    Kim Boi温泉自20世纪30年代起便吸引着越南游客——那时法国地质学家首次记录了富含矿物质的泉水从现今富寿省的石灰岩层中涌出的景象。时至今日,这里依然是越南北部最易抵达的天然温泉胜地之一,距Hanoi近到可以周末出行,又远到从不会人满为患。

    关于Kim Boi温泉

    Suoi Khoang Kim Boi是分布在富寿市西南丘陵地带Kim Boi县境内的一片天然温泉群。泉水出露温度约36至42°C,富含碳酸氢钙、硫磺及多种微量矿物质。早在法国人带着记录本到来之前,当地人就世代在此沐浴。

    温泉区坐落在一处被喀斯特山丘环抱的山谷中,周围是芒族少数民族村寨。芒族是这一地区的原住民,他们的高脚屋、米酒和饮食传统,与温泉本身同样值得一游。

    为何值得前往

    大多数到越南北部的外国游客只走Hanoi——Sapa——Ha Long Bay这条线路。Kim Boi的游客几乎清一色是本地人,偶尔也有几个寻求清静的外籍人士。吸引力正在于此:泡在温热的矿泉水里,好好吃一顿,住进高脚屋,两天之内耳边听不到一辆旅游大巴的声音。

    这里的温泉是货真价实的——不是酒店里接着管道号称"矿泉"的泳池。泉水从地底涌出时就是热的,带着淡淡的硫磺味,滑腻的手感让当地人深信它能缓解关节疼痛和皮肤问题。不管你信不信这些养生说法,泡一泡总是舒服的。

    最佳出行时间

    10月至3月是最理想的时段。山谷里凉季气温降至12至18°C,这时泡热水才真正是一种享受,而不是多此一举。12月和1月是最冷的月份——清晨雾气弥漫在稻田上空,冷空气与热泉水之间的反差达到极致。

    要避开越南的重要节假日,尤其是Tet及4月30日前后的周末,届时国内游客会把各个度假村塞满。11月至2月的工作日,天气和人流都是最理想的组合。

    夏季(6月至8月)天气炎热潮湿。外面35°C的高温下去泡40°C的温泉,实在难有吸引力。

    从Hanoi如何前往

    Kim Boi县距Hanoi西南约90公里,行车约需2至2.5小时,视出城时的交通状况而定。

    摩托车: 最灵活的选择。沿QL6国道(6号国家公路)向西经过Luong Son,然后在DT12B省道南转前往Kim Boi镇。沿途经过怡人的丘陵地带——路况不算复杂,但部分路段较窄,有货车通行。一辆125cc摩托车来回油费约80,000至100,000越南盾。

    大巴: 在Hanoi的My Dinh汽车站乘坐前往Hoa Binh市(原省会,现划入富寿省)的大巴。票价约80,000至100,000越南盾,车程约2小时。从Hoa Binh市出发,还需乘坐当地公交或摩的(xe om)南行约25公里抵达Kim Boi,费用约50,000至80,000越南盾。

    自驾或包车: Hanoi的酒店可以安排包车,来回约1,200,000至1,500,000越南盾。部分Kim Boi度假村提供套餐含接送服务——预订时可询问。

    当地可以做什么

    泡矿泉浴

    这才是你来这里的理由。多家度假村和公共浴场提供直接引入天然温泉水的泳池。V-Resort Kim Boi是最具规模的一家,设有不同温度的室内外泳池。公共泡浴门票约100,000至150,000越南盾/人。部分场所提供情侣私人浴缸,一小时约300,000至500,000越南盾。

    走访芒族村寨

    Kim Boi周边的芒族聚居在传统高脚屋中,保留着有别于京族主流文化的独特习俗。漫步Kim Boi镇附近的村寨,你会看到架在木桩上的房屋、门廊上的织机,以及院子里晒着的稻谷。只要态度友善、面带微笑,村民通常都会热情相待。部分民宿可以安排当地向导带你参观村寨,费用约200,000越南盾。

    徒步周边山丘

    山谷周围的喀斯特地形有几条村民日常走的小路。没有专门为游客设置的标识,所以要么请民宿向导带路,要么沿着从谷底延伸上去的小径自由探索。清晨沿山路走到温泉上方的山脊约需90分钟,可以俯瞰脚下层层叠叠的稻田。

    骑行穿越山谷

    许多民宿和度假村免费提供或出租自行车。从Kim Boi镇沿谷底平路骑行至周边村庄,来回约15至20公里,沿途经过鱼塘、稻田,偶尔还会遇到一头水牛拦路。

    品尝当地米酒

    芒族对"ruou can"(坛装米酒)十分讲究——将米酒酿在陶罐中,用竹管饮用。这是一种集体仪式:酒罐放在地上,众人围坐,共用长竹管轮流畅饮。部分民宿会在傍晚组织这项活动。酒的口感比想象中更甜、更清淡。

    周边饮食

    Kim Boi的饮食以芒族家常菜为主,没有正式的餐厅文化。有两样东西值得专程去找:

    "Com lam"(竹筒饭)——糯米装入竹筒用木炭烘烤,竹香渗入米饭,带有淡淡的甜味。路边摊和民宿厨房都能找到。一筒约15,000至20,000越南盾。

    芒族风味烤猪肉与苦竹笋汤——猪肉以"mac khen"(当地野胡椒)腌制后用木炭烤制,搭配野采竹笋做成的酸汤。大多数民宿作为套餐提供。两人份套餐约200,000至350,000越南盾。

    若想吃熟悉的口味,北面25公里处的Hoa Binh市主干道上有几家普通的"pho"和"bun cha"小店。

    住宿选择

    经济型(300,000至500,000越南盾/晚): 当地民宿和芒族高脚屋家庭旅馆。房间基础、卫生间共用,但氛围原汁原味。部分含餐。

    中档(600,000至1,200,000越南盾/晚): V-Resort Kim Boi及几家小型度假村提供私人客房并含温泉使用权。房间干净,装修略显老旧。直接预订价格最优。

    高档(1,500,000越南盾以上/晚): 近年开业的几家精品酒店配备私人泡浴缸和更精良的家具陈设。选择有限——这里不是Da Lat或Sapa,没有几十家可挑。

    当地人会告诉你的实用贴士

    • 带一双防滑拖鞋。 泳池区域地面湿滑,廉价泡沫拖鞋很容易摔跤。
    • 每次浸泡不要超过20至30分钟。 矿物质含量较高,长时间浸泡容易头晕,热水池尤其如此。
    • 带足现金。 Kim Boi镇只有一台ATM,而且不可靠。几乎没有地方接受银行卡。
    • 工作日比周末清静得多。 周五下午Hanoi的人流开始涌入,周日中午之后才重归宁静。
    • 傍晚记得喷防蚊虫喷雾,5月至10月尤为重要。

    常见错误

    • 节假日周末不订房就直接出发。 Tet和长假期间,为数不多的几家像样住所很快客满。至少提前一周预订。
    • 期待温泉度假村的体验。 Kim Boi很朴素。如果你想要浴袍、黄瓜水和氛围灯,这里不适合你。这是农业山谷里的天然温泉。
    • 只顾泡澡而跳过村寨参观。 Kim Boi周边的芒族文化才是这里有别于其他温泉地的核心所在。至少留出半天时间四处走走。
    • 周日傍晚驾车返回Hanoi。 QL6的回程交通极为拥堵。要么中午前出发,要么干脆留到周一早上再走。

    实用说明

    Kim Boi最适合从Hanoi出发的一夜短途游——周六上午抵达,泡泉探游,周日午前驾车返回。如果有第三天,可以顺道在Hoa Binh市停留,或绕行至Mai Chau。这是越南北部最纯粹的低调旅行:热泉、冰啤、稻田,没有人来向你兜售行程。
