    Ngai Thau是什么样的地方

    Ngai Thau是Lao Cai省Bat Xat县的一个小公社,坐落于Vietnam(베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)极西北部,海拔约2000至2200米。这座村庄主要居住着世代在这些山坡上务农的黑苗族家庭。与直线距离仅东南方50km的Sapa不同,Ngai Thau几乎没有国际游客的身影。这里的梯田更小、更陡峭,也鲜少出现在照片中。这里的空气更稀薄,道路也更崎岖。但这正是它的魅力所在。

    整个公社由散布在山脊上的几个小村落组成,而Ngai Thau中心则是主要的民居聚集地,这里有一所小学校和一个每周开放的集市。

    为什么值得一游

    主要有三个原因:

    1. 避开Sapa(사파 / 沙坝 / サパ)的人群去徒步。 这里的步道穿过竹林和梯田山谷,将苗族和瑶族的村落连接起来。在路上你几乎碰不到其他外国游客。
    2. 高海拔与绝美风景。 在晴朗的早晨,你可以眺望Hoang Lien Son山脉的全景。在凉爽的季节里,早上7点前,下方的山谷便会被云海填满。
    3. 沉浸式文化体验。 这里的民宿非常原生态——想象一下,大家围坐在柴火旁,共享糯米饭、“thang co”(马肉炖菜)和自酿的玉米酒。这里没有菜单,墙上也没有贴着Wi-Fi密码。

    如果你已经去过Sapa,想要体验更原始的风情,或者你正前往Ha Giang,想在途中绕道高地休息一下,Ngai Thau绝对是完美的选择。

    最佳旅行时间

    最理想的时间是9月至11月——在丰收前(9月下旬至10月中旬),梯田呈现出金绿色,天空比夏天更晴朗,白天的气温在10-18°C左右。

    12月至2月,海拔2000米以上的地方会结霜,偶尔还会下雪。如果你对接近冰点的寒夜和泥泞的步道做好了准备,这里的景色将令人惊叹。当地人会裹上层层叠叠的靛蓝染布。有时候能见度可能会连续几天降至零。

    3月至5月气候干燥且逐渐回暖,适合徒步,但此时的梯田呈褐色,处于休耕状态。

    6月至8月是季风季节——进山道路上经常发生山体滑坡,大雨过后村庄可能会与外界断联一两天。不过,如果运气好的话,你可以看到非常美丽的云层景观。

    如何前往

    Ngai Thau距离Lao Cai市约65km,但根据路况,车程需要2.5-3小时。

    从Hanoi出发

    • 乘坐夜间火车前往Lao Cai(8-9小时,根据铺位等级票价为300,000-600,000 VND)。火车于晚上9-10点左右从Hanoi的Gia Lam火车站出发。
    • 或者,也可以从My Dinh汽车站乘坐卧铺大巴(6-7小时,票价约250,000 VND)。

    从Lao Cai市到Ngai Thau

    • 雇一辆摩托车出租(摩的),或者通过你的民宿安排汽车。道路穿过Bat Xat镇,然后沿着越来越窄、坑洼不平的柏油路陡峭爬升。最后15km是单车道的水泥路或压实的土路。
    • 如果你打算自己骑摩托车,至少需要一辆125cc的半自动摩托车。最后的爬坡路段坡度达到15-20%,部分地方有松散的碎石。不适合新手骑行。
    • 没有直达Ngai Thau的公共巴士。你可以先乘坐从Lao Cai到Bat Xat的小巴(30,000 VND,45分钟)走完部分路程,然后你需要一辆“xe om”(摩的)走完剩下35km的上坡路——价格可以协商在200,000-300,000 VND左右。

    从Sapa出发

    • 翻山越岭的直达路线大约50km,但包含未铺装的路段,骑摩托车可能需要3小时以上。大多数人会选择绕回Lao Cai市再前往。

    游玩推荐

    在村落间徒步。 主要的徒步路线将Ngai Thau中心与Sang Ma Sao和Trung Leng Ho等邻近村庄连接起来。全天环线长约12-15km,海拔落差超过600米。这里没有标记好的步道——强烈建议聘请当地向导(可通过民宿安排,每天300,000-500,000 VND)。

    逛逛每周集市。 Ngai Thau的小集市在特定日子开放(请向当地人打听——时间表会变动)。苗族家庭从周围的山脊上下来,交易蔬菜、牲畜和纺织品。如果时间合适,周日规模更大的Bat Xat集市也值得绕道去看看。

    观摩纺织手工艺。 这里的苗族妇女仍然保留着手工刺绣和蜡染大麻布的传统。如果你停留超过一晚,你的寄宿家庭很可能正在制作这些手工艺品——你可以请求在一旁观看。直接购买是对这些家庭最好的支持。

    追逐云海。 把闹钟定在早上5:30。从村中心往上走10-15分钟到达山脊观景台。如果天气条件适宜,下方的山谷会被云层填满,而山峰则像岛屿一样探出云海。

    餐饮指南

    Ngai Thau没有餐厅。你需要和寄宿家庭一起用餐。

    期待这些美食:糯米饭(用香蕉叶蒸制)、水煮青菜、姜丝炒猪肉或鸡肉、“men men”(一种苗族玉米面食物),以及后劲比你想象中大得多的玉米酒。用餐是共享式的——大家坐在火堆旁的矮凳上一起吃。

    徒步时请自带零食:方便面、果干、能量棒。村中心的小商店备有大米、方便面和瓶装水,但选择很有限。

    如果你路过Bat Xat镇,在上山前可以在市场摊位上吃一碗“pho”或“bun”,价格为30,000-40,000 VND。

    住宿指南

    民宿是唯一的选择。大多数是带有合住卧室的家庭住宅——地板上铺着床垫,盖着厚重的毯子,除了楼下厨房的炉火外没有其他取暖设备。每人每晚的费用通常为150,000-250,000 VND,包含晚餐和早餐。

    请提前电话预订(需要使用越南语——可以请你在Lao Cai的酒店帮忙打电话,或者联系Sapa当地覆盖Bat Xat县的旅行社)。不要不打招呼就跑去指望有床位——当地家庭需要提前准备食物。

    这里有电,但不太稳定。到达前请在Lao Cai或Bat Xat给你的设备充满电。

    实用建议

    • 多带几层衣服。 即使在10月,早晨的气温也会降至8-10°C。11月至次年3月,羽绒服和保暖帽是必不可少的。
    • 只收现金。 Ngai Thau附近没有任何ATM机。请在Lao Cai市提前取款。
    • 手机信号断断续续——Viettel在高地地区的覆盖率最好,但在徒步小径上要做好遇到信号盲区的准备。
    • 语言障碍是真实存在的。很少有人会说英语。请离线下载越南语常用短语,或带上一本旅行短语手册。对于基本交流,指手画脚加上微笑通常很管用。
    • 轻装上阵,但务必带上头灯、防雨外套和基础急救用品。最近的药房在Bat Xat镇。

    常见误区

    • 低估了路况。 从Bat Xat开始的爬坡绝不是一次轻松的踏板车骑行。如果你对没有护栏的山路缺乏信心,请雇佣一位司机。
    • 只住一晚。 你至少需要两晚才能对得起路上的时间,并真正体验村庄的生活节奏。住三晚更好。
    • 期望有Sapa水平的基础设施。 这里没有咖啡馆,没有热水淋浴,也没有旅游咨询台。这就是你能独享这片宁静所必须付出的代价。
    • 不请向导。 步道没有路标。在海拔2000米以上的浓雾中迷路可不是闹着玩的。请一位当地向导的费用,比在Hanoi(하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ)吃一顿丰盛的晚餐还要便宜。
