    湄公河三角洲(Mekong Delta)养育了越南半数人口,也让每一位愿意在此寻味的人满载而归。这条从Saigon出发的三日环线全长约150公里,途经Vinh Long、Can Tho和Ben Tre,重点在于品尝那些你在别处难以找到的地道美味。

    第一天 — 从Saigon到Vinh Long:滋滋作响的煎饼与慢节奏渡轮

    清晨出发,最好在早上7点前从Binh Tan区的Mien Tay汽车站出发。Phung Trang和Thanh Buoi均提供舒适的长途大巴前往Vinh Long,票价约100,000–120,000 VND,车程约两小时。

    对于美食爱好者来说,Vinh Long的主要吸引力在于“banh xeo”。这种姜黄色的米浆煎饼在越南随处可见,但在三角洲地区风味尤为独特。这里的版本比中部风格更小、更脆,内馅填满虾仁、绿豆和豆芽,食用时用各种野生香草(如积雪草、鱼腥草、香蕉花)包裹,再蘸上鱼露(nuoc cham)。前往市场附近的1 Thang 5街,那里有一排摊位,双人午餐花费约80,000–100,000 VND。

    午餐后,搭乘短途渡轮(10,000 VND)前往An Binh岛。这里是Vinh Long最值得留宿的地方。从旅馆租一辆自行车,下午在果园和高脚屋之间穿行。如果傍晚时分还有胃口,可以在路边摊尝尝“hu tieu”——这是湄公河地区的猪肉米粉汤,比Saigon的版本更清淡、更鲜甜。

    当晚在岛上住宿,旅馆价格约200,000–350,000 VND。有些家庭会提供简单的晚餐,包括河鱼、炒空心菜和虾酱。无论他们做什么,都大胆尝试吧。

    第二天 — Can Tho:清晨的水上市场与米粉汤

    闹钟必须定在凌晨5点,没有商量余地。

    从Vinh Long出发,乘坐巴士或xe om(摩托车出租车)不到一小时即可到达Can Tho(芹苴)。Cai Rang水上市场在凌晨5:30到7点之间最为热闹,摊贩们8点左右就开始收摊了。在Ninh Kieu码头租一条船,拼船游览每人约150,000–200,000 VND。市场本身是批发产地,但那些穿梭其中售卖“bun rieu”(蟹肉番茄米粉汤)和咖啡的小船,才是你此行的真正目的。在水上用餐,一碗大约30,000 VND,绝对值得你早起一趟。

    早上8点回到陆地后,漫步Ninh Kieu河畔,在夜市附近的com tam摊位享用早餐。“Com tam”即碎米饭配烤猪肉和煎蛋,虽是Saigon的主食,但Can Tho的版本配有更好的腌菜和更浓郁的葱油,价格约40,000–55,000 VND。

    中午时分,探索位于Hai Ba Trung街的Can Tho室内市场(Cho Can Tho)。仅干货区就值得逛上一小时——各种等级的虾酱、棕榈糖块、干鱼等。如果你有胆量带回家,不妨买上一袋mam(发酵鱼酱)。

    晚餐时,Can Tho有一道地道的“mi quang”——这道姜黄面食通常与Da Nang(岘港)联系在一起,但三角洲版本用淡水虾代替了中部沿海常见的猪肉。在Tran Hung Dao街的大学区附近寻找,晚餐花费不到60,000 VND。

    住在Can Tho市区。Ngo Quyen街沿线的中档酒店价格在400,000–700,000 VND之间,位置便利,方便次日早起。

    第三天 — Ben Tre:椰子的一切,然后返回Saigon

    Ben Tre距离Can Tho 60公里,乘巴士两小时即可到达。这个省份以椰子为生——棕榈树遍布每条道路,当地经济围绕椰子建立了一整套饮食文化。

    从Hung Vuong街的Ben Tre中心市场开始。附近的椰子糖作坊(有些位于通往河边的Nguyen Dinh Chieu街)让你能亲眼观看制作过程——椰奶与麦芽糖熬煮,手工切割并包装。500克一袋的糖售价50,000–70,000 VND,非常适合携带。

    午餐一定要尝尝椰汁“banh canh”——这是一种浓稠的米粉汤,Ben Tre当地人将其改良,在猪骨汤底的基础上加入了椰奶。这种浓郁的口感在其他米粉汤中很少见。市场周边的餐馆售价约40,000–50,000 VND。

    如果时间允许,可以乘船游览椰子僧岛(Con Phung)——这是一个位于河上的奇异宗教建筑群,虽然现在已废弃,但作为旅游景点具有历史趣味,可以作为用餐间隙的文化调剂。

    下午3-4点左右,搭乘巴士返回Saigon。路况好的话车程约2.5小时,预算130,000–150,000 VND。傍晚时分你就能回到市区。

    此次旅行的最佳时间是11月至次年4月——旱季保证了道路畅通和市场的活力。全程请准备现金;离开Can Tho市中心后,ATM机非常稀少。带一个轻便的日用背包和一件雨衣就足够了——如果你想寄存行李,Vinh Long和Can Tho的旅馆通常都能轻松搞定。
