游是最好的选择。它本身并不足以支撑多日的行程,但作为一次真正宁静且没有旅游基础设施的半日徒步,它完美呈现了中地带最迷人的一面——只有山脉、步道,没有太多其他东西的打扰。
