    传统风味:地道的越南式早餐

    如果你想体验大多数Vung Tau居民真实的晨间生活,可以前往Hoang Hoa Tham街沿线的街头摊位聚集区,大致位于Le Loi街和Nguyen Thai Hoc街的交汇处之间。这里是老派越南南部早餐的阵地:每碗约35,000–45,000 VND的猪肉虾仁“hu tieu”、配有Cha Lua(越南扎肉)和一碟Nuoc Cham(鱼露蘸水)的蒸制“banh cuon”,还有偶尔可见的推车,售卖塞满了肉酱、腌萝卜丝和香菜,分量扎实到几乎要散架的“banh mi”。

    至于“bun rieu”——那种Saigon南部街区做得尤为出色的蟹膏番茄汤米粉——在Nguyen Truong To街有一家小型家庭经营的店面,早上6点开门,通常在9点半之前就会售罄。一定要早点去,否则就别白跑一趟了。

    咖啡烘焙坊:周末的甜蜜据点

    Vung Tau的法国殖民历史留下了一种正统的烘焙文化。这种文化在Bach Dang街和Tran Phu街下段最为集中,那里有几家咖啡烘焙坊采用了轻松的早午餐模式——提供正宗的意式浓缩咖啡或“ca phe sua da”、新鲜牛角包和巧克力面包,同时也供应越南早餐的主食。

    Boulangerie La Croix(位于Tran Phu街,靠近通往Front Beach的小环岛)是其中水准最稳定的。这里的糕点品质纯正——使用层叠酥皮,而非那种松散的仿制品——咖啡也是通过机器萃取而非默认的罗布斯塔滴漏。一个牛角包加一杯美式咖啡的价格约为75,000–90,000 VND。周六和周日的上午9点后座位会迅速坐满,所以8点半之前到达是非常值得的。

    步行不远处的Cafe The Lamp吸引了一群混合客群,包括当地家庭和在此安享慢生活的退休外籍人士。菜单偏向西式——各种做法的鸡蛋、水准在线的牛油果吐司、不错的滤泡咖啡——但他们也保留了一些越南风味选择,以满足口味不统一的用餐群体。每道菜的价格在80,000–150,000 VND左右。虽然食物谈不上惊艳,但出品稳定,露台的晨光也非常宜人。

    外籍人士的心头好:熟悉的餐点,当地的食材

    Vung Tau有着数量可观的长期外籍居民,其中许多人与在该市运营了数十年的海上油气行业有关。这催生了一些面向西方口味的餐厅,它们不仅方便,而且确实做得很好。

    位于Nguyen Khac Nhu街的The Lighthouse是其中最老牌的一家。提供全套英式早餐、正宗的班尼迪克蛋,以及许多常客将其视为周日上午“医疗必需品”的血腥玛丽鸡尾酒。这里的香肠是进口的,这一点比你想象的更重要。全套餐点加上饮品,预算大约在150,000–220,000 VND。按Vung Tau的标准来看不算便宜,但你支付的是那些费尽心思采购而来的食材成本。

    如果想要更清淡、更具越南风味的餐点,Yen Cafe(位于Ha Long路旁,面向Back Beach的一段较安静的区域)提供巴西莓果碗和果昔盘,以及“Goi cuon(越南春卷)”——这种配有虾仁和香草的新鲜米纸卷,在上午10点吃和午餐时吃一样美味。这里的冷压果汁是真材实料,而不是用糖浆兑出来的。如果你周六晚上玩得太尽兴,这是一个绝佳的选择。

    值得专门前往的周末限定

    周日上午,在Nui Lon(大山)山脚下,大约沿着Phan Chu Trinh街一带,会有一个小型集市。这里卖的不全是食物,但那些售卖用香蕉叶包裹的自制“Banh chung(粽子)”、烤玉米和新鲜椰子水的摊贩,非常值得你将其纳入上午散步的行程中。请在上午7点到10点之间前往——一旦天气变热,集市很快就会散去。

    此外,还有一个流动的快闪烘焙坊——没有固定的名字,只有一个写着手写招牌的白色帐篷——大多数周日上午会出现在Tran Hung Dao街靠近Rex Hotel的一端。他们售卖酸种面包、芝士司康和肉桂卷,由一位在澳大利亚生活过几年的越南女性烘焙。肉桂卷总是最先卖完。9点前去,或者就只能接受剩下的选择了。

    等位时的饮品推荐

    Vung Tau的咖啡文化确实很棒。这座城市拥有足够多的独立烘焙商和慢吧咖啡馆,可以在早午餐高峰期帮你打发时间。如果想喝点有讲究的“Vietnamese coffee(越南咖啡)”——而不是随便给你一个滴漏壶——可以去Quang Trung街的Cong Ca Phe,那里营业时间稳定且有遮阳露台,或者去Back Beach周边近两三年涌现出的较小的独立咖啡馆。虽然“鸡蛋咖啡”不像在Hanoi那样是Vung Tau的特色,但如果你实在想念,在一些面向游客的咖啡馆里也能找到。

    实用贴士

    Vung Tau大多数最好的早餐和早午餐地点都集中在Front Beach和Back Beach之间约3–4公里的范围内,乘坐Xe om(摩托车出租车)或租一辆摩托车(每天约150,000 VND)即可轻松到达。周末座位非常抢手——尤其是在Saigon的长周末期间——因此在上午9点前到达任何一家坐下用餐的店面是明智之举。现金支付仍是主流,请随身携带小额钞票。
