    你在 Nguyen Chi Thanh 旅游街上找到的茶,未必是当地人真正喝的那种。以下是其中的区别所在。

    Da Lat 朝鲜蓟茶有何不同

    在越南各地真空包装袋中出售的商业版本,通常由干燥的朝鲜蓟花、茎和叶制成。当地的 Da Lat 版本通常包含直接冲泡的新鲜或轻微干燥的朝鲜蓟心——口感更浓郁,苦味较少,更有层次感。有些生产商会将冲泡好的茶与少量朝鲜蓟糖浆混合以增加甜味。这两者之间的差异是真实存在的,值得去寻味。

    Lam Vien 广场区域摊位

    Lam Vien 广场(Quang Truong Lam Vien)及其周边的一群摊贩用大铝锅冲泡新鲜的 tra atiso,倒入加冰的塑料杯中。这是城里最便宜、最随意的选择——价格通常在 5,000–8,000 VND 每杯。没有招牌,没有菜单,只有大锅和小凳子。这里的茶由干燥原料制成,但更换频率很高;你喝到的不会是昨天的存货。最好在中午之前去,那时周转率最高。这些摊贩还出售小罐装的朝鲜蓟果酱(“mut atiso”),价格在 30,000–50,000 VND 左右,值得买一点。

    Atiso Da Lat — 63 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai

    这是城里经营时间较长的专业 atiso 商店之一。他们出售新鲜的朝鲜蓟心(每个约 10,000–15,000 VND)、用于居家冲泡的干花,以及外带瓶装茶。店内冲泡的茶用陶罐盛装——25,000–35,000 VND——味道明显比街头杯装的更纯净、更细腻。营业时间约为每天 7:00–20:00。如果你好奇,店员会为你讲解产品;他们接待过很多美食游客,可以用简单的英语进行交流。避开门口那些瓶装的“高级”出口礼盒——它们的价格是两个街区外市场同款茶的三倍。

    Cho Da Lat(Da Lat 中央市场)— 一楼摊位

    Da Lat 主市场东侧的一楼摊位批量出售干燥的 atiso 原料:花、茎、根片。这是当地家庭购买供应品的地方。价格为 40,000–80,000 VND 每 100 克,具体取决于切片方式。少数摊贩也会现场冲泡并按杯出售——6,000–10,000 VND。市场里的茶实用且实在。不要期待什么氛围,但这里有城里最好的价格,还可以现场对比不同等级的干货品质。

    Tra Atiso Vo Thi Sau — 18 Vo Thi Sau

    这是一家经营了二十多年的小型家族店铺,专门销售 atiso 茶及相关产品。他们的特色是慢火熬制的浓缩液,装在玻璃瓶中出售——将一份浓缩液与三份热水或冷水混合即可。500 毫升瓶装售价 55,000–70,000 VND,大约可冲泡 10–12 杯。这种浓缩液比其他地方新鲜冲泡的茶甜味更浓郁,更接近清淡的果露。附近的居民经常买它作为居家常备品。营业时间约为 7:30–18:30;周末不定期休息,如果打算专程前往,建议提前致电。

    Tiem Che Atiso Thanh Thuy — Truong Cong Dinh 街

    这家店比 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai 街上的店面更小,也更容易错过,但午餐时间附近办公室的员工常来这里。他们供应加冰的 atiso 茶,上面淋有一层薄薄的新鲜朝鲜蓟糖浆——15,000–20,000 VND——这增加了明显的甜味却不会感到腻。同样值得尝试的还有他们的 atiso che(朝鲜蓟莲子甜汤),这是该食材最奇特但也最有趣的用法之一。营业时间约为 10:00–18:00,周一休息。

    避开这些

    Nguyen Chi Thanh 街上纪念品店里出售的大多数包装好的 atiso 茶都是经过加工、加糖的,设计初衷是为了经受长途巴士的颠簸。它们并不算难喝,但只是带有溢价的超市商品,并不是专门访问 Da Lat 的理由。夜市附近那些 250,000–400,000 VND 的“礼盒装”是针对从 Saigon 来的一日游游客,买给亲戚用的。如果你有此需求,那没问题。但如果你想真正了解这里的茶是什么味道,请先喝新鲜的。

    实用提示

    Da Lat 的 atiso 产季在 11 月至次年 3 月达到高峰,届时你会看到每个市场摊位都堆满了新鲜的朝鲜蓟心。在此期间之外,产品依然有售,但几乎全部是干货。朝鲜蓟茶与这座城市的其他主食搭配得很好——在吃完一碗“banh canh”或一盘烤串后,来一杯朝鲜蓟茶可以很好地化解油腻。如果你打算随身携带浓缩液,请带一个小的可重复使用瓶子;市场附近的摊贩会乐意为你灌装。
