    "Gia bao nhieu?" (YAH bow NYEW) —— “多少钱?”如果菜单上没有标价(在街边摊很常见),就可以用这句。指着菜品,问这个问题。服务员会告诉你的。

    许多菜单上的价格以VND(越南盾)为单位。一道典型的主菜:在休闲餐厅(Hanoi/Saigon (사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン))大约是30,000–80,000 VND,在现代餐厅则可能高达150,000+ VND。

    "Dac biet" (DAHK bee-ET) —— “特色菜。”菜单上通常会用这个词来标记当地特色菜。点这些准没错。这通常是这家餐厅最拿手的菜。

    "Thuc an chay" (THUCK ahn CHAY) —— “素食。”如果你不吃肉,请提前说明。许多越南餐厅都可以调整菜品;只需告诉服务员即可。“Toi an chay” = “我吃素。”

    避坑指南与当地提示

    "Dung co dau om" (DZUNG KAH DAH OHMM) —— 如果你对味精(MSG,“mononatri glutamate”)过敏或非常讨厌它,可以说这句话。一些老摊位会放很多味精。提前说明可以避免吃完后头痛。

    瓶装水与自来水。 永远记得点“nuoc loc”(LUC,过滤水,免费)或“nuoc uong”(WUHNG,饮用水,一瓶约5,000 VND)。千万不要直接喝自来水。

    夏季冰饮。 越南的冰饮非常冰,里面加了大量的冰块。如果你想少冰,可以说“it da”(UT DAH)。受欢迎的饮品有:“ca phe sua da”(冰炼乳咖啡)、“trà da”(冰茶)、“nước chanh”(青柠水)。
