    Saigon的夜晚从不沉睡,而是换了一种节奏。这座城市的深夜饮食文化与午餐时段及游客餐厅截然不同,如果你在午夜前就早早入睡,那将错过它一半的精彩。

    晚上9点后,本地人去哪儿吃?

    Saigon(사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン)深夜美食的核心在于“烧烤街”。第3区的Nguyen Thuong Hien街是其中最集中的代表:这条狭窄的单行道上摆满了塑料凳和炭火烤炉,摊贩们通常在晚上7点左右出摊,一直营业到凌晨1点甚至更晚。在这里,你可以找到“bun cha”——配有米粉和新鲜香草的烤猪肉饼,还有烤五花肉串、紫苏叶牛肉卷和烤鸡翅,每串价格在10,000至20,000 VND之间。点餐时直接指给老板看就行,冰啤酒会随之自动送上。

    再往南走,第4区的Vinh Khanh街是这座城市的“螺蛳长廊”。“Oc”——即现点现做的螺蛳和贝类——是Saigon非官方的深夜治愈美食,而Vinh Khanh正是本地人享用这些美味的最佳去处。晚上6点左右,餐桌便会摆满人行道,而真正的热闹时刻在9点之后。点上一桌香茅炒螺、辣黄油炒蛤蜊和葱油烤生蚝,人均消费约150,000至300,000 VND,具体取决于你的胃口。这里喧闹、烟火气十足,但每一分钟都值得。

    夜市:两种截然不同的体验

    位于第1区的Ben Thanh Market周边,每晚都会支起夜市摊位。这里主要面向游客,任何在Saigon待过一周以上的人都心知肚明。这里的价格常以美元结算,烤玉米和鲜榨果汁摊位尚可,但并不是吃正餐的好地方。话虽如此,这并不算“坑”,只是针对游客定价,为初来乍到者提供了一个体验户外夜宵的温和切入点。

    本地人的选择则是Nguyen Hue步行街沿线以及从Ham Nghi向河边延伸的小巷。周末晚上9点后,这里挤满了年轻的Saigon人——家庭、情侣和朋友们聚在一起,分享着“banh trang nuong”(烤米纸,上面铺满鸡蛋、虾米和葱花,有时被称为越南披萨),再配上一杯从保温桶里倒出的“ca phe sua da”。Banh trang nuong每张售价15,000至25,000 VND,这是一种适合站着吃的小吃。

    甜品车与甜蜜收尾

    Saigon的深夜甜品文化由“che”主导——这是一种变幻无穷的甜汤和布丁。第1区Ton That Thiep街周边有几家专门的che摊位营业至晚上10点后。一杯che ba mau(包含绿豆、果冻和椰奶的三色冰甜点)价格约在20,000至35,000 VND。作为深夜选项,che常被低估,因为它口感清爽,在Saigon的炎热天气里格外解暑,且这些摊位大多由经营多年的家庭世代传承。

    如果想吃点热乎且饱腹的,可以寻找晚上9点后出现在居民区(如第3区、第10区、Binh Thanh区)的“banh canh”餐车。这种类似乌冬面的粗面汤,通常配有螃蟹或猪肉,是深夜工作者的主食首选。一碗价格在35,000至55,000 VND之间。

    第1区 vs. 走出游客区

    第1区固然不错——地理位置中心,交通便利,食物也不差。但本地人真正深夜觅食的地方是第3区、第4区和Binh Thanh区。从Bui Vien街前往Vinh Khanh街大约2.5公里,乘坐Grab(GrabBike约为25,000至35,000 VND)非常方便,至少值得尝试一次。

    Bui Vien街本身——即第1区的背包客聚集区——确实有深夜餐饮,但大部分是为酒吧人群设计的:炸物小吃、De Tham路口附近的“banh mi (반미 / 越式法包 / バインミー)”餐车,以及价格虚高的水果。那家banh mi餐车味道确实不错,且营业至凌晨1点后。至于Bui Vien街晚上10点后的其他摊位,重点更多在于喝酒而非用餐。

    安全与价格提示

    Saigon的夜晚总体上适合外出就餐,包括独自旅行者和女性。主要的实际问题是摩托车交通——过马路时请务必小心,坐在路边摊时,请将包放在腿上,不要挂在椅背上。

    本地摊位的价格通常是固定且合理的。如果摊主在点餐前报价,这是正常的——确认一下即可。在螺蛳街和烧烤街,由于会不断加点,账单累积得比预期快。如果你有预算限制,可以随时询问当前总价。在Vinh Khanh街,两人享用一顿丰盛的深夜晚餐加饮品,通常在250,000至450,000 VND之间。

    Grab是深夜出行的最佳工具。出租车也可以,但请务必谈好价格或坚持打表。在第1区内步行没问题,但深夜步行跨区前往第4区或第3区虽然可行,但并非最高效的选择。

    实用小贴士

    大多数摊位在晚上6点至8点之间开业,凌晨至凌晨3点不等关门——周末会更晚。街头消费以现金为主;请准备好小额钞票(20,000和50,000 VND面额)。Saigon的深夜美食文化更适合慢节奏的品味和多次造访,而非一次性打卡。
