    Suoi Truc 究竟是什么

    Suoi Truc——字面意思是“竹溪”——是一条流经 Tay Ninh 省次生林的浅水岩石小溪,位于 Saigon 西北部约 90 km 处。它不是瀑布,也不是国家公园。它只是一段长约一公里的清澈溪流,一年中大部分时间水深都在膝盖到腰部之间,茂密的树冠遮挡了充足的阳光,使温度下降了几度。这就是它的全部卖点,但已经足够了。

    多年来,Suoi Truc 周边地区一直是当地人周末度假的好去处,尤其受来自 Saigon(사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン)及周边省份的家庭和团体的欢迎。他们想坐在流水中烤肉、喝啤酒,又不想大老远开车去 Da Lat 或 Vung Tau。少数小商贩在河岸边搭起了吊床区、竹棚和简易食品摊。这里低调、实惠,而且完全没有旅游大巴的喧嚣。

    Tay Ninh 省以 Cao Dai 教廷(Cao Dai Holy See)和 Ba Den 山(Ba Den Mountain)更为人熟知,因此 Suoi Truc 对大多数外国游客来说并不起眼。这也是它能保持轻松氛围的原因之一。

    游客为什么去那里

    说实话?为了避暑。Saigon 全年炎热,而 Suoi Truc 提供了树荫、流动的溪水,以及除了摩托车喇叭声之外的自然之音。它不是一个探险目的地——它是一个减压阀。

    如果您在越南(베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)南部的几个大景点之间有空闲时间,并且想度过一个没有寺庙、博物馆或徒步旅行的一天,这是一个非常不错的选择。即使旅游指南上没有,您的越南朋友也会知道这个名字。

    最佳游览时间

    最佳游览时间是旱季的 11月至次年4月。此时溪水清澈,岩石上没有长满湿滑的海藻,您也不会遭遇倾盆大雨而导致进山道路泥泞不堪。

    尽量避开 9月和10月——雨季高峰期意味着水位上涨、水质变浑浊,一些溪边的休息棚也会关闭。一年中,工作日明显比周末安静得多。如果您在12月到2月之间的周六前往,请做好遇到带着便携式音箱的团体游客的准备。

    如何从 Saigon 前往

    骑摩托车或自驾

    最常见的路线是 Saigon → 22号国道(Xuyên Á) → Tay Ninh 市 → 向北前往 Suoi Truc。根据您在 Saigon 的出发点,总距离约为 90-100 km。骑摩托车的话,加上加油时间,预算 2.5 到 3 小时。如果出城时交通顺畅,开车大约需要 2 小时。

    在 Saigon 租一辆半自动摩托车的费用为 150,000-250,000 VND/天。如果您自己开车,请在 Tay Ninh 市加满油——因为越靠近溪流,加油站就越少。

    乘坐巴士 + 摩的 (xe om)

    从 Ben xe An Suong 或 Ben xe Mien Tay 乘坐前往 Tay Ninh 市的巴士。车票大约 60,000-80,000 VND,车程约 2-2.5 小时。从 Tay Ninh 市出发,您需要乘坐当地的“xe om”(摩托车出租车)或 Grab 摩托车完成前往溪流区剩余的 15-20 km。这最后一程的费用预计为 40,000-70,000 VND。在司机离开前确认好返程的乘车安排——这里的 Grab 信号覆盖很不稳定。

    游玩项目

    在溪流中涉水和漂浮

    这是重头戏。找一个岩石间积水的水池,坐下来,任由水流冲刷。给手机带个防水袋。河床多岩石——带上涉水鞋或带绑带的旧凉鞋是非常必要的。

    租一个吊床休息棚烧烤

    溪边的商贩出租带有吊床和基本木炭烧烤设备的竹制平台,每组收费 50,000-100,000 VND。有些还配有小桌子和凳子。您可以自带食物烧烤——大多数团队会在进山途中的 Tay Ninh 市场停下来购买腌肉、海鲜和蔬菜。现场少数摊贩也会出售冰块、饮料和零食,价格略有上涨。

    漫步森林小径

    沿着溪流穿过树林有一条非正式的小径。它没有任何技术难度——平坦的地面,往返大概 2-3 km——但这是一个舒展筋骨的好地方,而且树冠足够茂密,让人感觉像是在真正的森林里。最好在清晨其他团队到达之前去。

    顺道游览 Ba Den 山

    Nui Ba Den 距离 Suoi Truc 只有大约 25 km,有直达山顶的缆车(往返约 200,000 VND)。如果您出发得早,将这两个景点结合起来,从 Saigon 出发进行一次长途一日游是可行的。早上凉爽的时候先去 Ba Den,下午再去溪边。

    刻意什么都不做

    带上一本书。躺在吊床上。喝一杯从泡沫保温箱里拿出来的“bia hoi”。Suoi Truc 的全部意义就在于没有日程安排。尽情享受这种状态吧。

    附近美食

    Tay Ninh 有着自己独特的饮食文化。在进出的路上,留意以下两样美食:

    “Banh canh” Trang Bang —— Trang Bang 区(您在22号国道上会经过)以其独特版本的这种浓稠的木薯和粘米粉汤面而闻名,配有猪肉和浓郁的高汤。高速公路两旁排列着路边小店;寻找那些外面停着最多摩托车的店。一碗价格在 30,000-45,000 VND 之间。

    Banh trang phoi suong —— Tay Ninh 的招牌米纸,略带嚼劲,通常搭配蘸酱和烤肉食用。您会在 Tay Ninh 市周围的当地餐馆和街头摊位上看到它。这是一种您会站着直接用手抓着吃,并且吃完还想再点一份的美食。

    住宿推荐

    大多数人将 Suoi Truc 作为从 Saigon 出发的一日游。如果您想过夜,Tay Ninh 市有价格在 200,000-500,000 VND 范围内的基础酒店和宾馆——房间干净,有空调,没有什么花哨的设施。近年来,靠近 Ba Den 山的地方开了一些民宿风格的住宿,通常为 300,000-600,000 VND/晚。

    不要期望度假村级别的住宿。这里不是 Da Lat(달랏 / 大叻 / ダラット)或 Phu Quoc。请据此打包行李。

    当地人会告诉你的实用提示

    • 自带食物和饮料。 现场的选择有限,如果提前准备,您会吃得更好。Tay Ninh 市的市场开得很早。
    • 穿涉水鞋,而不是人字拖。 岩石凹凸不平且湿滑。普通的人字拖会让你吃苦头。
    • 防晒霜依然重要。 即使在树冠下,您也会受到水面反射的紫外线照射。
    • 携带现金。 溪流附近没有自动取款机,也没有人接受刷卡。
    • 带走垃圾。 这里没有专门的清洁人员。自带垃圾袋装废弃物。只有游客自觉,溪流才能保持清洁。

    应避免的常见错误

    • 毫无计划地在节假日周末前往。 Tet(뗏 (베트남 설날) / 越南春节 / テト (ベトナム旧正月))或长周末会带来拥挤的人群。好的休息棚在早上 8 点就会被占满。
    • 低估了返程的驾驶时间。 下午 5 点离开 Suoi Truc 意味着在晚上 7-8 点左右会遇到 Saigon 的交通拥堵。请在下午 3 点前离开,或者干脆留下来过夜。
    • 途中跳过 Trang Bang。 您实际上正在驶过越南南部一些最棒的“banh canh(반깐 / 粗米粉汤 / バインカイン)”产地。离开 Saigon 前不要吃东西——来这里吃。
    • 期待度假村般的体验。 这里没有更衣室,没有救生员,也没有 WiFi。这正是它的特色所在。

    实用说明

    Suoi Truc 最适合作为 Tay Ninh 一日游的一部分,与 Ba Den 山或 Cao Dai 寺庙结合游览——或者在 Saigon 的炎热变得难以忍受时,作为一个独立的避暑胜地。它不是一个值得您飞越整个国家去游览的目的地,但如果您在 Saigon,并想要度过一个感觉不同的一天,它能给您带来惊喜,而不需要您付出太多。
