    “Xoi”(糯米饭)是另一种选择:用泡沫盒装的糯米饭,上面铺着绿豆泥、炸葱酥,还可以自选配料——手撕鸡肉、煎蛋或lap xuong(中式香肠)——价格在15,000–25,000 VND之间。Xoi摊贩通常骑着摩托车带着大锅,或者在寺庙和市场附近的固定摊位售卖。

    午餐:30,000–50,000 VND的黄金价位

    这是Saigon平价美食最出彩的地方。“Com tam”——碎米饭——是这座城市的标配午餐,也是性价比最高的美食。在街坊邻里的com tam店,一份包含suon nuong(烤猪排)、bi(猪皮丝)、蒸蛋饼和一小碗清汤的套餐,价格在35,000–45,000 VND之间。米饭通常可以免费续加,或者只需5,000 VND。Tan Binh郡的Pham Van Hai街上开满了朴实无华的com tam店,从上午11:00到下午1:00总是挤满了当地人。

    “Bun thang”在Saigon比在Hanoi更难找,但这里也有几家北越风味的店,价格在35,000–40,000 VND左右。如果你想吃点更具南方特色的,可以找找“hu tieu”——一种清澈、略带甜味的猪骨汤底米粉,配有猪肉末和虾。在街头的塑料凳摊位上,一碗hu tieu价格在25,000–40,000 VND之间,还会附上一盘新鲜的豆芽和香草供你自行添加。

    晚餐:低预算也能吃得好

    晚餐控制在50,000 VND以内需要一点技巧,但完全可行。“Bun bo Hue”——来自越南中部、带有浓郁香茅味的辣牛肉米粉——在Saigon拥趸众多,许多店里一大碗售价仅为35,000–45,000 VND。它的汤底比pho更深邃复杂,分量也通常更足。在第3郡、第10郡和Binh Thanh郡多留意一下。

    “Goi cuon”——用米纸包裹猪肉、虾和香草的新鲜春卷——在市场摊位上大约5,000–8,000 VND一个。点四五个,再配上一碗花生蘸酱,就是一顿清淡又饱腹的晚餐,远低于50,000 VND。它们都是现点现包的,你可以全程观看制作过程。

    如果想吃得更扎实,“bun rieu”——一种用番茄和蟹膏熬制的汤底,配有豆腐、猪肉和米粉——在晚间的街头摊位上卖30,000–40,000 VND一碗。它的口感鲜美浓郁,非常适合Saigon的炎热天气,而且分量通常很足。
