    岘港在素食餐饮方面被严重低估了。这座城市有着深厚的佛教寺庙文化,这意味着这里的植物性饮食有着代代相传的根基,而不仅仅是近期兴起的网红咖啡馆浪潮。

    为什么岘港是素食者的低调天堂

    越南的佛教历法在很大程度上推动了素食的发展。在农历初一和十五,很大一部分人口会吃“chay”(越南语中指素食或纯素食,通常为寺庙风格)。在这些日子里,即使是普通的“com binh dan”(平价快餐店)也会用豆腐和菠萝蜜代替猪肉。除了农历斋日之外,岘港(Da Nang)还有越来越多的全职素食餐厅,而且过去几年里,这些餐厅的品质有了显著提升。

    一个诚恳的提醒:越南的“chay”烹饪有时会少量使用鸡蛋或乳制品,而在非素食专门店,调味酱中可能会混入鱼露。在下文列出的餐厅中,菜单要么是经过认证的纯素,要么标注清晰——如果你对饮食有严格要求,建议确认一下。

    寺庙食堂:城中最古老的素食

    在岘港,最可靠且最便宜的素食来自佛教寺庙附属的食堂,尤其是在山茶半岛(Son Tra)和海洲区(Hai Chau)附近。位于Ong Ich Khiem街的Chua Phap Lam在农历斋日会开设午餐食堂,提供包含米饭、红烧豆腐、炒空心菜和蘑菇汤的套餐,价格约为20,000–30,000 VND。这并不是一家餐厅——没有菜单,你只能吃当天供应的菜品——但食物真诚、管饱,而且味道确实很好。

    如果你打算专门为此安排行程,请务必在上午11:30之前到达。食物很快就会卖完。

    值得反复光顾的素食餐厅

    Lien Hoa

    Lien Hoa位于Ong Ich Khiem街,距离韩江(Han River)仅五分钟步行路程,几十年来一直为岘港的佛教社区提供餐食。菜单丰富且诚意满满——有由小麦面筋和豆腐皮制成的仿肉菜肴、米饭套餐和汤面。最值得推荐的是他们的“mi quang”,这是一种越南中部的姜黄面条,通常以猪肉或虾为配料。在这里,它改用蘑菇和炸豆腐制作,配上你在任何非素食店都能吃到的烤米饼和新鲜香草。味道非常棒。一碗的价格约为45,000 VND。

    Lien Hoa只收现金,午餐时间座位很快就会坐满,店员英语不太流利,但指着别人桌上的碗点餐一直很管用。

    Com Chay Thien Duyen

    这是一家位于清溪区(Thanh Khe)的小店,距离海滩带约3公里。Thien Duyen提供的餐食与Lien Hoa类似,但多了一份家常感。他们的com chay(素食饭)每天更换,通常包含三到四种配菜——腌菜、红烧菠萝蜜、清汤和某种豆腐。一份完整的套餐价格约为35,000–40,000 VND。店主对不会说越南语的客人通常比大多数食堂风格的店更友好。

    An Nhien Vegan

    这家店连接了寺庙饮食传统与新兴的咖啡馆式素食文化。它位于陈富街(Tran Phu Street),距离龙桥(Dragon Bridge)不远。An Nhien的菜单涵盖了素食馅料的“banh mi”(香茅豆腐、腌胡萝卜、新鲜香菜)、果昔碗以及轮换供应的米饭和面条。这里吸引了各种各样的顾客——当地学生、外籍人士和西方游客。价格比食堂稍高:banh mi约35,000 VND,主菜60,000–90,000 VND。如果你有要求,这里的冰“ca phe sua da”可以用燕麦奶制作。

    海滨咖啡馆:美溪(My Khe)与非诺(Non Nuoc)

    沿着美溪海滩,咖啡馆文化已经发展到素食选择相当普遍的程度。在海滩带南端附近——靠近非诺(Non Nuoc),距离市中心以南约8公里——有几家店主打健康饮食,提供巴西莓果碗、牛油果吐司和新鲜椰子。食物质量参差不齐。一个诚实的建议是寻找那些同时也供应新鲜水果拼盘和冷压果汁的店,这通常意味着他们是专门做健康饮食的,而不是仅仅在海鲜菜单里随便加个果昔碗。

    海滨咖啡馆的早餐或午餐套餐价格通常在80,000–150,000 VND之间。你付出的钱里有一部分是为风景买单,这没问题——只要心里有数就行。

    在普通餐厅点什么

    如果你在非素食专门店用餐,在岘港大多数普通餐厅最安全的点餐选择是:清蒸米饭(com trang)配炒蔬菜(rau xao)、豆腐菜肴(dau hu)以及新鲜春卷——“goi cuon”,如果要求的话,通常可以去掉虾。“Banh xeo”是岘港引以为傲的滋滋作响的煎饼,通常用虾和猪肉制作,但有些店可以应要求制作蘑菇版本。

    实用小贴士

    农历斋日(农历初一和十五)确实是岘港吃素的最佳时机——全城的选择都会增加,价格下降,烹饪也最传统。上述专门的素食餐厅无论农历日期如何,每天都营业。在当地餐厅吃一顿饱饭预算为30,000–90,000 VND;海滩咖啡馆的价格会更高。
