    你到底在吃什么

    Oc 是贝类海鲜的总称,但 Saigon(사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン)的这类小店菜单通常远不止螺类。你可以期待“so huyet”(焯水后配姜味鱼露的血蚶)、“ngheu hap sa”(香茅蒸蛤蜊)、“so diep nuong mo hanh”(葱油花生烤扇贝),以及大多数餐桌上的明星菜品:“oc len xao dua”——椰奶炒滩涂螺。烧烤酱汁种类繁多,从罗望子辣椒酱、蒜蓉黄油,到“sa te”(一种源自越式中餐的香茅辣椒油酱)。这种美食天生需要动手——在桌上敲开壳,挤上青柠汁,弄得手指油腻。请准备好耐心,并做好弄脏衣服的心理准备。

    第四郡(District 4):核心地带

    第四郡是 Oc 文化最密集、最纯粹本地化的地方。Vinh Khanh 街的小巷——有时被外籍人士称为“螺丝街”——汇集了三四个街区的竞争摊位。这里的价格公道,食客混杂,且品质上限很高。

    Oc Dao — 236 Vinh Khanh, District 4

    Quan Oc Trang — 176 Vinh Khanh, District 4

    规模比 Oc Dao 小,但这里的罗望子酱血蚶单凭味道就值得专程前往。他们做的蒜蓉黄油味 oc huong(香螺)比这条街上大多数店都要好。每盘价格在 40,000–80,000 VND 之间。只收现金,没有英文菜单,但店员已经习惯了食客的指点式点餐。下午 5 点开始营业。

    Oc Oanh — 84 Vinh Khanh, District 4

    这家店更受本地人推荐而非游客,这正是理想的比例。这里的 sa te 调味比大多数店更鲜明、更有层次——辣椒酱不仅有辣味,还有深度。他们的 ngheu hap sa 汤底鲜美,让人忍不住想喝光。价格比大店稍低:每道菜 35,000–75,000 VND。营业时间大约在下午 5 点到晚上 11 点。避开他们的油炸类菜品——那些只是填饱肚子的配角。

    第四郡之外

    Oc Tien — 261 Le Van Sy, District 3

    如果觉得第四郡太喧闹,或者你住在离市中心较近的地方,Le Van Sy 街上的 Oc Tien 是 Vinh Khanh 街区外最可靠的螺类小店。室内有稍微好一点的空调环境(一排风扇),菜单更丰富,而且他们的 so diep nuong mo hanh 是城里最好的扇贝料理之一。预算每盘 60,000–120,000 VND。下午 5 点开门,7:30 左右开始繁忙。周末通常需要排队。

    Hang Duong Oc — 12 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, District 1

    这家店对于住在第一郡的初次访客来说很方便,但要看清现实:价格比第四郡同类食物贵 20–30%,且食客多为游客。他们的 oc len xao dua 还不错。如果你在这里,点蛤蜊和扇贝就行,其他的可以跳过。这只是一个不错的入门选择,而非必去目的地。每天下午 4 点起营业。

    避雷指南: 在 Bui Vien 区域,任何在入口处张贴覆膜英文照片菜单的螺类小店都要避开。溢价很高,且贝类周转率较低——新鲜度取决于客流量,而那些店并没有获得正确的客流量。

    点餐方式

    大多数 Oc 菜单按贝类品种分类,然后是烹饪方式:烤 (nuong)、蒸 (hap)、炒 (xao) 或焯水 (trang)。在第四郡,两人用餐通常可以点三到四盘菜加饮料,总价在 150,000–250,000 VND 之间。在第三郡或第一郡,预算翻倍即可。标准的调料配置——青柠、盐和辣椒、姜味鱼露——会自动上桌。记得多要些纸巾。

    饮料方面,大多数店提供罐装啤酒(Tiger, 333, Saigon Special),每罐 15,000–25,000 VND。有些店提供鲜榨甘蔗汁,这实际上与罗望子口味的菜肴非常搭配。

    一件值得知道的事

    Saigon 的 Oc 小店流动性很大。摊位会更换名称、老板,偶尔还会搬迁——尤其是第四郡那些较小的巷内摊位。Vinh Khanh 街本身比较稳定,但个别摊位会变动。如果你到达时发现具体地址与预期不符,就在街区走走。无论如何,美食就在街头。

    实用贴士

    第四郡的 Vinh Khanh 街距离 Ben Thanh Market 区域约 3 公里——乘坐 Grab 摩托车约 10 分钟。大多数 Oc 小店只收现金;请准备好零钱。在工作日下午 7 点前去,能吃到当晚最新鲜的贝类,且无需排队即可入座。
