    Bai Bien Thua Duc究竟是什么

    Bai Bien Thua Duc并不是海滩。它是Co Chien河(湄公河的主要支流之一)沿岸的一片宽阔沙洲,位于Vinh Long省和Ben Tre省的交界处。在旱季,沙滩绵延数百米,几十年来,这两个省的当地人一直来这里乘凉、吃河鲜,度过无所事事的慵懒周末。

    这片“海滩”是在河面变宽、水流变缓的地方自然形成的,沉积了细致的冲积沙。多年来,岸边建起了简易的茅草屋餐厅和吊床摊位,让这里更像是一个乡村周末度假地,而不是什么度假胜地。如果你正在湄公河三角洲(메콩 델타 / 湄公河三角洲 / メコンデルタ)旅行,并希望找个地方停留半天,体验纯正的当地风情,这里绝对是不二之选。

    游客为什么去那里

    大多数前往湄公河三角洲的外国游客都会去Can Tho的水上市场,或者从Saigon出发进行短暂的一日游。Bai Bien Thua Duc几乎没有国际游客,而这正是吸引某些旅行者的原因。

    这里的吸引力很简单:在温暖的淡水中游泳,坐在沙滩上的塑料桌旁吃烤河鱼,喝冰镇椰子水,看着一家老小度过他们的星期天。这里没有门票,没有旅游大巴停车场,也没有自拍观景台。这就是湄公河三角洲按照自己的节奏运转的真实模样。

    对于摄影师来说,傍晚时分河面上的光线真的非常棒——宽阔的水面、椰子树、木船。对于其他人来说,在这个生活节奏本来就很慢的地区,这里是一个可以进一步放慢脚步的地方。

    最佳游玩时间

    最佳游玩时间是12月至次年4月,这是越南(베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)南部的旱季。水位下降,沙洲完全露出,你可以享受漫长的晴天,而不会遇到5月至11月那种标志性的午后暴雨。

    工作日比较安静。如果你在星期天来,会看到很多家庭、卡拉OK音箱,以及更加热闹的氛围——这可能很有趣,也可能让人觉得吵闹,取决于你的接受程度。在越南的节假日,尤其是Tet(春节)以及Hung Kings Festival(雄王节)前后的周末,海滩上会挤满人。

    尽量避开雨季高峰期(9月至10月)。那时河水上涨,沙滩消失,大多数小吃摊都会关闭或后撤。

    如何前往

    距离最近的主要枢纽是Vinh Long市,根据路线不同,大约有20 km的距离。

    从Saigon(사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン)出发: 从Mien Tay汽车站乘坐巴士前往Vinh Long。Phuong Trang和Thanh Buoi有频繁的班车——大约2.5小时,票价100,000–130,000 VND。从Vinh Long市出发,你需要骑摩托车或乘坐xe om(摩托车出租车)才能到达Thua Duc。车费预算为40,000–60,000 VND,沿着穿过果园的省道行驶大约30分钟。

    从Can Tho(껀터 / 芹苴 / カントー)出发: 向东北方向约60 km。前往Vinh Long的巴士票价约为60,000–80,000 VND,然后采用相同的当地交通方式换乘。

    骑摩托车: 如果你骑着自己的摩托车穿越三角洲(这是游览该地区最好的方式),从1A国道或较小的QL57公路绕道去Thua Duc非常容易。使用Google Maps导航完全没问题。道路铺有柏油,但最后几公里比较狭窄。

    这么偏远的地方没有Grab摩托车服务。请与你的xe om司机安排好返程交通,或者在Vinh Long市租一辆摩托车(大多数客栈的租金为150,000–200,000 VND/天)。

    游玩项目

    在河里游泳

    这是主要活动。水很温暖,呈棕色(毕竟是湄公河——泥沙是不可避免的),沙洲附近水流缓慢。当地人穿着衣服直接下水。你也可以这样,或者带上泳衣——不管怎样都没人在意。尽量待在沙子结实的浅水区。较深的河道有水流。

    在河畔摊位品尝美食

    岸边有一排茅草屋小吃摊,供应烤河鱼、炸虾,以及用当天早上从河里打捞上来的食材做的“lau”(火锅)。两人饱餐一顿大约需要150,000–250,000 VND。如果摊位有的话,一定要点“ca tai tuong nuong”——烤象耳鱼,这是湄公河三角洲的招牌菜。鱼会被直立地架在架子上端上来,配有米纸、香草和蘸酱。你需要自己动手包着吃。

    租个吊床什么都不做

    吊床租金为20,000–30,000 VND。挂在椰子树之间,享受着河风。这确实是大多数越南游客来这里的主要目的。

    乘船游览

    当地船夫提供短途游河服务,价格为50,000–100,000 VND。没有什么固定的行程——只是绕着养鱼场和河畔房屋转一圈。为了不一样的视角,这钱花得很值。

    参观附近的椰子糖作坊

    这个地区的Ben Tre一侧以“keo dua”(椰子糖)而闻名。在小型家庭作坊里,你可以观看制作过程——将椰奶与糖和麦芽一起熬煮至凝固,然后手工切割和包装。参观是免费的,走的时候你肯定会买上一袋。

    附近餐饮推荐

    除了海滩上的摊位,更广阔的Vinh Long地区是品尝湄公河三角洲美食的绝佳之地。到处都能看到“Hu tieu”——这种南部风味的猪肉海鲜汤粉,通常比在Saigon吃到的更好,因为这里的汤底是小批量新鲜熬制的。在市场摊位上,一碗的价格为30,000–40,000 VND。

    还可以找找装满虾和豆芽的“banh xeo”。湄公河三角洲的版本往往比你在北方吃到的更脆,馅料也更足。

    住宿推荐

    Thua Duc本身没有酒店。你可以住在Vinh Long市,那里的选择从基础客栈(200,000–350,000 VND/晚)到沿河的中档酒店(500,000–800,000 VND)应有尽有。如果你想在果园的环绕中入睡并在公鸡的打鸣声中醒来,Vinh Long岛屿上(An Binh和Binh Hoa Phuoc)的一些民宿会提供更有氛围的住宿体验。民宿价格为300,000–500,000 VND,包含早餐。

    当地人会告诉你的实用提示

    • 带上防晒霜和帽子。 沙洲上几乎没有天然的阴凉处。棕榈树都在小吃摊后面。
    • 仅收现金。 海滩上没有ATM机。请在Vinh Long市提前取款。
    • 穿不怕湿的鞋子。 沙子很细,但雨后通往河岸的小路可能会很泥泞。
    • 自带毛巾。 这里没有毛巾出租。
    • 懂点越南语会很有帮助。 这里几乎没人说英语。出发前请在Google Translate上下载越南语离线包。

    避免常见错误

    期待看到海滩。 这是一个河滩沙洲。如果你期待看到白沙和碧水,你会失望的。抱着来体验当地人河畔休闲时光和品尝美食的心态,你会玩得很开心。

    没有安排好交通就来。 来这里很容易;但如果没有计划,回去可就不容易了。别指望能拦下路过的xe om——他们不会在这里转悠。

    因为不出名而跳过这里。 湄公河三角洲最美好的瞬间并不在旅游指南里。Thua Duc不会改变你的人生,但在这里的沙滩上吃着烤鱼、喝着冰镇Saigon啤酒度过一个下午,绝对能让你体验到最真实的越南南部风情。

    实用须知

    Bai Bien Thua Duc最适合作为湄公河三角洲长途环线上的半日游站点——你可以将其与在Vinh Long住一晚以及在Can Tho的Cai Rang水上市场度过一个上午结合起来。交通、餐饮和租吊床的总预算为300,000–500,000 VND。它不是那种值得你飞越大半个国家专程前往的目的地,但如果你已经在三角洲了,这里绝对值得你绕道一游。
