    “cha ca thac lac”到底是什么?

    “Cha ca thac lac”(发音为“chah kah tahk lahk”)是 Quy Nhon 的招牌早餐:用姜黄鱼糜、虾和香料手工捏制而成的鱼饼,配以虾酱、米纸和新鲜香草。它与其说是一顿饭,不如说是一种早餐仪式——大多数人站在塑料凳旁吃,点一份小份的“cha ca”(两到三块鱼饼),吃完就走。
