    Hoi An:充满仪式感的版本

    Hoi An 的“banh xeo”绝对是压轴好戏:体积庞大(直径 20+ cm),外皮薄脆,里面却塞满了虾肉、豆芽和香草。它以一个完整的圆形端上餐桌,整个用餐体验充满了仪式感。
