    每年有数百万越南人乘坐卧铺大巴出行。它们的价格只有火车的一半,去往大多数目的地比普通客车更快,还能帮你省下一晚的住宿费。但卧铺大巴并不适合所有人——提前做好心理准备,才不至于让你在最初的 8 个小时里感到煎熬。

    卧铺大巴车厢内部是什么样的

    大多数卧铺大巴可容纳 30 到 40 名乘客,采用上下铺设计。典型的布局是:两列床铺贯穿整个车厢,每列有 6 到 8 个铺位。你的铺位大约长 1.9 m,宽 0.6–0.7 m,头部空间约 30–40 cm——足够平躺,但无法坐直。

    车厢设施各不相同:

    • 空调: 通常一直开着,有时会太冷。建议多带几件衣服。
    • 照明: 独立的 LED 阅读灯(通常光线较暗)。
    • 储物空间: 铺位下方有小储物格,或者使用车厢下方共享的行李舱。

    顶级客运公司:该预订哪家

    Hoang Long (hoanglong.com.vn) 和 Phuong Trang/Futa (futabus.vn) 运营着最可靠的线路网络。这两家公司都经营 Hanoi–Saigon 以及各地区域路线(Hanoi–Da Lat,Saigon–Nha Trang (냐짱 / 芽庄 / ニャチャン) 等),配备较新的大巴(2015年以后)和训练有素的员工。Hoang Long 的服务质量相对更稳定;Futa 价格更便宜,且覆盖更多乡村路线。

    SinTourist 和 Thanh Buoi 是背包客的不错选择——大巴稍显脏乱,司机较年轻,但能保证正常运行。请避开汽车站的无证客运公司;你会看到黄牛提供便宜 50,000 VND 的车票。为了这点钱去承担车辆抛锚或财物被盗的风险是不值得的。

    线上平台(推荐):

    • 12go.asia: 英文界面,即时确认,覆盖大多数越南客运公司。你需要支付 5–10% 的预订费,但收费透明,且提前 24 小时取消可退款。
    • Vexere.com: 越南本土平台,比 12go 便宜(无加价),但如果你不懂越南语,界面用起来会比较笨拙。深受当地人和旅行团欢迎。
    • 客运公司官网: Futa 和 Hoang Long 允许直接预订以节省佣金,但它们的英文支持非常有限。

    在汽车站(Hanoi 的 Giap Bat,Saigon 的 Mien Dong):你可以直接走进去,货比三家并讨价还价。价格更低,但无法保证有座位,而且你可能会被强迫推销旅游项目或遭遇“升级”骗局。

    提前 3–5 天预订,以便获得更大的灵活性和更低的价格。在 Tet(春节)和学校假期(6–7月、12月)期间,请提前 2 周预订,否则大巴可能会满员,且价格会上涨 20–30%。

    行李打包建议与乘车注意事项

    随身行李必备:

    • 眼罩和耳塞: 必不可少。上下客时车厢灯会亮着,而且司机整晚都会按喇叭。
    • 薄抓绒衣或沙龙: 空调冷气很足;铺位通常配有毯子,但往往很薄或有些潮湿。
    • 宽松的长衣长裤: 穿牛仔裤坐 12 个小时会很不舒服。棉质长裤、打底裤或短裤是不错的选择。
    • U型枕: 铺位上的枕头(如果有的话)硬得像石头,或者根本没有。
    • 洗漱用品: 车上很少有卫生纸。请准备湿巾、免洗洗手液和除臭剂。
    • 药物: 治疗头痛的止痛药,如果容易晕车请备好晕车药。
    • 手机充电器: 大多数现代大巴的每个铺位都有 USB 接口(在确认能用之前,最好假设它们是坏的)。
    • 水壶: 可以在休息站加水。除非有人生病,否则大巴不会为了上厕所而中途停车。

    • 你不可能连续睡上 8 个小时。如果运气不好,断断续续能睡 5–6 个小时就不错了。

    卧铺大巴 vs 火车 vs 飞机

    卧铺大巴的优势:

    • 费用:200,000–400,000 VND(Hanoi–Saigon (사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン)),而火车需 600,000+ VND,飞机需 800,000+ VND。
    • 便利性:很多情况下提供门到门服务;无需机场接驳。
    • 班次:每天有多个班次出发;火车每天只有 1–2 趟。
