    Bac Ha 的周日集市绝不是披着当地生活外衣的旅游景点。它是原汁原味的真实生活——两千多名来自周边村庄的商贩,许多人穿着传统服饰,在海拔 1500 米泥泞的山坡广场上,为牲畜、纺织品和农产品讨价还价。如果你是为了拍照而来,这里绝对能让你满载而归。但如果你带着饥饿感和好奇心前来,你会品尝到更棒的美食。

    集市蔓延在镇边缘的一片斜坡上,距离 Bac Ha 中心约 2 km。商贩们早上 6 点左右就开始陆续抵达;到了 8 点,这里已经是人山人海。到了中午,大多数摊贩就开始收摊了。这里的氛围狂热喧闹——Hmong、Dao 和 Tay 语的叫卖声此起彼伏,摩托车在摊位间穿梭,孩子们追逐着鸡群。做好准备迎接泥泞、灰尘和真正的喧嚣吧。

    吃什么

    小吃摊集中在集市的上半部分。大多数摊位由 Hmong 族妇女经营,她们在炭火上烹饪美食。价格很亲民——大多数菜品只需 20,000–50,000 VND。

    “Thang co”(炖马肉)是这里的招牌菜。一大碗带骨马肉块与生姜、八角和辣椒一起炖煮,价格约为 40,000 VND。它口感浓郁、暖胃,吃起来完全不像你想象中的瘦肉。汤汁是这道菜的精华——浓稠且带着一丝甘甜。当地人将其视为人间美味;许多摊位在早上 10 点前就会售罄。如果你吃不惯马肉,猪肉和鸡肉版的“thang”也同样常见。

    里面包着猪肉碎和蘑菇的蒸“banh cuon”(卷粉)是另一种主食。一盘四五个只需 15,000 VND。它们用香蕉叶包裹着,口感柔软,入口即化。

    这里的“Pho”比 Hanoi 的口味更清淡——清汤里配上细河粉,再加上牛肉或鸡肉。一大碗只要 25,000 VND。

    如果你想吃点快餐,可以买些烤肉串:竹签串着牛肉或猪肉,在炭火上烤得微焦,蘸着盐和辣椒吃。几串只要 10,000 VND。

    除非你非常清楚自己在买什么,否则请远离生肉摊。这里的卫生标准极低,如果肉类在没有冷藏的情况下放置了几个小时,食源性疾病的风险是非常真实的。

    买什么

    纺织品是吸引回头客的主要亮点。Hmong 族妇女出售靛蓝染色的布料、刺绣马甲和传统腰带。质量参差不齐;品相良好的全新商品每件售价 200,000–500,000 VND。穿过的或复古的纺织品更便宜——价格在 50,000–150,000 VND 之间——如果你追求原汁原味,这些会更显真实。大多数摊贩都愿意讨价还价,但折扣通常不会太大(预期能打个 8.5 到 9 折)。

    Dao 族商贩出售的蜡染布料也值得一看。这些布料手工染有几何图案,比工厂生产的布料更柔软,价格约为每米 150,000–300,000 VND。

    如果你想买些方便携带的东西,可以考虑银饰。Hmong 族银匠出售手镯、戒指和发夹;价格在 100,000–200,000 VND 左右。购买时掂掂重量,并询问是否为纯银——有些饰品是镀银或混合合金制成的。

    刺绣包和零钱包随处可见。大多数是迎合游客口味制作的,但也有少数摊位出售真正的老物件。价格从 80,000 到 400,000 VND 不等。

    除非你是买来开玩笑的,否则请跳过那些廉价的旅游仿制品(假冒名牌商品、批量生产的“部落”钥匙扣)。

    避开什么

    牲畜区——牛、猪、鸡和狗——占据了集市的下半部分。如果你对活体动物或屠宰场面感到不适,请避开这个区域。这里嘈杂、气味刺鼻且充满视觉冲击。摊贩们已经习惯了游客在其中穿梭,但如果你没有心理准备,这样的场景可能会让人感到不适。

    不要购买“异国情调”的动物或动物制品(骨头、皮毛等),除非你确定它们可以合法带出越南。海关对野生动植物制品的查处已经变得更加严格。

    交通与时间安排

    Bac Ha 位于 Hanoi (하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ) 东北 160 km 处,车程约 3.5 小时。大多数游客会租摩托车或参加从 Hanoi 或 Sapa 出发的旅行团(Sapa 距离这里近 40 km)。如果你自驾,请务必尽早出发——道路蜿蜒曲折,而且周日上午 9 点后交通会变得非常拥堵。

    如果你从 Sapa (사파 / 沙坝 / サパ) 出发,沿着 4 号公路直达即可。Sapa 镇有直达的小型巴士服务(每人约 200,000 VND,车程 2 小时)。建议在早上 7:30 前抵达,以避开拥挤的人群。

    如果条件允许,可以在这里住一晚。集市结束后,小镇会安静下来,而周围的乡村风光——梯田、Hmong 族村落、瀑布——非常适合在慵懒的下午散步探索。

    实用建议

    请携带越南盾现金;几乎没有摊贩接受刷卡。穿一双结实的鞋子(集市路面泥泞且有坡度)。如果你想拍人物照,请先征求同意——有些摊贩很热情,有些则不然。这个集市是原生态的,并非为游客刻意安排,这正是它的魅力所在,也是它粗犷的一面。空着肚子去,早点去,降低对舒适度的期望,你会比那些只把它当成打卡任务的人玩得更开心。
