    Hanoi 有时会让人感到疲惫。拥堵的交通、闷在楼群间的热气,还有从清晨 5 点就开始且永不停歇的喧闹声。Thien Son - Suoi Nga 就像是一个减压阀。当其他人还堵在环路上时,你已经在上午的清凉山泉中畅游了。

    它的魅力很简单:距离够近,适合一日游;风景绝佳,又不需要多日的长途跋涉;而且门票便宜。如果你已经去过香山寺(Perfume Pagoda)路线,想要找一个不那么拥挤、更贴近自然的地方,这里再合适不过了。

    它也很适合与 Ba Vi 国家公园搭配游玩,后者就在其以西约 15 km 处。你可以安排在漫长的一天内游览这两个地方,不过想要玩得尽兴,最好在附近住上一晚。

    最佳游玩时间

    最理想的游玩时间是 10 月至 12 月,以及 3 月至 5 月。这两个时段气温较凉爽(20°C 出头),降雨较少,森林树冠茂密翠绿,又不会显得湿漉漉的。

    尽量避开 7 月和 8 月——此时溪水暴涨,部分步道会变得非常湿滑,存在真正的安全隐患。雨后的瀑布看起来确实更壮观,但除非你很适应在湿滑的岩石上攀爬,否则这种代价并不值得。

    无论一年中的什么时候,工作日都会比较清静。而在 4 月到 9 月的周六下午和周日,这里会迎来大量来自 Hanoi 的人群——家庭在溪边烧烤,便携音箱播放着音乐,热闹非凡。如果你不喜欢这种氛围,请在工作日尽早抵达。

    如何从 Hanoi 前往

    从 Hanoi 市中心出发,向正西方向行驶约 70 km。路线沿着 32 号公路穿过 Son Tay 镇,然后向南折向 Ba Vi。

    骑摩托车: 最灵活的选择。根据出城的交通状况,预计需要 1.5-2 小时。全程都是铺装路面,路况良好。往返油费约为 80,000-100,000 VND。

    包车或打车: 通过酒店包车或使用 Grab 打车,往返(包含等待时间)费用为 800,000-1,200,000 VND。出发前请务必协商好等待费用。

    乘公交车: 从 My Dinh 公交站乘坐 71 路公交车前往 Son Tay(约 15,000 VND,1.5 小时)。到了 Son Tay 后,你需要换乘 xe om(摩托车出租)走完剩下的 20 km——单程费用预计在 80,000-120,000 VND 之间。这条路线可行,但需要耐心,并且最好懂一点基础越南语或准备好翻译软件。

    游玩项目

    在溪流池中游泳

    这是最大的亮点。流经山谷的溪流沿岸分布着一系列天然水池,有些水深足以畅游,有些则刚好适合坐在水流中乘凉。这里的水常年冰凉——夏天极其清爽,冬天则有些刺骨。请带上涉水鞋,因为水底的岩石高低不平。

    徒步洞穴环线

    沿着标记好的步道可以进入几个石灰岩洞穴。最大的 Thien Son 洞穴安装了基础照明,向山体内部延伸约 200 米。虽然比不上 Phong Nha,但也足够有氛围。在照明变暗的深处,建议带上头灯或使用手机手电筒。

    徒步森林步道

    周围的森林里蜿蜒着纵横交错的步道,既有只需 20 分钟的平坦漫步路线,也有需要 2-3 小时的陡峭环线。较长的步道会将你带到观景台,俯瞰整个 Ba Vi 山脉。虽然有步道标记,但并不总是可靠——建议在入口大门处拍下地图的照片。

    在瀑布下静坐

    公园内有多条小瀑布倾泻而下,最大的落差约 15 米。旱季时水流平缓;雨后则水势强劲。大多数瀑布底部的深潭都可以游泳。

    溪边野餐

    越南游客通常有备而来——在树间挂起吊床,带着便携炉具和装满食物的冷藏箱。你也可以效仿他们。溪岸边有很多平坦的区域。请注意清理自己的垃圾;公园里虽然有垃圾桶,但在客流高峰期往往会爆满。

    附近餐饮推荐

    公园入口附近有几个食品摊位,出售 30,000-50,000 VND 的“com binh dan”(平价快餐饭)和基本饮料。质量参差不齐。

    更好的就餐选择在往 Hanoi 方向回撤约 20 km 的 Son Tay 镇。可以找找看“[Pho](/posts/pho-vietnam (베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)-noodle-soup-guide) ga”——这是一种北越风味的鸡肉河粉,汤底比旅游区卖的更加清澈爽口。一碗大约 35,000-45,000 VND。Son Tay 的主街上也有不错的“Bun Cha”(烤肉米粉)店——炭烤猪肉配上米粉和香草,这正是 Hanoi 最著名的美食。

    大多数游客会将 Thien Son - Suoi Nga 作为从 Hanoi 出发的一日游,但如果你想在这里过夜:

    经济型: Ba Vi 和 Son Tay 周边的宾馆每晚约 200,000-400,000 VND。设施简单但实用——通常配有风扇,运气好的话会有热水,老板也很热情。

    中档型: Ba Vi 山脚下新开了几家度假村和民宿,每晚收费 600,000-1,200,000 VND。部分住宿配有游泳池和不错的餐厅。可以在 Son Tay 和 Ba Vi 国家公园之间的公路上寻找这些住处。

    露营: 有些游客会在公园内露营,不过设施非常简陋。请务必自带所需的一切物品。

    当地人的实用建议

    • 备足现金。 公园内没有 ATM 机,也不支持刷卡支付。如果需要取钱,Son Tay 有 ATM 机。
    • 穿合适的鞋子。 穿人字拖在溪流池边玩水没问题,但在步道上就毫无用处了。轻便的徒步鞋或带脚踝绑带的结实凉鞋是最佳选择。
    • 尽早出发。 早上 6:30-7:00 离开 Hanoi,避开 32 号公路的早高峰,这样你就能在中午人潮涌入之前独享公园的宁静。
    • 防晒霜和驱蚊液。 虽然树冠能遮阳,但溪流区域是暴露在阳光下的。傍晚时分蚊子会变多。
    • 垃圾袋。 请自带垃圾袋以便带走废弃物。公园的基础设施有时无法应对庞大的游客数量。

    避坑指南

    除非你喜欢大塞车,否则不要在公共假期的周末安排这趟行程。Tet(春节)和 4 月 30 日假期期间,进山的道路会变成停车场,公园则会变成喧闹的集市。

    不要因为入口处的步道看起来更吸引人就跳过洞穴。洞穴路段虽然短,但绝对值得你花上 30 分钟去探索。

    不要理所当然地认为公园内到处都有吃的——请自带零食和水。大门附近的摊位在淡季时会很早关门或售罄。

    游泳时不要将贵重物品随意放置。这里总体上很安全,但在人来人往的溪边,手机进水或无人看管的包包很容易引来麻烦。

    实用信息

    Thien Son - Suoi Nga 最适合作为 Hanoi 西部一日游的一部分——可以将其与 Ba Vi 国家公园结合起来,或者顺道去附近的 Duong Lam 古村落看看。它本身不需要花上一整天的时间,但如果再搭配一个景点,就会成为首都周边最棒的避世之旅之一。
