I-Resort 是一处温泉与泥浴综合度假区,位于庆和省 Nha Trang 市中心以西约 6 公里处。度假区于 2012 年开业,整体以"部落村寨"为主题——茅草屋顶、木雕图腾、人工管道引水形成的瀑布。风格确实有些俗气,但地方本身还是拿得出手的。矿物泥取自当地,温泉水货真价实,工作日早晨甚至可以包下整片泡池区。
Nha Trang 有好几家泥浴机构(Thap Ba 和 100 Egg 是主要竞争对手),但 I-Resort 接待的旅行团相对少一些,空间也更宽敞。这里不是奢华水疗体验,而是主题乐园与养生中心的结合体——只要提前做好心理准备,其实挺不错的。
吸引力很简单:泡在温热的矿物泥中,冲洗干净,再在温泉池里漂浮几个小时。泡完之后皮肤确实不一样——更光滑细腻,矿物质的气味也会令人愉悦地残留一整天。
除泥浴外,I-Resort 还设有造浪池、几条水滑梯和一个带水中吧台的泳池。带孩子的家庭把这里当水上乐园玩。情侣通常会预订私人泥浴(双人木桶浴,设在半封闭小屋中)。独行旅客一般选择公共泥浴池,价格最实惠,说真的也最有意思——你和陌生人一起泡在温热的灰色泥浆里,大家看起来都同样狼狈。
这是一个很适合消磨半天的活动,尤其是连续坐了夜班大巴或火车之后,身体正需要放松一下。
Nha Trang 旱季大致从一月延续到八月,其中三月至六月是最佳时段——天气温暖,湿度低,降雨少。泥浴区在户外,遇上大雨体验会打折扣(不过泡池本身一直是热的)。
避开越南公众假期,尤其是 Tet 和四月三十日至五一的长假期间。这段时间国内游客大量涌入,公共泥浴池会达到容量上限。全年工作日上午是最清静的时段。
从 Nha Trang 海滨区(Tran Phu 街一带)出发,I-Resort 在内陆约 6 公里处,沿途向西朝 Ngoc Hiep 区方向驶入山区。
如果从更远的地方出发,Nha Trang 可乘火车抵达(统一快车停靠 Nha Trang 站),也可飞抵金兰国际机场(位于市区南约 35 公里),或从 Da Nang、Hoi An、Saigon 乘大巴前来。

这是招牌体验。你沉入一大池温热、细腻的矿物泥中,泥浆的浮力足以托住身体。泡 15–20 分钟后(工作人员会提示时间),到淋浴区冲洗干净。工作日公共票价格约从 250,000 VND 起。
木桶式浴缸,设于茅草顶小屋内,私密性更好,泡浴时长可在预约时段内自行掌握(通常 20–30 分钟)。双人套餐价格约 500,000–700,000 VND,视套餐而定。
泥浴过后,可依次体验一系列不同水温的温泉池,包括瀑布池、按摩浴缸区和较凉的游泳池。这里才是你花时间最多的地方——带本书来,或者就这么漂着。
没什么刺激的项目,但造浪池确实好玩,滑梯对孩子来说也够用。大多数票种都包含在内。
可以在泳池吧台点杯椰子水或来瓶啤酒。Saigon 啤酒约 35,000–40,000 VND。度假区内的餐厅价格偏高、口味平平——建议进入或离开前在外面解决饮食。
能不在 I-Resort 餐厅吃就别吃。回市区找正经的馆子才是正解。
吃海鲜的话,靠近 Bai Duong 海滩的 Nguyen Phan Vinh 一带是本地人常去的地方。Tran Phu 路上那些面向游客的海鲜餐厅可以跳过。
I-Resort 适合日游,不需要在此过夜。住宿还是选在 Nha Trang 市区。

调整好预期,I-Resort 是个很不错的半日游——轻松有趣,对身体有点好处,但不是什么颠覆性的养生体验。下午去港口附近吃顿海鲜,或者在 Nha Trang 海滨来杯越南咖啡,一天就这样妥妥地过去了。
