    Bai Truong 是什么

    Bai Truong(字面意思是“长滩”)是沿着 Phu Quoc 西海岸绵延 20km 的沙滩地带。它是岛上开发最完善的海滩,从北部的 Duong Dong 镇一直延伸到南部的 An Thoi 乡。大多数来 Phu Quoc 的游客,无论是否计划过,最终都会来到这里,因为岛上大部分的度假村、餐厅和日落酒吧都林立在这条海岸线上。

    自从 Phu Quoc (푸꾸옥 / 富国岛 / フーコック) 获得经济特区地位以来,这片海滩发生了翻天覆地的变化。十年前,南端还是一片荒芜的椰林。现在,你会发现五星级度假村与当地的海鲜大排档交错分布,其间还保留着真正空旷的沙滩——有时它们之间仅有步行距离。随着最近的行政区划调整,Phu Quoc 现在归属 An Giang 省管辖,不过对于游客来说,前往那里的交通和游玩体验并没有任何改变。

    为什么游客会去

    吸引力很简单:朝西的海滩、全年温暖的海水,以及名副其实的绝美日落。海底坡度平缓——你可以向海里走 30-40 米,水才没过胸口——这对于不擅长游泳的人和带小孩的家庭来说非常友好。

    除了海滩本身,Bai Truong 也是探索 Phu Quoc 其他地方的绝佳大本营。从北端乘车 5 分钟即可到达 Duong Dong 夜市。前往 Hon Thom 的缆车从南端出发。而且,与 Phu Quoc 东部的海滩(Bai Sao、Bai Khem)不同,你不需要穿过坑洼的山路横跨整个岛屿去寻找美食和交通工具。

    最佳游玩时间

    旱季从 11 月持续到次年 4 月。12 月至 2 月的海面最平静,湿度也最低——此时南部岩石区附近的水下能见度很高,非常适合浮潜。

    如果你想享受沙滩时光,请避开 9 月和 10 月。西南季风会直接侵袭 Bai Truong,搅起浑浊的海水,并将塑料垃圾冲刷到沙滩上。在季风最强的时候,一些度假村会关闭他们的海滩酒吧。

    3 月和 4 月天气炎热(34-36°C),但海水依然干净,而且在 Tet(春节)过后,人群会逐渐减少。平季(5 月、11 月)则像是一场赌博——你可能会遇到连续一周的完美天气,也可能会碰上连续三天的午后暴雨。

    如何前往

    Phu Quoc 国际机场有直飞航班往返于 Saigon(55 分钟,单程 800,000-1,500,000 VND)、Hanoi(2 小时 10 分钟)和 Da Nang。廉价航空公司 Vietjet 和 Bamboo 每天都有执飞这些航线的航班。

    从机场到 Bai Truong 的中段大约 8km——乘坐出租车需要 15 分钟,花费 120,000-150,000 VND。岛上可以使用 Grab,但在非高峰时段司机很少。如果你提前预订,大多数度假村都会提供机场接送服务。

    如果你从 Can Tho 或 Mekong Delta (메콩 델타 / 湄公河三角洲 / メコンデルタ) 走陆路过来,可以从 Ha Tien 乘坐快艇前往 Phu Quoc(Superdong 或 Phu Quoc Express,1 小时 15 分钟,大约 350,000 VND)。渡轮停靠在东海岸的 Bai Vong——从那里乘出租车穿过岛屿到 Bai Truong 需要 20 分钟。

    游玩项目

    值得了解的海滩区域

    北部的三分之一(靠近 Duong Dong)是最热闹的——海滩俱乐部、摩托艇、帆伞运动招揽者随处可见。向南走过 InterContinental 会迅速安静下来。在 Ong Lang 交叉口和 JW Marriott 之间的地带,你会发现一些背靠木麻黄树的未开发沙滩。

    最南端(Novotel 以南)主要被度假村占据,但各酒店之间的公共通道可以通向干净、人少的沙滩。

    海滩之外

    • Duong Dong 夜市——烤扇贝、“hu tieu (후띠우 / 粿条 / フーティウ)”汤粉和新鲜海胆,每份 50,000-80,000 VND。建议晚上 6 点以后去,那时所有的摊位都会营业。
    • 在 Sailing Club 或 Ocsen Beach Bar 看日落——饮品价格在 80,000-150,000 VND 之间。下午 5 点前到达可以抢到一个豆袋沙发。
    • 浮潜之旅——前往 An Thoi 群岛的半日游船从最南端出发,每人大约 400,000-600,000 VND,包含装备。
    • Phu Quoc 鱼露工厂——位于 Nguyen Van Cu 街的 Nuoc Mam Hung Thanh 提供免费参观。气味很冲,但历史很有趣。

    餐饮推荐

    Bai Truong 的餐饮分为度假村餐厅(价格虚高、水准不一)和值得一去的当地小店:

    • Quan Oc Bien(靠近旧 Vinpearl 大门)——按公斤计价的海鲜。这里的鲜虾“goi cuon (고이꾸온 / 越南春卷 / ゴイクオン)” 45,000 VND 一卷。香茅蒸血蛤大约 120,000 VND 一盘。
    • 位于 Tran Hung Dao 街的 Pho (쌀국수 / 越南河粉 / フォー) Tau Bay——分量十足的 Pho 只要 55,000 VND。没有什么花哨的,只是一个从早上 6 点到晚上 9 点都靠谱的就餐选择。
    • 海滩中段的 Crab House——游客价(主菜 200,000-400,000 VND),但罗望子酱炒蟹确实很好吃。
    • Com tam (껌땀 / 碎米饭 / コムタム) 摊位聚集在 Duong Dong 市场周围。烤猪肉煎蛋碎米饭:40,000-55,000 VND。

    至于 Vietnamese coffee (베트남 커피 / 越南咖啡 / ベトナムコーヒー),Trung Nguyen 在沿海主路上有一家分店,但 Tran Hung Dao 街后面小巷里那些不知名的小咖啡馆(ca phe)提供更好喝的“ca phe sua da”(冰炼乳咖啡),只要 25,000 VND。

    住宿推荐

    经济型和中档住宿集中在靠近 Duong Dong 的北段——客栈每晚 400,000 VND 起,带泳池的三星级酒店大约 800,000-1,200,000 VND。

    如果想直达海滩又不想支付度假村的高昂价格,可以看看沿海公路 5-12 公里路标之间的中段区域。这里的小型精品酒店(如 Cassia Cottage、Mai House)提供海滨客房,价格在 1,500,000-2,500,000 VND 之间。

    高端度假村(如 JW Marriott、InterContinental、Regent)聚集在南部。预计每晚 5,000,000+ VND,但能享受到私人海滩和维护得更好的沙滩。

    实用提示

    • 租一辆摩托车(150,000-200,000 VND/天)在不同的海滩区域之间穿梭。沿海公路平坦且易于行驶。
    • 岛上的防晒霜很贵——请从 Saigon 或 Hanoi 自带。
    • Duong Dong 有 ATM 机,但外国银行卡每次取款会收取 50,000-60,000 VND 的手续费。请随身携带现金,以便在海滩摊贩和小餐馆消费。
    • 3 月至 4 月偶尔会有水母出没。如果你在沙滩上看到紫色的漂浮物,下水前请先询问当地人。

    常见误区

    • 预订了最南端的度假村,却指望步行就能体验夜生活。 乘车到 Duong Dong 需要 15 分钟。请预留打车预算或租一辆摩托车。
    • 旺季在北端游泳。 水面上挤满了摩托艇。向南走 500 米,在更平静的水域游泳。
    • 以为 Bai Truong 所有的区域都一样。 北段、中段和南段实际上是风格迥异的海滩。在决定驻扎某个地点之前,花个早晨先去考察一下。
    • 只去 Bai Truong。 Phu Quoc 北海岸还有更安静的海滩(Bai Dai、Ganh Dau),值得花半天时间去游玩。

    实用说明

    Bai Truong 成为 Phu Quoc 的首选海滩是有充分理由的——交通便利、玩法多样,而且在天气好的日子里美得非常稳定。它不是什么小众秘境,也不标榜自己是。游玩的诀窍在于找到适合你的那片区域,然后忽略其他的。
