    Wat Ang 宝塔距离茶荣镇仅几公里,是游客最容易造访的寺庙之一。厨房是开放式的,如果你着装得体并愿意坐在垫子上用餐,通常不会被拒绝。这里不收钱,如果你愿意,可以随心捐赠。这里的食物简单纯粹——以餐厅的标准来看调味偏淡,但这正是其精髓所在。它不是为了惊艳味蕾,而是为了在不铺张的情况下提供滋养。

    僧侣们的日常托钵化缘在日出时分进行,看着社区民众将米饭、水果和烹制好的菜肴供奉给赤脚走在寺庙小径上的僧侣,这与品尝食物一样,是理解这种饮食文化的重要部分。

    Bun Nuoc Leo —— 高棉风味

    "Bun nuoc leo" 是将高棉-越南烹饪与更广泛的南越菜系区分开来的标志性菜肴。虽然这个名字直译为“汤面”,但其做法与普通的越南汤面大相径庭。汤底以发酵鱼酱("mam ca loc")为基础,混合了香茅、高良姜和压碎的烤花生。最终呈现出的汤头浓郁、风味独特,且带有深层的鲜味与淡淡的甜味。

    面条选用新鲜的圆形米粉,盛在宽口碗中,配以猪肉片、整只虾,有时还会加入芋头块。配菜盘通常包括切丝的香蕉花、豆芽、空心菜和新鲜香草。你可以根据个人口味在餐桌上自行添加。

    在茶荣镇,可以去 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai 街市场附近的 "bun nuoc leo" 小店寻找,营业时间通常从早上 6 点开始,卖完即止(通常在 10 点前)。一碗面的价格在 30,000–45,000 VND 之间。如果你已经吃过 "bun bo Hue" 并自认为了解发酵鱼酱汤底,这碗面会刷新你的认知。它更浓郁、更浑浊,风味也更加浓烈。

    棕榈糖与高棉甜点的甜蜜

    茶荣道路两旁排列的糖棕树并非装饰,它们是 "thot not"(棕榈糖)的来源,这种糖构成了该地区几乎所有高棉甜点的基石。棕榈汁每天采集、熬煮,并在当地市场以 15,000–20,000 VND 的价格出售压缩块。其风味介于深红糖和温和的焦糖之间,带有一种精制蔗糖所没有的质朴气息。

    最简单的吃法是 "nuoc thot not" —— 新鲜的棕榈汁,在路边摊加冰冷饮,每杯 10,000 VND。它甜度极低,带有淡淡的花香,是三角洲炎热天气里最好的饮品之一。

    在此基础上,高棉甜点种类繁多:"che thot not" 是一种用棕榈糖浆、椰奶和木薯珍珠制成的甜汤。"Banh thot not" 是用棕榈糖和米粉制成的小蒸糕,成堆出售,趁热食用。在 Ang 宝塔附近和茶荣中心市场,小贩们整个上午都会用平篮兜售这些点心。每块预算 5,000–10,000 VND。

    寺庙周边的美食探索

    茶荣省拥有超过 140 座高棉寺庙,许多最好的美食发现都在寺庙附近,而不是在镇中心。Hang 宝塔(Chua Hang)位于距省会约 5 公里的蝙蝠栖息林中,其周围聚集了一群非正式的小吃摊,向傍晚来访的当地人出售 "banh trang nuong"(烤米纸)和椰子类小吃。

    如果你计划在三角洲进行更长的环线旅行,茶荣很适合作为 Can Tho 和通往 Ha Tien 海岸线之间的停靠站。驾车穿过该省的乡间小路,你会经过糖棕林、高棉高脚屋和绘有彩色壁画的小寺庙——这一切都值得你放慢脚步去细细品味。

    实用信息

    茶荣镇的旅游基础设施有限——只有几家每晚 250,000–400,000 VND 范围内的旅馆,没有国际连锁酒店。大多数游客是从 Can Tho(约 90 公里)出发进行一日游,或是作为湄公河长线旅行的一部分。前往寺庙品尝集体餐食的最佳时间是农历斋日;出发前请查阅越南农历,并注意着装得体。
