    Sapa 以其梯田和徒步路线而闻名,但这里的街头美食——尤其是当你远离主干道时——绝对值得你专门规划一番。即便是在夏季,这里的清晨依然寒冷,这意味着在海拔1700米的地方,来上一碗热气腾腾的汤面有着非同一般的体验。

    市场区 — Sa Pa镇中心

    从中央市场(Cau May街上的Cho Sa Pa)向外延伸的区域是镇上美食最集中的地方。每天早上6:00到9:00,这里也是最混乱热闹的时候,H'mong族和Dao族的摊贩会与当地的早餐摊位挤在一起。

    这里吃什么

    带有山地风味的"Pho"。 市场周边的Pho汤底往往比Hanoi的更深、更浓郁——这可能是因为为了适应海拔,熬制骨汤的时间更长。寻找市场大楼东侧的摊位群,那里有堆叠的塑料凳和手写的纸板招牌。一碗价格在30,000–40,000 VND之间。

    "Thang co"。 这是定义Sapa民族饮食文化的菜肴——一种用马肉或水牛肉(有时是猪肉)配上内脏、柠檬草和山地香料慢炖而成的炖菜。它的味道非常浓烈。Thang co起源于H'mong族,你还没看到它,就会先闻到它的味道。市场区最正宗的版本是一位年长的H'mong族妇女卖的,她每天早上7:00左右在北入口附近出摊。通常10:00前就会卖光。一碗50,000 VND,如果需要的话还可以配上玉米酒。

    烤玉米。 随处可见,价格便宜(10,000–15,000 VND),当你等待空位时,这是最好的零食。摊贩们整个上午都会在市场周边转悠。

    最佳时间: 上午6:30至9:30。随着摊贩收摊,市场区到上午中段就会安静下来。

    Muong Hoa路走廊

    从镇中心向东南方向前往Muong Hoa山谷,路边的摊位虽然变少了,但质量依然很高——这里是当地劳动者吃午餐的地方,而不是游客聚集区。从镇中心步行到这里大约需要15分钟。

    这里吃什么

    包有猪肉末和木耳的"Banh cuon"。 在Muong Hoa路上走大约600米,有一家家庭经营的摊位,从21世纪初就开始卖这种小吃了。像可丽饼一样的面皮是现蒸的,蘸酱有一种独特的发酵风味,与Hanoi(河内)风格截然不同。一盘大约25,000–35,000 VND。大多数日子下午1:00左右就关门了。

    烤串。 从上午11:00开始,这条路沿线的一些摊主会支起小木炭烤炉,售卖五花肉、水牛皮和内脏烤串。每串10,000–20,000 VND。如果你时间充裕,可以配上一杯冰镇Sapa啤酒。

    最佳时间: 上午10:30至下午1:00。这里的午餐时间很短——大多数摊位在下午早些时候就会收摊。

    Ham Rong山脚 — Hoang Lien街

    Ham Rong山下方的街道,特别是沿着Hoang Lien街和Thach Son街的下段,在傍晚时分变得热闹起来。这是放学后和下班后人群聚集的地方,这意味着这里的食物是为当地人定价的:分量实惠,没有游客溢价。

    这里吃什么

    受"Bun bo Hue"影响的汤面。 Hoang Lien街上有一个摊位,供应一种辛辣、柠檬草味浓郁的汤面,显然借鉴了越南中部版本的做法,但使用了当地的河草和更清淡的汤底。手写菜单上简单地写着"bun bo cay"(香辣牛肉面)。35,000–45,000 VND。下午4:00左右开摊。

    带有山地肉酱的"Banh mi"。 Ham Rong入口路径底部附近的一个小推车售卖夹有自制肉酱的Banh mi——这里的猪肉比低地版本的味道更浓郁、更有野味,这可能与Sapa山地猪的饮食有关。20,000–25,000 VND。从下午3:30左右开始营业,直到卖完为止,通常在下午6:30左右。

    "Bia hoi" 在这个街区没有固定的店面,但Hoang Lien街底部附近的一个流动摊位从下午5:00左右开始吸引了一群摩托车司机和市场工人。一杯啤酒价格为5,000–8,000 VND。这是露天的,环境嘈杂,但零食(鱿鱼干、花生、腌菜)非常棒。

    最佳时间: 下午4:00至晚上7:00。这一带在白天基本处于停业状态。

    Sapa觅食实用小贴士

    几乎所有地方都只收现金——请准备好小额纸币(10,000和20,000 VND面额)。大多数街头摊贩除了基本的数字外不会说英语,但指点和手势交流完全没问题。这里的份量比Saigon(西贡)或Hanoi的同类小吃要小,所以建议每次外出时计划在两到三个摊位吃,而不是只盯着一家吃饱。在雨季(5月至9月),一些户外摊位在暴雨期间可能会连续几天消失——无论什么季节,清晨都是最稳妥的觅食时间。

    步行是游览这些街区的唯一合理方式。从市场区到Muong Hoa路大约需要步行20分钟;Ham Rong区距离市场步行10分钟,方向相反。Sapa镇中心很紧凑,如果你合理安排时间,一天之内可以逛完这三个区域。

    实用建议: Sapa的海拔意味着寒冷比你预期的来得更早——冬季下午6:00以后,在户外用餐需要穿上厚外套。周末会有更多从Hanoi乘夜火车抵达的游客涌入市场区;如果你想独享摊位,周二至周四的上午是最安静的时段。
