    Coc Ly 是什么——以及为什么它值得一去

    3. 徒步路线的起点/终点 —— Coc Ly 可以作为在 Bac Ha 和 Chay River 山谷之间穿行于 Flower Hmong 和 Tay 村落的多日徒步旅行的起点或终点。这里的地形不如 Ha Giang 的山口那样险峻,但更加亲切——想象一下稻田间的狭窄小径,而不是盘山公路。

    最佳游览时间

    市场全年开放,风雨无阻,每个周二都有。但不同季节的体验会有所不同:

    • 9月至11月 —— 梯田呈现金黄色或刚刚收割完毕。早晨凉爽,大多数星期都是晴空万里。这是最理想的游览时节。
    • 3月至5月 —— 气候变暖,偶尔有薄雾。梯田里灌满了水,正在插秧——展现出另一种独特的美。
    • 12月至2月 —— 寒冷(早晨气温在 8-12°C),有时雾气大到乘船游览会被取消。市场照常开放,但在隆冬时节出现的商贩会减少。
    • 6月至8月 —— 雨季。道路可能会变得泥泞,偶尔发生的山体滑坡会阻断从 Bac Ha 来的路线。这段时间市场最具本土气息,如果你不介意弄湿靴子,它也有其独特的魅力。

    如何前往

    Coc Ly 距离 Bac Ha 镇约 20 km。大多数旅行者会以 Bac Ha 或 Sapa(사파 / 沙坝 / サパ)为大本营,并从那里安排交通。

    从 Bac Ha 出发: 雇一辆摩托车出租车(xe om)单程约 150,000-200,000 VND,或者在 Bac Ha 自己租一辆摩托车,价格约 180,000 VND/天。道路已铺设柏油,但很狭窄,部分路段较陡。车程需 40-50 分钟。

    从 Sapa 出发: 距离约 110 km,经 Bac Ha 乘车或骑摩托车需 3-3.5 小时。大多数位于 Sapa 的旅行社提供周二 Coc Ly 市场一日游,价格为每人 800,000-1,200,000 VND,包含交通和乘船游览。

    从 Hanoi 出发: 乘坐夜间火车前往 Lao Cai 市(约 21:00-22:00 从 Hanoi 出发,05:00-06:00 抵达),然后换乘小巴或出租车前往 Bac Ha(约 60 km,1.5 小时)。你需要在周一晚上在 Bac Ha 过夜,才能赶上周二的市场。

    乘船选项: 市场结束后,前往 Bao Nhai 的船只在 11:00 至 13:00 之间出发(当乘客满员时)。费用通常为每人 100,000-150,000 VND。从 Bao Nhai,你可以安排一辆摩托车出租车返回 Bac Ha。

    徒步旅行

    你可以在 Bac Ha 的民宿询问从 Coc Ly 到 Na Lo 或 Ta Van Chu 等村庄的带导游徒步路线。一整天的徒步行程大约 12-15 km,穿过梯田山谷。导游费用约为每天 400,000-600,000 VND。

    餐饮推荐

    Coc Ly 没有餐厅。在周二,市场里的食品摊位是你唯一的选择——“thang co”、pho(쌀국수 / 越南河粉 / フォー)、香蕉叶包裹的糯米饭、烤玉米,以及从塑料壶里倒出的米酒。在非集市日,请自带食物或在来之前在 Bac Ha 用餐。

    在 Bac Ha 镇,可以尝试老教堂附近主路上的“com tam”和烤猪肉店。一顿丰盛的饭菜大约需要 50,000-70,000 VND。

    住宿推荐

    Coc Ly 本地没有正式的住宿设施。你的选择有:

    • Bac Ha 镇 —— 有几家宾馆和民宿,价格在 200,000-500,000 VND 之间。Ngan Nga Bac Ha Homestay 干净可靠,还能欣赏到山景。
    • 附近村庄的民宿 —— 在 Bac Ha 和 Coc Ly 之间,一些 Tay 族家庭会接待旅行者。你的 Bac Ha 房东通常可以提前一天为你安排。住宿条件比较基础,提供家常饭菜,而且无论你想不想喝,都会为你倒上米酒。

    实用提示

    • 仅限现金 —— Coc Ly 没有 ATM 机。出发前请在 Bac Ha 或 Lao Cai 市提取现金。

    到达太晚。 如果你 11:00 才晃悠过来,市场已经开始收摊了。请将目标定在 08:00 到达。

    错过乘船。 有些旅行者在逛完市场后就匆匆赶回 Bac Ha。Chay River 之旅是你来这里的一半原因——请为此预留出额外的两小时。

    没有带够保暖衣物。 山谷早晨的气温可能比 Bac Ha 镇低 10°C,尤其是在 10 月到次年 3 月期间。带上一件抓绒衣或轻薄的羽绒服绝对物超所值。
